Michel (8/5): Sehr angenehm und entspannt. - Die Unterkunft hatte eine tolle Aussicht und war sehr sauber. Leider gab es keine geeigneten Pfannen für den Induktionsherd. Die Matratzen waren sehr hart und leider gab es keinen Tisch mit Stühlen auf dem Balkon.

Aurimas (10/5): All great as expected. - Everything was just fine, we had everything we would expect from apartment. Everything was clean and ready. Parking at same level as apartment, that is very good. Even if there is something missing - it is not worth talking about.

Matthias (5/5): Wenig Premium in Monterra - Vermieter waren sehr nett und bemüht alles in Ordnung zu bringen. Die Wohnung war sehr groß und schön gelegen. Die Terrasse und Aussicht auf die Berge ist fantastisch. Die schiefe Montage der Schlüsselsafes und mangelhaft aufgeklebten Beschriftungen am Eingang verraten bereits mit wieviel Liebe hier gearbeitet wird. Wer macht denn sowas? Der erste Eindruck wurde leider nicht besser: In einem Premium Appartment und veranschlagten Endreinigungskosten von EUR 180,- muss die Wohnung sauber sein. Das war leider nicht der Fall. Brösel am und unterm Tisch, Spinnweben in der Ecke, dreckige Spüle und verschmiertes Ceranfeld sind kein besonders schöner Willkommensgruß. Es haben auch bei der Ankunft fast alle Küchenutensilien gefehlt. Danach hat sich herausgestellt, dass eine Reisegruppe davor alle Küchenutensilien in einer anderen Wohnung versammelt hat. Hier wurde nachgebessert, die Ausstattung ist aber maximal mittelmäßig. Obwohl in der Ausstattung beschrieben gab es zB keinen Toaster. Das geht besser und mit Premium hat das auch nichts zu tun. Generell ist die Einrichtung der Wohnungen sehr dürftig. Große Räume mit kleiner Couch, Tisch und Sessel wirken nicht sehr gemütlich. Wir hatten eine große Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern, aber nur 2 davon hatten ein Fenster. Einen Abstellraum ohne Fenster und 2 Betten als Schlafraum zu vermieten ist schon sehr fragwürdig. Das gesamte Haus strotzt vor Baumängeln. Für einen 5tägigen Aufenthalt ist es ok, Eigentümer dieser Liegenschaft möchte man aber bestimmt nicht sein. Hier wird leider mit wenig Leidenschaft gearbeitet. Große Wohnungen alleine, sind nicht automatisch Premium - Kann man auslassen, mittelmäßig.

Massimiliano (10/5): Struttura molto pulita, siamo stati in 4 per il raduno delle Harley ed anche il parcheggio interno era comodissimo - La struttura si presenta molto accogliente e pulita
Daniela (10/5): Im großen und Ganzen war es aber eine spitzen Unterkunft und wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen. - Die großzügige Wohnung, die sehr modern eingerichtet war. Es war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Im Apartment war alles soweit vorhanden, was man zum Kochen etc. benötigt hat. Vermieter war auch sehr freundlich und immer zu erreichen. Durch die Größe der Wohnung hat es etwas gehallt. Ein paar Nachtischlampen, oder indirekte Beleuchtung wäre toll gewesen, da die Deckenlampen sehr hell waren.
Pavel (8/5): Pěkné ale stále je co zlepšovat 🙂 - Velmi prostorný a moderní apartmán. Terasa s výhledem na hory. Apartmán je dostupný pouze po schodech nebo výtahem. Nikdo nebyl přítomen kvůli předání apartmánu (check-in) a nikdo nám nic nevysvětlil, takže jsme vůbec nevěděli kam máme jít a kam si máme dát kola. V apartmánu také chybělo základní kuchyňské vybavení - například rychlovarná konvice a pánev. Vše jsem musel řešit s majitelem přes textové zprávy, což bylo velmi zdlouhavé a nepříjemné. Také je zde velmi slabá WiFi.

Zufahrtsstraße etwas holprig und eng … womit man aber wohl leben kann/muss und keinen Einfluss auf die Gesamtbewertung hat.

Zsófia (10/5): Exceptional - We had two bathrooms and a separate toilet as well. The view was amazing. Gerlitzen is only like 15 minutes away. The sofa was a bit too small for 5 people. An extra armchair would be great.

Jovana (8/5): A new apartment, spacious, and everything is brand new. The only downside is the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. - Location is great, the view from the balcony is amazing The apartment was dirty, which is the biggest, and perhaps the only, downside. First, the Booking.com listing stated that check-in was at 2 PM, but despite multiple attempts to contact the owners, we only found out upon arrival that check-in was actually at 3 PM. Second, the rooms were full of dust and sand, with piles of dust, some bags, and even a cookie under the beds. The wardrobes were filled with mud/sand, the kitchen was greasy, and we had to scrub the dining table for 30 minutes just to make it somewhat usable.
Andrei (10/5): We enjoyed our stay, and want to be back. - Totally new apartment with underground parking. Huge and well equipped. Even coffee capsules for coffee machine were available.

Max (10/5): Exceptional - Brand new apartment, very well equipped. Huge balcony with a great view. All furniture is brand new, in the kitchen you will find all you need for making your own meal. Privet parking garage. Nice bonus is the complimentary entrance to the ponorama beach in faaker see. This is a great location for touring in the carinthia area, most of the main attractions within 30-40 minutes drive.
