Guest Reviews
- Tessa (10/5): 10/10 Perfect for pets! Definitely returning! - Perfect for dogs! Really private right at the back of a lovely little farm with far reaching views and parking right alongside. Everything in working order and fantastic to come back to after muddy dog walks as no carpets and bathroom just to the left as you come in for them to dry off while you pour the wine. Very cozy and set up with 2 TVs, bath, hot tub already hot for our arrival and the sauna one button away from roasting. Check in and out couldn't have been easier and although other people were staying on site, I didn't cross paths with anyone until we met the lovely owner on our way out. Right on the main road for excursions further down into Cornwall, will definitely be returning! Nothing not to like for the price, not the Hilton but I enjoyed it far more! If you are bringing dogs - do pack dog water bowl, dog towels and cage etc as very pet friendly but not got additional doggy specific facilities

- Guest (9/5): Apart from the hot tub, everything else was fine. - Location was great. Only a few miles from the beach we were using. Unfortunately, the hot tube water looked dirty. There was a brown film on the top of the water, and it stood out more, when the water was bubbling. Did not stay in it to long🥺.

- Lisa (8/5): - Beautiful place for some true peace and quote... However although it was very clean, we were a little disappointed with the hot tub and sauna ... Even down to this we would still recommend, value for money, great location and stunning views in a truly tranquil setting ..
- Jessica (8/5): Brilliant few days - will return - Hot tub was great! Location perfect and so peaceful. Everything you need to stay- well stocked kitchen etc. Only very slight downside is limited ability to dry clothes etc there if doing lots of water activities. This would have turned it into a 10/10 for sure.
- Neal (9/5): Superb -
- Barbara (10/5): Lovely relaxed quiet place - Amazing location if you love nature and quiet farm just to hear sheep noise. We had great time in the hot tub and little barbecue. After all day walking on tintagel this was great treat highly recommend! Only sauna wasn’t that hot as we expect but it’s not my thing anyway so didn’t bother me personally.
- David (8/5): Relaxing short break with nice views and dark skies to see the stars - Location and views Creaky floor boards but that’s not a major problem
- Aleksandra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joanne (8/5): Great to visit the local area - Location was fab, very peaceful Could of done with a few more utensils in kitchen, grill pan. Would of been great if the deck area was enclosed as people let dogs roam so we couldn’t let our dog out
- Suzi (10/5): The best weekend ever!!! - This cabin was lovely 🥰 it was quiet and had beautiful views! We would definitely book again. Thank you for a great weekend 😃
- Emma (7/5): Good - Location was perfect very remote and peaceful. Bathroom was lovely Shame the sauna didn't work and the hot tub water looked a little dirty
- Gary (8/5): A lovely peaceful place , very good value for money - Nice and peaceful Sauna and hot tub not hot enough
- Claire (7/5): If you want a pristine, all mod cons accommodation this isn't the place for you. - The farm our accommodation was tucked away with amazing views. There was two other cabins but they weren't occupied so had the area to ourselves. The hot tub was lovely and ready for us when we arrived. There was a lovely pub 5 minutes drive away and a beach called black rock that allows dogs all year round. Ample parking next to cabins. The cabin was a bit tired, could do with a repaint and there was some trunking fallen off the walls, also could do with a new sofa. There could of been a couple of other touches that could of improved the stay, for example there was no dish drainer, being self catering we needed to wash up, a clothes horse or washing line would of been useful for wet towels and swimming costumes. I'm not sure why but we had WiFi but couldn't connect to the internet, I needed to send a couple of work emails but had to wait till my signal was better or in a pub or cafe with working internet. The decking is very slippery when wet, my husband had a nasty fall with all the rain we had, there were no warning signs.
- Jade (8/5): Very good - Lovely location, hot tub was a fab addition. Good value for money Could have really done with an airer to cry clothes and also a dustpan and brush
- Ashley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ana (8/5): Amazing sunset views - The cabin was lovely, clean. Location was good if you want peace and tranquillity. You do have to drive everywhere, but it was a conscious choice. The sauna was a nice touch and we used it more than we used the jacuzzi. Two things that were missed. They have a jacuzzi and they are near the beach but the lack of a clothes drying rack was very noted. Also a small bin in the toilet would be helpful.
- Katie (10/5): Tamarisk Cabin is great - Very straight forward and nice arrival cabin and hot tub ready on arrival just go straight in to enjoy.
Really great location and place to switch off and relax.
A few animals to see too.
Great cabin, better than expected as was larger.
Close to 2 great pubs serving great food.
Close to Bude and Tintagel.
- Anette (8/5): Great location, 5 min from beach, clean well kept. - Fab location, the hot tub was very nice, infrared sauna struggled in the winter/ spring to reach more than 18C inside, the door would not close well, amazing bathroom, absolutely huge and good water pressure, tank does run out reasonably quick thou. Wifi strong and good mobile reception. the roofing tarpaulin not fit well so as as very windy it was loudly flapping all night every night for 3 nights - not great rest , i am sure in calm weather its fine and we were unlucky with storm, but seriously impacted our sleep, unfortunately also lot of the light fixtures were not working so the smaller bedroom had no light at all.
- Transient (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent remote location to get away from it all and enjoy nature. The facilities were excellent.
- Dean (10/5): Very clean and private. Total chill out - Very clean and very easy to find Nothing to be honest. Great place to stay and to have a base for site seeing.
- Carmen (9/5): Superb -
- Tomas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Isla (8/5): Very good -
- Sarah (7/5): Good -
- Chloe (8/5): Perfect break and luxury feel. - Stunning, so homely and we’ll decorated. Nothing
