We were told we weren’t allowed to use the pool. It was only for permanent residents now. Later we did discover one fob did work so we went in but felt like we shouldn’t be there. Bit disappointing as we chose this place because it had a pool.

It was not only so convenient in terms of location, but the property in itself was so cozy and warm and provided us with the best home away from home for 2 nights. Emma the lovely host was so accommodating and always was quick to respond to any of our questions. This property is right up there as one of our favourite places so far. My daughter and brothers enjoyed the heated pool and the sauna and this will definitely be our go-to for any future trips to Melbourne for us. Thank you again for such a great place and amazing communication throughout. Nothing

- Kerri (9/5): Comfortable and great location - This property was in a great location with indoor pool and gym downstairs. Lovely apartment with plenty of light in the mornings. Even though it had brick walls you could hear the neighbors. Very comfortable throughout. The bath/shower is a bit dangerous.

The location is amazing, right in the centre of the Southbank. We loved the gym, pool and sauna. The owner, Emma was very accommodating. We arrived early and she met us to handover the keys. We were able to access the apartment early. The parking space was a little bit tight to get into.

- Fiona (9/5): A hidden gem! - So many things! Amazing location, free secure parking. Very clean, comfortable and stylish apartment with thoughtful touches. Hosts greeted us on arrival and helped us park, and showed us to the apartment. We appreciated the free Netflix, great choice of board games, robes for the spa and sauna, plus delicious coffee. Hosts also included cot and high chair for our toddler. Only minor issues. Quite noisy at night given location, but not a big bother for us. We couldn’t find an accessible entrance for our pram so had to lift the pram up front stairs. could be a concern for others.

- Jason (9/5): Comfortable apartment in a riverside historic warehouse - What a great character filled and comfortable apartment, housed in a historic warehouse building, located a few steps from the Yarra River and the heart of the city. What more could you want? A cafe is located just below the apartment and the smells of breakfast being made wafts up to the apartment. The friendly owners welcome you in-person when you arrive and there is parking available on site.

- Corey (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts (Emma and Daniel) are a fantastic couple. The apartment itself is magnificent. The location is to literally die for. Albeit that it's close to restaurants, bars, the casino, etc - it's such a quiet area. It a quick walk across any number of bridges to the northside of the Yarra - straight into the Melbourne CBD. If you're wondering if you'd consider staying here ---- DO IT~! Would we stay here again? Never ask a question that you already know the answer to. 10/10 The only thing we didn't like - handing the keys back.

Fantastic location, very easy to get to as someone unfamiliar with the area, amazing communication with the hosts, very clean & comfortable. This will definitely be our go to place for future stays in Melbourne. If you don't like vitality, noise & city life, then this is not for you. You can hear the city buzzing around you here, but we thoroughly loved it!

- Duane (8/5): Well placed venue in a great location for our family whilst experiencing the AO tennis etc. - Great location, very central Noise of trucks going early rubbish collections & glass bottles etc, happened both morning. There were ear plugs available, so our host had made an effort to assist with this 👍 No air conditioning, & not all windows being able to open, especially in bedrooms made them hot during the summer days. Extra fans are available which made it better, once again, our host has tried to assist, the venue is heritage listed, so they have some constraints with adding services.
