• Simone (10/5): A cosy stay with an amazing view! - Super clean and great location! Sam met us on our way in with a lovely welcome. He took the time to share local food suggestions and even told us about some live music. The kitchen is great and the tea/coffee a really nice bonus. A shared bathroom made me nervous but it was only with one other room, so worked just fine. The view however was spectacular!

My travel companion was not impressed with the shared bathroom but as I booked the accommodation I knew what to expect. ;) the other visitors were great to share the bathroom with.

• Bettina (10/5): Eine tolle Unterkunft mit fantastischem Ausblick. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. - Wir wurden bereits vor der Anreise vom Vermieter kontaktiert und haben alle wichtigen Infos zur Anreise mitgeteilt bekommen. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt und der Vermieter hat uns alles gezeigt. Das Haus liegt am Berg und man ist in wenigen Gehminuten am Hafen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und der Ausblick auf den Hafen und Spike Island war fantastisch. Das Zimmer war nicht allzu groß, war aber für eine Nacht vollkommen ausreichend und der Ausblick hat die Größe des Zimmers wett gemacht. Wir haben uns das Bad mit dem Nachbarzimmer geteilt, das war absolut problemlos. Auf derselben Etage war eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die wir nutzen durften. Das Haus an sich ist sehr liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet und hat einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck gemacht, ebenso der Garten.

• Melita (10/5): Visoko preporučam odlučna vrijednost za novac. - Bili smo s prijateljima tako da su oni imali jednu sobu a mi drugu te smo dijelili zajedničku kupaonicu i kuhinju. To je zapravo jedan stan što nam je odgovaralo jer je kuhinja potpuno opremljena pa smo sami pripremali doručak. Sve je bilo čisto i uredno. Kuća je na prekrasnom mjestu s predivnim pogledom , blizu crkve i na pet šest minuta hoda do Titanic Experience Cobh. Parkiralište besplatno ispred kuće. Gospodin Sam ugodan i ljubazan domaćin. Nemam primjedbi. Sve ok.
• Julia (10/5): Magnifique logement à Cobh - Nous avons séjourné pour une nuit chez Sam et Jake et tout était parfait. Tout est propre, bien équipé, confortable. Sublime vue de notre chambre sur le port de Cobh. Sam est adorable et aux petits soins. Nous partagions la salle de bain avec une autre chambre mais tout s'est bien passé, propre et pratique. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation! Rien à dire.

We only stayed one night, but it would be a comfortable base for a longer trip to explore the area. Room was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, location was great with a superb view (photo) Noise carries easily through the house, but otherwise no complaints.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out we had many interactions with him which was really pleasant. And the location was just fantastic. The views from the room was breathtaking and so magical! We cannot think of a bad thing to say, the stay was just perfect. We were there for just one night but we will definitely be back! • Jack (6/5): Great View but Unexpected Bathroom Sharing with a Stranger - Great location with a lovely sea view and a nice garden We were told upon arriving that we would be sharing a bathroom with another tenant which was not disclosed in the description or prior reviews. As a result we had to bring in our own hand towel to the bathroom for every use. The kitchen was also advertised as having coffee facilities but instant coffee is only provided when a machine would be nicer. A TV is also not available in most rooms due to noise issues between the walls but will be provided if the host agrees.

Sam was a wonderful host — very welcoming, organized, and quick to respond to any questions. The location is perfect too, just a short walk from the cathedral and the town centre.The check-in process was super smooth, and little touches like tea, coffee, and milk in the fridge made it feel extra homely. I’d definitely stay here again next time I visit Cobh. Highly recommend! 🌟

The upstairs sitting room was very comfortable We had 2 spiral staircases to ascend, but we managed it ok. We had a shared bathroom ,but close to our door.

Je kan ook altijd even in de tuin zitten. Bankjes aanwezig. 2 e verdiep heeft zicht op het water. Ligt op wandelafstand van het centrum. Je kan je auto nabij de accommodatie parkeren. • Gervasi (10/5): Un séjour exceptionnel dans un havre de paix, une vue incroyable et un hôte extrêmement bienveillant - Réserver une nuit chez Sam c'est entrer dans une bulle de bien-être et de paix. Sam a un sens de l'accueil et de la bienveillance hors du commun. Ton petit paradis surplombe la baie et vous garantit un séjour exceptionnel. Je suis venue de France rejoindre ma fille qui habite l'Irlande mais je ne serai pas partie de cobh tellement nous y étions comme à la maison. Tout est absolument parfait et dans le moindre détail. Nous reviendrons ça c'est sûr ! Absolument rien ! Si ce n'est que le séjour était trop court, nous aurions aimé profiter davantage.

Pulito, arredato con grande gusto, funzionale e provvisto di ogni attenzione per l’ospite, anche la più piccola: dalla stufetta per scaldare il bagno in aggiunta al termosifone, all’acqua in camera, al latte in frigorifero e ogni cosa di cui può essere dotata una cucina (come se fossi proprio a casa tua). Questo vuol dire accogliere con passione gli ospiti. La vista dalla camera è pazzesca e la posizione incedibile. Lo consiglieremo sicuramente. Nulla
