• Simona (8/5): - Appartamento molto carino ed attrezzato, ideale fino a 5 persone. Lo staff è sempre stato gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ottima, in cinque/dieci minuti a piedi sei nel centro di Madrid ed è vicino a due fermate della metropolitana.

Helpful and accommodative hostess, Alma. 1. The neighbourhood area was somewhat run down and lacked cleanliness, understandably. 2. I kept hitting my head on the ceiling due to its low height in the top floor bedroom.

• Gail (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was clean and very adequate for our purpose. The only issue we had was that we arrived at Noon and couldn't check in until 3 PM. Alma made us check our luggage at the train station for 3 hours until Check in time. Most other places let you drop off your luggage before check in time. However, I would recommend this apartment to friends going to Madrid Not being able to drop off our luggage at noon when we arrived. We had to store our luggage at Atocha until 3 pm when we could check in.

• Morwen (9/5): Elegant apartment in walking distance of most major sites - Good location, in walking distance of everything we wanted to see. (Metro stations available for less enthusiastic walkers.) Elegant apartment, well equipped, good showers, plenty of hot water. Heaters and air con units in all rooms. One of the beds wasn't very comfortable. There's a playground next to the apartment, which is a bit noisy if you're in during the evening.
