• José (8/5): Ubicación excelente y buen piso - Ubicación, amplitud del piso y la limpieza. Precio algo elevado aunque Sevilla en fin de semana es un destino muy solicitado. Una recomendación: procuren poner cortinas o persianas porque entra mucha luz en uno de los dormitorios.

• marc (8/5): Au cœur de Séville - Le logement est spacieux et calme. L'immeuble donne directement sur une rue passante et touristique. Les boutiques sont nombreuses et les restaurants très proches Nous avons réservé à la dernière minute suite à une déconvenue avec ma réservation précédente (17h pour le soir même) et l'hôte a été plutôt réactif.

• Kathryn (10/5): A charming, comfortable apartment with everything you need in the heart of Seville! - We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Seville! This apartment was the perfect home base for our trip, providing plenty of space and privacy for two couples and our small pets (and 2 more beds to spare). We were all able to relax and enjoy the comfortable atmosphere, while the charming character of the apartment made it feel like a special place. The large windows filled the space with beautiful natural light, adding to the welcoming and airy ambiance. The apartment was immaculately clean and equipped with everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Of special note, we had a good strong WiFi signal the entire time - which you can't always say at a lot of places! The owners were incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering great local recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly stood out. The location couldn’t have been better—right on Franco Street, in the heart of everything. We were within walking distance of the major sights, amazing restaurants, and vibrant city life. Whether we were out exploring or just soaking in the view from the apartment, the location was ideal for our visit. And even with everything going on right outside our door, it was still very quiet and peaceful inside! Check-in was effortless, and the entire experience was stress-free from start to finish. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Seville. It was an unforgettable stay, and we’ll definitely be back! No elevator, but it's just one floor up so not much trouble once you get all your luggage upstairs. No problem with the beds, as some previous reviews had mentioned - so any issues there seem to have been addressed.

• Sali (1/5): NIGHTMARE - location the owner came after waiting for him for 1.5 hour, after telling me on the phone that he would be there in 5min. Also didnt answer any of my +10 phone calls of messages afterwards. When we finally got the keys to enter, he claimed he called me back (wasn’t true, because I had my phone with me all the time) and that he was waiting on me outside on the street (also not true, because my duster and husband stood outside on the street the WHOLE time). the appartement, and especially the bathroom, was very dirty. Got sick from the AC, I guess the filter hasn’t been cleaned for a while
• Dr (7/5): Stayed before - likely to repeat - the location close to the city centre, and the size of the apartment. no problem to get the apartment warm and comfortable. water in the fridge coffee for the morning
• Dr (8/5): Threadbare - Central Location. Good sized apartment. For the price (271/night) you'd expect at least some means to have coffee in the morning. Here you find nothing. No coffee, no sugar, no water, no milk. Only one (1) threadbare towel per person provided. You'll find wonderfully re-decorated apartments in Sevilla: not this one.
