Pas de glace dans les salles de bain cet appartement pourrait être top mais très mal entretenu.Ma fille a fait tout un reportage photos de ce qu’il fallait refaire.

• Patrycja (1/5): Avoid This Apartment - Serious Issues and Unresponsive Owner - location only I recently stayed at this apartment in Rome with my family, and I’m compelled to share my disappointing experience. The apartment had numerous smaller and bigger issues that made our stay incredibly unpleasant. First off, the elevator was extremely small and old, barely fitting two people, which was quite inconvenient. The living room’s air conditioning was not working, making the space unbearably hot. The bedroom AC units were outdated and very loud, failing to maintain a comfortable temperature. Additionally, the iron was burned, and the ironing board was nothing more than a piece of wood resting on broken remnants of a previous board, rendering it unusable. To top it off, the TV in the living room was not working, and the wooden window curtains were stuck, keeping the apartment dark throughout the day. The toilet flush was broken, running all night and causing a lot of noise. The bathrooms doors had broken handles and locks, so they could only be closed with a chain, leaving an uncomfortable door gap. However, the most concerning issues were the mold in the bathrooms and the poor condition of the shower facilities. Mold was visible on the bathroom walls and in the showers, which caused me allergies and health issues. The paint was peeling off the shower tray, and broken shower pipes rendered one of the bathrooms completely unusable. The water heater was poorly functioning, providing ice-cold water most of the time. Despite these serious issues, the owner’s response was even more frustrating. After we reported the problems, the owner completely ignored us and sent an assistant who had no authority to make any decisions. This only prolonged our discomfort and made us feel like we were being neglected and scammed. Overall, this apartment is far from worth the price. The combination of numerous issues, particularly the mold and the unresponsive owner, makes it a place to avoid. I recommend looking for a more reliable and better-maintained option for your stay.

• Elisaveta (8/5): With good company, you can close your eyes to small issues as the above described. - Enough bedrooms for big companies. All of us stayed in the same apartment. Only in one of the bathrooms hot water run well. It was impossible to use two bathrooms at the same time or have to take a cold shower which was not the case in mid-February. The door locker was broken so other people could easily see you naked by passing by. The heating was set for specific hours only and in the morning was cold. We tried to switch on the AC but the one in the living room was not working.
• Liam (9/5): Great apartment for a group stay; clean, spacious and comfortable! - Great size and facilities, hosted our group of 10 very comfortably. Modern decor and very comfortable beds. Kitchen handy and 3 bathrooms also very useful. Location pretty good with plenty of restaurants and bars near by. 4th floor and lift only small so 2/3 people max. Did state on here city tax would be £3.50 per person per day, but we were charged £5.33 a day each - £160 Total.
• Gareth (4/5): The description wasn’t as stated but the location was great. - The location of the property was fantastic and there were lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. The state of the bathrooms was very disappointing. One bathroom, the shower tray has been painted which was peeling off and mouldy. Also the mirror was broken. Another bathroom the toilet flush was broken and was accessed via the kitchen. The TV’s couldn’t receive terrestrial TV (not tuned/no ariel) and only the one in the lounge could stream Netflix.

• Michelle (6/5): Great location for sight seeing. - The location was great. Spacious bedrooms. Owner responded promptly when asked questions and arranged for transport. AC in 4 bedrooms was great. All bedrooms had towels/slippers (very thin but nice gesture) and toiletries. Decent size living room/eating area if not being used as a bedroom. We used it as a bedroom so had no common area. There was no toilet seat in one of the bathrooms. Was told family before broke it and they were waiting for part. Air was out in main living room which was used as a bedroom. Very warm. Main bathroom shower wand would not stay in place. Second bathroom off kitchen - door did not latch all the way so there was a gap in the opening. Hot water was hit and miss. The second and third showers could use upkeep, there is rust and mold which did not male for a great shower.
• Xintian (9/5): A nice apartment in the center of Rome - The lactation is perfect. The beds are comfortable. There is an elevator. The landlord was very nice and arranged the taxis from the airport to the appartement with the reasonable price. The toilets are a little bit old. One of the flush toilet was clogged even it was repaired once during our stay. Only one shower can supply hot water continuously although there are 3 showers in 3 barhrooms.

• Mark-oliver (5/5): Ancient Rome with a modern twist of living - 4 bedrooms. 1 dining / living area. Kitchen. 3 full bathrooms. The rooms were nice. Modern decorations. Lighting was adequate. The doors on the bathrooms did not lock. The toilet in the kitchen did not flush properly. The toilet seats in the bathroom were broken, slipping and non functional. Some light switch plates were cracked. The elevator is tiny and can’t fit much.
• Margarita (10/5): Excellent accommodation! Lovely rooms! We found everything we needed! - Lovely apartment in the very heart of Rome..steps away from the Vatican. Big and comfortable rooms, cozy leaving room and kitchen. I would return at any time!
