Guest Reviews
- Gonzalo (10/5): Excelente - Todo Nada
- Sergei (8/5): A welcoming stay with wonderful hosts — just some noise, low water pressure, and a light breakfast. - + THE HOSTS WERE ABSOLUTELY LOVELY — so friendly, kind and welcoming. Laura explained everything we needed to know about the neighbourhood and nearby places, and even offered to come with us to the shopping mall to help us get a local SIM card. Gustavo kindly offered to give us a lift to our next stop once our stay was over. Their son even lent us his SUBE card so we could use public transport until we got our own. Even after we’d moved out, Laura continued to be incredibly kind, staying in touch via WhatsApp and always happy to offer advice whenever needed in terms of the town facilities. WE TRULY APPRECITED THEIR KINDNESS and SUPPORT!
+ The location is spot on for getting around — the nearest bus stop is just across the road, less than 50m away, which made commuting super easy. - The shower had almost no water pressure, which made taking a shower quite a challenge each day.
- The internet signal was very weak and would cut out completely from time to time.
- It was quite noisy, even at night, as the building is right on the corner of two streets.
And just to note — this isn’t a criticism, but more of a heads-up for fellow travellers from Europe or Asia: breakfast in Argentina usually consists of just biscuits from a grocery (they call it "desayuno seco" or "dry breakfast" and tea or coffee. That came as a bit of a surprise to us, as we’d booked the place expecting at least some cereal, eggs, or an omelette. So if you’re used to a more substantial breakfast, you will have to plan to sort that out yourself.
