• yasmin (5/5): לא ממליצה - המיקום , גודל החדר, הנוף מהמרפסת המקלחת קטנה מאוד ולא נקייה , אין קומקום ,יש עובש ואבנית במקלחון ,מקלחת מאוד קטנה שאם סוגרים את המקלחון אי אפשר לזוז או להרים ידיים ,אין קבלה ,מרגיש בגדול לא נקי , , יש רעשים מהמקלחת וכן מהחדרים הסמוכים ומעל החדר , צריך להגיע עם כסף מזומן מדוייק למס ולהשאיר בתיבה , נדרש קוד כניסה לבניין , קוד כניסה לקומה וקוד כניסה לכספת לקחת את המפתחות של החדר , זה בעצם בניין של דירות שמחולק לכמה מלונות ואנשים שגרים שם , והגעתי יחד עם לקוחה של מלון אחר שחשבנו שאנחנו באותו מלון והסתבכנו עם הצ'ק אין , במקום שהבעלים יסביר וינסה לעזור שיש כמה מלונות באותה הכתובת הוא התעצבן שהתקשרתי לברר כמה פעמים ונזף בי .
• Annalisa (6/5): Good location but… - The property is located in a very convenient street, close to supermarkets and other services. It’s also few minutes away from the heart of Napoli but without the noise of the center. The view from the room was very nice and Ines, my host, has been extremely kind and always helpful. Easy check in with very detailed directions and info to access the property. Unfortunately the room wasn’t clean. The shower is full of mold and scale and wasn’t pleasant at all. Tiles haven’t been cleaned in a long time and the same goes for doors and power sockets that I cleaned myself because I didn’t want to touch it. Even the sheets weren’t perfectly clean. Which is a shame because the location, the building and Ines would deserve more than my low score :-(

The shower head was old and the water was coming out only from few holes. There are better B&B than this one.

• Yoko (8/5): 観光に便利 - ロケーションは良かった。Via Toledo まで数ブロック。Piazza Municipioまでも徒歩5分ほど。大きめのスーパーも近くにある。Piazza Municipioの先の港から空港行きのバスが出ていることがわかり、滞在最終日はその近くに荷物を預けて港からバスに乗って空港に向かった。途中中央駅に寄ったがバスに乗り切れない人たちがいたので、港から乗ることにしてよかった。 これまでヨーロッパの色々なところに旅行しているが、チェックアウト後荷物を預かってもらえなかったのは初めて。全体的に清潔だがバスルームは古くなっている感がある。シャワードアの閉まりが悪かったり経年劣化が見てとれるので改装を検討の余地がありそう。バスルームとベッドルームのコンセントが一箇所ずつゆるんでいた。バスルームのコンセントにドライヤーのプラグがしっかりと差し込めず苦労した。

• Georgia (4/5): The place is overpriced. You can find better with the same amount of money. - It is centrally located, makes it easy for sightseeing and shopping. Spacious room The effort the cleaning guy made to assist us. First of all, the owner's behavior: I had notified that we arrive early and that we would need the rooms at 11:00. I can still see this confirmation on my booking account. The owner, not only refused that had this notification, but also shouted at me on the phone. I had to shout back to her to be able to talk. This is very poor customer service. Amenities: you cannot call amenities a shower cap and a 10 ml bag of shower/shampoo. This was not enough even for one use. Cleaning and fixing: the standard maintenance cleaning was provided daily. The problem is that the room has not been deeply cleaned for a long time. There is mold on the shower edges and doors, the room curtains are dirty, there are spots that i don't want to know of what on the bathroom door case. Moreover, the bathroom socket does not work and there must be a problem with drainage, because every time that the joining rooms' customer went to their bathroom, i had a nasty smell in mine. The entrance of the building: seeing the trash bins right outside the main entrance is not the most welcoming picture.

My room was on the inside of the building but as I was hardly there it didn't matter. The bed was very comfortable. Room cleaned every day and towels replaced. TV had loads of channels but obviously mostly in Italian. Residence is on 7th floor. Lift was available. I thought it felt quiet and safe. A fridge would have been handy. Bathroom could do with an upgrade but everything worked. Shower was a bit small and the doors were those concertina type.

