A inquilina demonstrou ser atenciosa e disposta a resolver os problemas a qualquer momento, mas na prática respondia as mensagens no WhatsApp no dia seguinte, não resolveu coisas simples como o chuveiro que não saía água e a falta de um lençol na cama da sala.
