Sehr gut ausgestattet Haben sogar ein kostenfreies Upgrade bekommen ❤️ Hunde sind sehr willkommen ❤️🐕 Selten so einen freundlichen Empfang erlebt . Die Lage ist auch sehr gut für Ausflüge in die Umgebung , man kann direkt vor Ort auch bereits sehr schön spazieren gehen! Parkplatzsituation auch unkompliziert. Wenn ihr in die Wachau wollt, unbedingt hier übernachten! Woanders ist's wahrscheinlich nicht besser, schöner oder entspannter. Mir fällt nichts ein , hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt 😊 danke für die Gastfreundschaft!

• patricia (9/5): Aangenaam relaxed verblijf. - We enjoyed our stay; it was pleasant and relaxing. The owner was very friendly. It was a cold day, and the fire was burning nicely when we arrived. Our cat was also welcome. We were able to use the sauna. The room was clean and functional. Breakfast was good and plentiful. You can enjoy a glass of wine. Misschien kan de matras vernieuwd worden dan is het voor ons een 10 waard.

Kár, hogy csak 1 éjszakát voltunk a kis szobában, nagyon megszerettük. És hát az a reggeli! Csodás volt. A szállással szemben gyönyörű sétahely található, a tó, a Dunapart, nagyon kellemes hely.

• Renata (10/5): - We stayed for two nights in the first week of January and received a lovely Christmas upgrade after booking – a beautiful apartment for the price of a room. The welcome drink and cookies, water bowl for our dog, creative breakfast basket, and all-day tea and coffee were thoughtful touches. The sauna, infrared sauna and wellness area were a great bonus during the cold evenings, and the house was filled with the aroma of natural essential oils. The hidden kids’ area with a bed and play space in the apartment is a very creative idea. Free parking was available across the street at this time of year. Anna is very helpful, hospitable, and dog-friendly. The area is perfect for dogs, running and walking. An exceptional experience for open-minded guests who enjoy unique details rather than commercial hotels. We loved the apartment, the host, and the location. -

• Fischer (8/5): Entspannter Kurztrip - Es war ein wunderbarer Kurztrip mit entspanntem Sauna Besuch und einem langen Spaziergang. -

• Bogosavljevic (10/5): - Das Frühstück war liebevoll hergerichtet. Die Unterkunft ist außerordentlich romantisch und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit der Familie Wolf war sehr leicht und freundlich.
• Jane (4/5): Enttäuschend - Die Lage ist gut um mit dem Auto schnell die Hotspots der Umgebung zu erreichen Die Einrichtung wirkte auf den ersten Blick sehr ausgefallen und individuell. Leider war alles aber so ungepflegt und zum großen Teil unnutzbar, dass es mit jedem Tag mehr zur Belastung wurde. Das viele Ungeziefer und die Fliegen machten den Aufenthalt zusätzlich zu einer täglichen Herausforderung.

• Babette (9/5): Sehr gemütlich - Es war sehr gemütlich und das Frühstück war toll Das WLAN war nicht so gut, aber das lag eher an der Lage.
• Gerda (10/5): Eine romantische, entspannte Auszeit in der Herzerl-Suite. - Die gesamte Einrichtung ist außergewöhnlich. So viele Details, und man sieht, dass mit Liebe eingerichtet wurde. Das Zimmer ist kuschlig, heimelig. Weit entfernt von Standard. Auch der Wellnessbereich mit Infrarotkabine, Sauna und Dusche ist sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die größte Überraschung war das Frühstück! Aber ich werde hier nicht spoilern, das muss man selber erleben. Die überaus freundliche und herzliche Gastgeberin hat unseren Aufenthalt zu einem wundervollen Erlebnis gemacht. -

Allotjament pensat estèticament, encara que poc pràctic. Esmorzar sorpresa variat i amb horari flexible. Varietat de sabons. Horari d'entrada flexible. Detall de benvinguda. En general molt detallista. Allotjament poc pràctic: taula petita (pensada per 2 persones), pica del lavabo impossible d'utilitzar bé (pensada per decorar), banyera sense cortina perillosa i decorativa que no servia com a dutxa, pica de la cuina rovellada petita poc pràctica i amb mala olor, prastatge dels papers de vàter poc higiènic, telaranyes per tot arreu. Terra i taula pringosos. Matalàs al terra del menjador al costat de la carretera que feia sentir tota la nit el soroll dels cotxes i les llums, després al matí entrava molta llum. Cadires poc còmodes i poc coordinada amb la taula. Complicat saber on aparcar i com entrar i el funcionament de l'allotjament.

• ‫meital (10/5): - מארחת נחמדה, עזרה גם לנו בהתמצאות במקום. מיקום טוב קרוב למלק. יש חניה, ארוחת בוקר מצויינת שהוכנה בצורה אסתטית ובהמון אהבה. הדירה נמצאת על כביש ראשי. בחדר אחר הרעש מהכביש נשמע חזק גם כשהחלונות סגורים. הגענו מיום טיסות והלכנו לישון מוקדם, היתה תנועה ערה בכביש והיא קשה להרדם. אחרי 20:00 כבר יש פחות תנועה ורעד. בחדר הפנימי לא שומעים את הרעש..

