Guest Reviews
- Robyn (5/5): We paid over $1000.00 for 2 nights. Definitely not worth that much. Very disappointing. - TV, comfy beds. Back deck when weather was favourable. No dining table or breakfast table. It was hot then rain so unable to use outdoor table in those conditions. A narrow bar type table with ONE stool was provided. Three bedrooms enable 7 people, ONE STOOL!! You have got to be kidding! We had 3 people for 1 stool.
There is only 4 seats in lounge. One 3 seater couch and a one seater. Not enough for 7 people
Cleanliness in shower recess was not good. Needs a scrub around edges and tiles.
Window latches broken on front windows. No fly screen on 3rd bedroom window and lounge window. 3rd bedroom blind cord was too high to reach to open blind.
Spa not usable - very dirty. The room down stairs has been vandalised. (Not that we needed it). You have got a vandalised side gate that someone had tied together with a velcro strip! Not worth the money ($1000.00) we paid. Not even close!
The dining table situation was dreadful.
Bin liner in kitchen bin wouldn't go astray!

- Warrick (6/5): Satisfactory but over pricing in our view compared to comparable properties in the suburb - Good location, comfortable beds Side gate on driveway access was broken and in need of urgent repair
- Aaron (10/5): - Great place Spa was dirty and no bbq
- Jackson (10/5): Peaceful - Heaps of space, great view
- Paul (8/5): Would come back again if staying in the area. - Clean and tidy. Comfortable. Nice charm. Fly screens on back sliding door and bathroom window were damaged so had to keep closed to stop bugs at night. Windows were locked and couldn’t open in the kitchen - No key.
- Allan (9/5): - Great location in nice neighborhood, beautiful view from the balcony, big backyard for the dogs.

- Matt (10/5): Lovely well equipped holiday home in a good area and great spa - The location and spa No seperate toilet
- Kristin (10/5): Perfection 😀 - We had a lovely night here, super clean, comfy beds and facilities , thank you very much!

- Emma (9/5): Delightful cottage, beautifully located, comfortable and convenient. Would definitely stay again. -
- Fleur (2/5): Unclean, disappointing, far from charming, had to find own alternative accommodation - Unsanitary bedroom (used sanitary pad on floor), kitchen facilities (old chips in oven, dirty benchtops) and spa (uncovered and dirty water) had not been cleaned. Previous used towels dumped outside. Difficult driveway, poor water pressure. While host was initially responsive, there was no effort to follow up and needed multiple prompts to initiate a full refund which I am still waiting for after 2 weeks. Checked out after being in the property for an hour, so can't comment on comfort of beds.
- Elizabeth (6/5): Wonderful views. Just needs a little more attention to detail - Well stocked kitchen. Amazing views. Spa. Extras such as body wash. Shampoo and Conditioner. Condiments and milk. Plenty of furniture. Nicely decorated Spa was not.warm.and took 6 hours to heat up. Kitchen cupboards needed a deep clean. Floor boards had hair on them from animals. Air conditioning vent was very dusty. Vents in bedrooms didnt work.

- Lindy (8/5): Lovely renovated cottage with spectacular city view and night lights. - Lovely view from the deck. Property was as described with accurate photos with lovely parquetry flooring throughout. Nicely renovated. Parking off street under cover. Kitchen had good number of pots'n'pans, and sufficient crockery; cutlery and glassware for the four of us. Lovely balcony to have dinner (weather permitting) as there is no table inside. Washer & Dryer (we didn't use them though). We didn't use the downstairs family room as it had water over the floors, and was extremely musty (obviously rain leaking in somewhere). Some food for thought - would be useful to have indoor mats to wipe your feet on (all outdoor mats were in the elements, so you were wiping your feet on wet mats) - which made for slippery entrances. A couple of extra towels - given there is a spa (note there is a spa downstairs; not in the bathroom as listed). Extra floor mat/handtowels for the bathroom would be useful when you have 4 people using the shower/bathroom. I took the cushions off the outdoor setting and hung them up to dry as they were saturated (and we were eating in between rainfalls). Driveway parking - could do with some form of barrier to the RHS - given the drop down to the path. Perhaps some information on the local area - closest shops etc.... I always find that useful when in a new city.
- Kate (3/5): Spa wasn’t hot, terrible comms from staff, underwhelming house for the cost - Location was great and we were able to check in early Spa wasn’t hot!! From some googling it takes HOURS to warm up. We booked this place because it has a spa and we couldn’t even use it. I have stayed in plenty of places before and the spa is always hot on arrival.
House was super basic and the place was so overpriced. Looks way nicer outside. Kitchen cupboards were musty.
Comms from staff were terrible. I asked days in advance about an early check in and didn’t get a response. We had to call on the day we checked in then I got a confusing response about checking in early. Appreciate the early check in received in the end, but it was such a drama.

- Blanche (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shauna (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely place to relax, TV had Netflix already equipped, beds lovely comfy. About 20min walk to grocery store and only 6 min drive to beach. I would definitely revisit. It just missed the kitchen table but had a lovely outdoor dinning table and weather was nice so it worked out perfect.

- Winkle (9/5): Superb -
- Tom (9/5): Great getaway base - close to some amazing beaches, food and drink and all that the area has to offer. - Great location - only 5 mins from beach and maximum 10-15 mins to pretty much everything.
House was well equipped and the rooms are a great size and beds comfortable.
Rooms are large and the place is light and airy: There is only one small high table for dining in the house - the outside dining setting is great
