L’appartamento si trova in una posizione eccellente, vicino a Montecitorio e a molti luoghi interessanti, ideale per visitare Roma a piedi. Gli ambienti erano puliti, confortevoli e ben attrezzati. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la lavatrice che per mia figlia è stato un po’ scomodo, ma la proprietaria è sempre stata disponibile, rispondendo ai nostri messaggi su WhatsApp quasi immediatamente. Questo ci ha fatto sentire seguiti e ben accolti. Il WiFi funziona benissimo. Nel complesso siamo stati molto bene e consigliamo questo appartamento a chi desidera vivere Roma in pieno centro. 娘と二人でアパートに5日間滞在しました。 アパートは広く、清潔でとても快適でした。ロケーションも素晴らしく、地下鉄を使わずに主な観光スポットへ歩いて行けました。近くにビオのスーパーがあり、とても便利でよく利用しました。アパートでは料理も洗濯もできて助かりました。 滞在中はローマの気温が30度近くありましたが、エアコンを毎日使って快適に過ごせました。 オーナーはWhatsAppでの対応が素晴らしく早く、こちらからの質問にもほぼ瞬時に適切に答えてくださいました。 ぜひまた利用したいです。

• Maria Gabriela (9/5): - Las instalaciones y la ubicación excelentes! El lavarropas no funcionaba bien, en cualquier programa se cortaba y marcaba error.
• Florra (8/5): Good - The location is unbeatable! It's very convenient to walk/take buses around. There are penlty to good restaurants nearby. The apartment is spacious which is totally enough for 4 people to stay in. The apartment is not luxury....The power goes off easily. If you turn on 2 ACs you basically can only pick one of the following activity: shower/do the laundry/run the dishwasher/use hairdryer at the same time otherwise the entire power went off. The laundry machine couldn't complete any cycle except "drain and spin" which is quite annoying as this makes me wonder if the clothes ever gets cleaned.

• Charlotte (7/5): - Good location Lots of stairs (no lift) to get to the building. Beds are a little dusty - triggered my allergies. Bath is missing a bath plug. One of the beds in particular is very hard, but both are pretty hard.
• Elas (9/5): Ero molto impegnata durante il giorno con il caldo atroce di quei giorni ma la posizione della casa è perfetta in bel ce - La struttura per le mie esigenze era perfetta. Spaziosa elegante luminosa e la vista stupenda sulla piazza del parlamento. Veramente molto soddisfatta. L’unica cosa se soffri il caldo la seconda stanza non ha l’aria condizionata bisogna lasciare la porta aperta per far arrivare l’aria dal soggiorno. Poi bisogna essere in forma per fare le scale all’ultimo piano.

With luggage. Unfortunately we could NOT the washing machine. Water in machine which smelt bad and was mouldy.

• Karen (10/5): Perfect Roman Holiday! - Wonderful location to walk to the Parthenon, Trevi Fountain, and Piazza Navona. 10 minute taxi ride to Colosseum and Vatican. But we loved the little side streets right by the apartment with so many restaurants, shops, and gelato! Attentive check in - she thought of everything! Very comfortable and spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen. We felt at home right away and were sad to leave. A perfect place to experience Rome, but cozy enough to want to stay in and just enjoy being in the heart of it all. No one loves 4 flights of stairs, but you already know that from the description. And you don't get those views without a little effort.
• Hill (10/5): Great Apartment - It was a lovely apartment with a great view. There was good communication throughout the transaction and our stay. Giadina met us even though we arrived earlier than expected and she helped us with any questions we had during our stay . The apartment had everything we needed, and it was centrally located. I highly recommend this apartment. It was on the 4th floor with no lift, but it was worth the hike!

• Cristina (9/5): I recommend this accommodation in the center of Rome - We were a group of 4 adults and we felt great. The apartment is nicely furnished, various decorations and the living room was excellent. The location is very central, a few minutes from the Spagna metro station. The rooms are spacious, clean, the air conditioning worked but it was not needed constantly. Two bottles of water and coffee were left for us, very good when we arrived. In the bathrooms we found shampoo and shower gel which was a plus for us. Clean towels, sheets too. The place includes a dishwasher, clothes washer, microwave oven, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and kitchen and cleaning utensils. For longer stays, all of these are very useful. The host was very welcoming and answered all our questions. Everything was as expected and we would definitely choose the same location with small, small exceptions. What we didn't like: - the mattresses were relatively hard for us - the location is located on the top floor and after many kilometers of walking it turned out to be more difficult than I initially thought, especially if there are smokers in the group - at some point the toilet tank broke, but it was repaired in the meantime - relatively noisy area, especially when the cars come to pick up the garbage

• Mh (10/5): Amazing apartment in the centre of Rome!!! - Amazing apartment in the centre of Rome!!! Apartment was spacious, clean and location was just perfect. It was very quiet at night and we slept really well :) The host was friendly, accommodating and communication with her was really good. We will definitely come back if we ever visit Rome again. No negatives
