Er was genoeg ruimte en alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Bedden zijn goed en ook de badkamers zijn top. - Anikó (10/5): SUPER AMAZING - A szállás egy meseszép tradicionális kis faluban volt pont a hegyen pici rejtett utcákban. Adriana nagyon segítő kész volt rugalmas, kedves, rengeteg információt megosztott velünk olyat is ami nem feltétlenül volt kötelessége! A házak vadonat újak több apartman is kezel Adriana. Lenyűgözően és rendkívül igényesen van megcsinálva mindegyik. Árérték arányban szerintem verhetetlen! A szigetre mindenképpen autóbérlés szükséges, de gyakorlatilag ebből a kis faluból mindent borzasztó könnyen el tudtunk érni. Nyilván voltak távolabbi pontok de maga a szállás rodosz város és faliraki között található. Csak szuperlativuszokban tudok mesélni a szállásról és Adriánáról! The accommodation was in a beautiful traditional little village right on the mountain in tiny hidden streets. Adriana was very helpful, flexible, kind, shared a lot of information with us even when it wasn't necessarily her duty! The houses are brand new and Adriana manages several apartments. Each one is impressively and extremely tastefully done. I think it's unbeatable in terms of value for money! You definitely need to rent a car to get to the island, but practically everything was very easy to reach from this small village. Obviously there were points further away, but the accommodation itself is located between Rhodes Town and Faliraki. I can only say superlatives about the accommodation and Adriana! ----------------------------

- Riccardo (10/5): Exceptional - The jacuzzi is an amazing add-on to the cozy apartment that you can use whenever you need some extra relax. The apartment manager Andriana is fantastic. She gave us a lot of info and suggestions the first day we arrived and was very responsive for anything we needed. The position of the apartment in Koskinou is 12-min by car from old Rhodes and very close to all the best beaches on the east coast.

We enjoyed sitting at the nearby tavernas with amazing food in the evening and the interior patio was an absolute oasis of relaxation. - Sandra (9/5): Superb - We spent 5 nights at Tsimbika house, and it was really lovely. The village itself is very authentic and there are several good tavernas within short walking distance. There are basic supermarkets and a pharmacy close by. Parking is free in the market square. Koskinou is quiet and peaceful, without the feeling of too many tourists. We hired a car and found it well located for visiting all parts of the island. The accommodation was great. Spacious, clean, bright and colourful. Very comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. The outside courtyard with a spa bath is a lovely addition to an already comfortable space. I highly recommend a stay here. Honestly, nothing we didn't like.
- Carlo (10/5): Me and my girlfriend have had the best week in Rhodes, and this property made our stay the best. Situated within the bea - It was beautiful, well maintained. Clean and homely with a modernised Greek design. It had good WiFi, air con, and two android smart TV’s (for streaming TV on players such as Netflix, Prime Video etc..). The two seater hot tub was lovely, alongside the additional outside shower. The terrace in which these were situated in was beautiful, we always used this space when we had dinner at the property. The kitchen had an electric hob, and a microwave/grill, plus plenty of crockery and cutlery to dine in at the property! The location was the best bit. The village of Koskinou was beautiful, surrounded by locals and the best restaurants we ate at during our stay on the island, it truly felt traditional.

- Tomer (10/5): Exceptional - Exceptional place! Wounderfull apartment in the lovely village Koskinou. The room is new and decorated inside in greek traditional furniture's. The kitchen is full in all the things that you think or didn't expect to. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom and toilets are modern and decorated. Outside the room, there is tabel outside with two chairs. There is also a new "Bosch" laundry machine in the hall and pack of laundry wash gel units. There is also an iron machine and mini iron plate for ironing. Above all, it is the great service of Andriana, the manager of the apartments. She explained, helped, and advised us in everything! On our last day, she also gave us touring around the hidden jems place's in the lovely village of "Koskinou." She defently made our vacation exptional and exciting! Nothing.

Less than 10 min drive to one of the famous beaches in Rhodes and about 10 min drive to Old Town. The host is welcoming, friendly and very helpful with info about the island.

- Ronald (9/5): Only one word applies: excellent - The apartment is located in the old part of Koskinou, very nice narrow streets. Fortunately, there are hardly any tourists in the village, so you spend a lot of time among the locals, how nice! The fantastic apartment consists of 2 different houses with a patio in between. The apartment is fully equipped, good kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, good beds, good air conditioning. You can't imagine a better host than Andriana, she is truly a super host! There are a few nice restaurants in Koskinou, all reachable within a 1 to 2 minute walk. It is really recommended to stay here when you want to visit Rhodes.

