• Leigh (9/5): Lovely base in Athens - Beautiful apartment & perfect location. Small but very useful balcony overlooking Temple of Zeus. Only 2 sets of keys (tricky for 6 adults coming in and out). One of the two shower doors did not open which caused problems getting in and out for the older member of the group.

• Ginny (10/5): Fab apartment very centrally located with excellent views! - Excellent position, yes a little noise but it is very central and a capital city so not unexpected. Rooms are all of good size and beds are very comfortable. Views are truly stunning from this apartment - only 1 shower room but not a problem for 5 adults. Staff super helpful and responsive , looked after our luggage until we needed it back at 5 pm. View of the acropolis from the smallest room , be aware there is only 1 double bedroom here, one has 2 twins next to each other, one has 2 singles Pillows were all similar and too hard/ well stuffed for some of us. Sofas not comfy with no cushions so barely used. Some kitchen utensils missing - we had to buy a corkscrew but left it for future guests , otherwise it was well stocked to cook the odd meal.

Lovely living space, with big leather couch and matching armchairs and dining table, with views over the Temple of Zeus, Olympic (Panathenaic) Stadium and via a sneaky peak from the rooftop, the Parthenon! Busy spot, but double glazed windows cut out most traffic, and it is walking distance to all the major historic sites, the Acropolis Museum, Athens National Garden, restaurants and shops. My favourite piece was the classic 100+ yo timber and iron Otis elevator to take us to the top floor! We had a fabulous stay.

Lots of excellent historic sites to visit within walking distance. The facilities for self catering are excellent, although not needed if you prefer to eat out the location is brilliant for accessing restaurants too. Nothing.

We were literally minutes from the Acropolis and Plaka area with a vast selection of shops and restaurants. The staff were very responsive and helped us store our luggage until check in time. The beds in the master bedroom were very comfortable. The staff arranged transfers for us which was very efficient. The A/C didn’t work at all which made the apartment unbearably hot and we all struggled to sleep. I did inform the staff it was not working but as we were only staying 2 nights the issue was not resolved in time.

It is located very centrally among the tourist area, with walking distance to attractions, shops and restaurants. Situated on the upper floor with a lift, it offers fantastic view of the Temple of Zeus and the city landscape. The 3 bed property is very spacious for our family of 6, it has very good air condition, perfect for the summer visit, very well equipped with everything needed for the stay. Great views from living room and master bedroom. Small balcony with table and 2 chairs. Main road in front of apartment and traffic keeps going all night. Main shops a little further away but still walkable. Beds are really comfortable and clean. Shower is very good (but leaks onto floor). Kitchen is small but adequate with basic equipment. Overall fairly clean but not as clean as I would like, especially some of the towels which looked and smelt dirty. Separate toilet is tiny - like the loo on an aeroplane, so no good if you are very tall or big. Lift is old and cranky! But there are stairs.

• Erica (10/5): Great location for this spacious and lovely apartment near the Plaka! - The location of this property is great-you are just a couple of minutes from the Plaka and lots of shopping and dining, and maybe 5-7 min from the Acropolis/Acropolis Museum. The view from the room overlooks the Temple of Zeus, which is just across the street. The apartment itself is so nice and big. What a great value. Our family of five fit perfectly in the 3 full bedrooms. The apartment is nicely decorated and equipped. This is our second time staying at a property owned by Bill and John and we will probably stay there again on any future trips. Their staff was very accommodating, answering any questions we had and getting rides for us when needed. Nothing
• Jason (10/5): Prime Penthouse Suite for Doing Athens Right! - Just incredible. 3 legitimate bedrooms, 2 family rooms, a kitchen and balconies. You could legit move in for six months. The staff was incredibly responsive and friendly. Location was absolutely perfect. Don’t know what else you could ask for. Can’t flush toilet paper. That was probably the only thing we didn’t like.