Coffee machine was a perfect addition to the room. The cleaning was done every day. Shower cabin with mould on walls and disgusting odor. Flawed shower head just with several holes working, although I tried to change spray pattern which made it difficult to take a good shower. No safe box available, it was mentioned in the description, though. The check-in guy was helpless after I asked it. No glasses or cups to drink water at least. Some paper towels / napkins would have been much appreciated. The room included some pets seen on the photo.

Having public transport nearby made getting around super easy, but honestly, I ended up walking most places because everything was so close! The apartment felt like a home away from home. The space was modern, stylish, and had everything I needed—comfy bed, fast Wi-Fi, air con, and a beautiful bathroom with great shower pressure. The little details stood out too—soft towels, thoughtful decor, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The hosts were fantastic! Super responsive, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed. They even gave me some great local recommendations, which made my trip even better. If you're visiting Naples and want somewhere central, comfortable, and beautifully designed, this is the place. Would 100% stay here again! Nothing it was amazing!

The HOST THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE on me, in addition to yelling at me in an extremely rude tone, for not picking up their calls the previous day. I am a solo traveler and this was my first time in Naples, AND I had lost my phone, so I requested a friend who lives locally to help me find this property and drop me at the stay. I rang the bell and waited at the door around half an hour. I called the host from my friend’s phone around 10 times before they finally picked up. He told me that if my friend enters through the door, HE WILL CALL THE POLICE. I Don’t know what kind of host says this to THEIR GUEST??? Despite repeatedly explaining that I will be the ONLY person to stay and my friend is leaving, the host who referred to himself as “THE MANAGER” reiterated several times that he will the police. If you don’t mind being humiliated and threatened and STILL choose to stay here, the shower is designed for someone who is size 0, and the tiling is dated AND LOOKS AWFUL to step into.

I went to open the door and the little man with angry face .didn't say good morning. Only said. Cleaning 10.am. I told him to give me a few minutes.. Never experience this.. Put later I figured out why is this happened. The same guy. The previous night after midnight. Start making a gauge noise. Actually he start a big cleaning. Rolling the hoover and put all the cleaning product just outside my door. I heard the nother room was shouting stop it.. but he didn't. I waited 10 minutes and then opened the door. And told to the guy can you pls stop this cleaning now ? We all trying to sleep here. He said no. He has to work now. So 1 more time I'm opened the door and send him away .I didn't pay this expensive money for this noise room. Get in to the property.. that's the nother think.! Make sure if you have a good English and understand English very well. Otherwise you stay in the road. Its like a game. Lots of code and hiding places to found to get in the property... the owner respond msg.but not helpfully at all. Without a usable shower is for me a 0 star

• Andrew (10/5): Great location - It’s a great location. The room is cleaned and towels changed every day. I had a good view of Vesuvius.
• Sara (5/5): Small, clean but hard to get in after hours. - It was clean Lots of layers to get in, I arrived late and no one is there.

But the facilities are not the greatest, but fair for the cost. - Location of the property is great, just around the corner from the NH hotel entrance, and a great, central location if you’re planning on walking exploration of Naples. Also, Ines was great with her communication in terms of arrival, check-in and all aspects of the property Paid extra for a “Superior” room for a sea view, but no view whatsoever. Very noisy, especially at the weekends, and the bathroom was tiny. A real squeeze to get into the shower, and there would be no cat swinging happening here. Also, no additional pillows available, so ended up with back pain

• Anne (8/5): Comfy and good value! - Good location, easy to find, check-in instructions from host clear and all worked well - it’s all remote. Good communication by WhatsApp with host. Serviced every day early in the day. Very comfy bed and nice to have a little balcony and view of street. Nespresso machine and fridge were welcome. I found it a very comfortable and value for money stay. Only minor thing was having to lug bags round the corner to a public bag storage locker and pay for this (for when we checked out and needed storage). Also do be aware this is room only accommodation - not a hotel as such with a bar or lobby etc. This was apparent from description but something to be aware of.