We were in touch via WhatsApp during my stay, which was great. The place is new, fully furnished, and very comfortable. The free parking is at the main square of the village, which is 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

The apartment is new, tastefully and stylishly furnished, and very clean. - Yephtah (10/5): Unbelievable stay! - My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights and we cannot recommend it enough. The house is designed beautifully, it is super clean and looks newly renovated. They have cooking amenities and all of your basic needs (as well as a washing machine!). The patio is beautiful for an evening glass of wine or a morning coffee, and there is an outdoors shower for when you want to rinse off sand. Andrianna was our contact and she was superb! Super good recommendations, and always answered quickly for any questions we had. We are already waiting to come back!

- Nikolay (10/5): The finest Greek experience - We stayed at Villa Tsambika and we were delighted by everything - the modern equipment, the beautiful traditional Greek design, the comfy bed mattress, the nice private yard with a jacuzzi included. Most of all, we were completely satisfied with the communication with Adriana who is an incredible and very welcoming host! The village is charming, calm and much quieter than other towns busy with tourists around the island. Yet, the airport, the old town and plenty of stunning beaches are within 20-30 minutes distance by car. We parked our car at the village's center roundabout for free so one doesn't have to worry about parking either. The village also has several nice Greek tavernas. Overall, I would strongly recommend the place and would be happy to come back again! Everything was great!
- Alpak (10/5): Exceptional - The house is located in an old village 10 minutes drive from the centre. First of all, we liked the village very much. When you leave the house, there are very high quality restaurants around you where you can eat delicious food. The house we stayed in was a traditional and very tastefully restored village house. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed, the kitchen was fully equipped. Andriana who looked after us was very kind and friendly, she gave us information about all the places to visit and good restaurants in the area so that we could have a good time in Rhodes. If we come to Rhodes again I would definitely stay in the same house. There was nothing we didn't like.

The hostess provided us with great service, helped us in everything and gave great tips. We have no complaints about this stay. The hosts also provide car rental. We would definitely come back here. - İpek (10/5): Exceptional - Location is great. Its in the center of the traditional houses and best beaches of rhodes is 5-10 mins away with car. Everything is new and clean in the room. Host is very friendly, caring and very infornative. Communication was clear. Thanks for lovely welcoming and farewell.

- Lara (8/5): Real Greek charm and loveliness - The place was immaculately clean. Decorated so lovely. It was a surprise that it's two separate accommodations with the court yard in the middle, but it was a nice separation. Everything we could have hoped for. Local restaurants are literally steps away. The food was fantastic. The location does not provide for easy transport by taxi or bus. They are not readily available and it's far enough away from everything to make it a challenge without a rental car. However, the landlord was amazing with advice and assistance. A car was rented for a day (not as scary on the highways as in towns). We also had wonderful contact with the taxi driver we arrived with who provided direct contact to us for a couple trips we made as well.

- Rudi (10/5): Exceptional - Anastasia Koskinou gives You from beginning on an authentical feeling of greek culture. The village of Koskinou is very charming and the people are very kind. The owner of the house gives You a warm welcome and the house has all the comfort you need, is very well furnished and cosy. For us when we returned from our day trip, it felt like coming home. In the night it is very calm so that you can sleep by open window. Nearby there is an excellent traditionnal restaurant Yoannis we can highly recommend. The location is very good situated cause you are at Rhodos old town about 12 min and you can reach all highlights of the island between 40 and 60 minutes. The communication with the owner was excellent and he gives you support whenever you should need it. We can highly recommend this location for anyone who loves authentical experience of local people who were extraordinary kind to us. We are looking forward to come back, not only for landsape, culture, sea and sun but especially for the experience of the great hospitality of the greek people. Everthing was perfect. Thanks.

- Markus (10/5): I would 100% go there again on my next visit to Rhodos - Google maps thought we'd fit through the narrow streets of Koskinou's Old Town but luckily some locals were telling us we should take the detour and park at the village's square. We met the owner and his daughter (Anastasia) and they were incredibly welcoming and gave us recommendations for local food and sights. This place would easily fit two couples or a family of 4. We loved the courtyard with the flowers and complete privacy.