Magnificent views of the Temple of Zeus. 100 metres away from supermarket. I don’t think you will find a more suitable location anywhere else. The apartment is spacious. Can accommodate 6 persons. It’s a 3BHK apartment. The main bathroom though clean could have had better tiling. There is only one shower area. If you are More than 3 persons you will have to wait your turn to shower. All amenities provided in the apartment to cook a meal or make breakfast. Crockery and cutlery included. The AC didn’t work for two nights. After raising this with the owners it was sorted out. Thereafter the stay was very comfortable. Apartment responded promptly to all queries. Offered complimentary cleaning on one day.

It is close enough to walk to several of the Athens site, and also to restaurants, shopping, etc. The living areas gave the 5 of us a place to gather to plan or discuss our day with a beautiful view! The Bogaty was very receptive to our questions, quickly responsive when we had key issues, and easily available for any needed supplies. The information stated 2 bathrooms. It has a very nice sized bathroom with large shower, and then one very small, utilitarian "powder room." So i would call it 1 and 1/4 bath....

Lots of big beautiful windows that open two ways. Noise blocking windows. Close to EVERYTHING. Noisy noisy couches in one living area. A gassy or exhaust smell - probably from outside but it finds its way in.

• Karen (10/5): Lovely apartment and great host - Location was great, overlooking the Temple of Zeus, with a small balcony to sit and watch the world go by from. Easy walking distance to Acropolis Museum, the Acropolis, restaurants, Plaka shopping area. Our host Andi was wonderful, so responsive and he arranged transfers to the from the property for our family of 5. Good air conditioning in every room. Whilst not a problem, it would be good to have a tv in the living area. There are tvs in 2 of the bedrooms.

• Rony (10/5): EXCELLENT stay, this apartment is highly recommended !!! - The apartment was excellent, above and beyond our expectations. We stayed in the apartment at the end of May 2023 for three days (3 adults). The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen - including a coffee machine :-), 3 separate rooms (2 rooms with double beds and one room with 2 separated beds), living room, shower, toilet, and a small balcony with a great view of the Temple of Zeus from the fifth floor. The apartment is pleasant, clean and tidy. The location of the apartment is really wonderful - 2 minutes walk to the nearest metro station AKROPOLI and to the Acropolis museum, adjacent to the beautiful PLAKA neighborhood, and a few minutes walk to all the other central areas of the city such as SYNTAGMA square or MONASTIRAKI square. The owner Andy met us immediately when we arrived, helped us with everything we asked for, and even allowed us to check out late on the last day. The score for our stay and location is nothing less than perfect, above and beyond our expectations. Thank you very much Andy, we will definitely want to return to the same apartment on our next visit to Athens!!! Really cant find something which i did not like

Close to a few little supermarkets and many restaurants. Looks exactly like the photos. It was great having a washing machine and dryer and full kitchen. Athens is noisy but this beautiful apartment has done everything it can to minimise street noise. Double glazing, roller shutters etc. I can put up with the traffic noise for such a lovely apartment.

• Nicole (10/5): Exactly as promised 10/10 - What a fantastic apartment. Well located with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and extra toilet which was perfect for a group of 5 women. The apartment is just near the Acropolis Museum, there is a mini market within 100mts, and the heart of the Plaka is only 5 minutes walk. The finishing were beautiful and the lift a quaint step back in time with wrought iron doors. Fabulous!!!!!!
• June (10/5): A very spacious luxury apartment super-close to Athens’ finest things! Would 100% recommend! - An exceptional property overlooking the Temple of Zeus, and an excellent sunrise spot on the charming Juliette balconies. At the edge of Plaka, no more than a five minute walk to restaurants, shops and more. Under 19 minute walk to the Acropolis and Museum. Taxis at the foot of the stairs of the unit. Air conditioning was great, and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all of the essentials including a pod coffee maker with pods. Cold or hot brew. Washing machine for clothes was a great asset too. Property manager was super-helpful, from fixing the malfunctioning room safe to getting my daughter’s forgotten piece of luggage back. Thanks Andi!!! A little more toilet tissue for a family of five would have been welcomed, as well as some shampoo/conditioner. No complaints though really!

We were able to walk most nights and see the sunset near the Acropolis. Our stay was during a heat wave, so having AC was great as well. All supplies were great and property was clean and comfortable. I have no real complaints.