• Dominique (5/5): - Très bon accueil, café à disposition est un plus. Possibilité de louer des vélos non électriques. Mais ils ont besoin d être vérifié. Manque de confort, matelas inconfortable, besoin d'une porte de douche, manque de place ainsi que de porte manteaux. Aucun transport particulièrement les w ends et de jours fériés et rien dans les environs pas un restaurant. Voiture obligatoire, dommage parce que l 'Autriche fait tout pour voyager en transport et et ne pas se servir de sa voiture. Logement mal situé avec route très fréquenté.
• Martina (9/5): Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt - Alter Bauernhof mit viel Liebe hergerichtet. Extrem nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die für die regennassen durchfrorenen Fahrradgäste auch in August die Sauna einschaltet.
• Cedric (8/5): - Appartement atypique, idéal pour un arrêt entre Salzbourg et Vienne par exemple. Accueil très chaleureux de Anna. Les attentions pour petits et grands ont été très appréciées. Petit déjeuner bon et copieux. Les enfants ont adoré le mignon petit chien de la propriétaire. Petit point d'amélioration pour la salle de bain qui est très jolie mais qui serait plus pratique avec un rideau de douche. On entend la circulation mais l'avantage est que le logement est facile d'accès.
• Lionel (5/5): Logement bien situé qui mériterait quelques aménagements supplémentaires - Accueil chaleureux et très sympathique. Une bouteille de vin nous a été offerte. Logement très bien situé pour visiter la région (parc de la Warau, abbayes, ...). Logement à proximité d'une route très passante donc bruyant. Intérieur très sombre (ne correspond pas aux photos du site) et trop chargé. Equipements de cuisine sommaires.

• Peter (9/5): Nice apartment in the middle of nature - It was clean, spacious, we were offered free coffee, host was very kind. Amazing amenities - sink, fridge, sofas and table in the room. Very good location by car. It was a little bit cold despite the non-stop heating.

• Mihai (6/5): Pleasant - The only positive thing, is that I've forgot one of my t-shirt and owners proposed to be sent by DHL, which I appreciate their help. - A lot of noise from the road near-by, windows were not cancelling the noise, I barely slept. - Very hot in the room due to position in the attic, no AC to cool down... - Bed linen we were not sure were clean, had some spots on them and were grey colour.... The only positive thing, is that I've forgot one of my t-shirt and owners proposed to be sent by DHL, which I appreciate their help. Other than that, I will not recomend the property.

• Alena (8/5): Overall a good place for one night stay more suitable for younger couples. - The place is as described. The sleeping room is however on a ground floor of an old house which makes the room a bit stale, like being in a cellar. There is not much light in the room. The bed is 140 cm but was sufficient for us. The host Anna was very welcoming and hospitable. The breakfast was outstanding. We enjoyed the area greatly as it is close to a lovely swimming inner lake of the Donnau which was very refreshing and clean. The room is not light and feels a bit stale.

• Gideon (8/5): Relaxing and quiet - Anna is a very kind and helpful hostess. The room is quiet, even if it is next to a fairly busy road. The sauna and room are both very relaxing with great coffee and tea available at any time. The mattress was a bit lumpy, but I slept like a rock.

• Juhos (9/5): Superb - Just like it's name: a cottage with a fancy interior. Yummy breakfast - not the continental one but selected from local foods. Very handsome staff. Heating was electric - in November it was so-so.

• Flavius (10/5): this was by far one of the nicest places we have had the pleasure to stay in pur vacation. Highly recomended! - it was like a fairytale, we felt we have arrived at BilboBaggings cotage from The Hobbit movie. the room with shared bathroom was actualy like having a tow room apartment with a private spa ( offcourse we did not use the sauna but it would have been so nice if it have been ready to use when we arrived late in the night). The owner is so nice and easy going, we arrived really late and she texted us amd left the key in a safe spot for easy chek-in even if she was not there to welcome us ( she left a botle of white wine on the table to welcome us). Also tee and cofe are on the house :)

• Matt (10/5): Stunning guesthouse with world-class hospitality - My partner and I recently stayed in Cottage Number 9 for a weekend away. We felt incredibly lucky to have stumbled on such an incredible hidden gem! We arrived a bit later than expected, after getting lost on a hike, and Anna immediately took such care to welcome us and make sure we felt at home, comfortable, and that we had everything we could need. She had prepared for us some welcoming snacks, beautifully arranged in our room, with a complimentary bottle of wine. This is a little touch, but it means a lot to be welcomed so warmly. The rooms themselves are unbelievably beautiful. It's clear Anna has put real care and hard work into creating such a magical setting. Comfy beds, chic design, spacious, and provided with all the amenities we could need. Anna provided us breakfast delivered outside our door in the morning, and it was an absolute feast! My partner and I are vegan, so had been concerned about finding good food when we were in the Wachau Valley, but Anna provided a beautiful hamper with a mix of breads, cereals, fruit, jams, peanut butter, coffee, juice, and fake cheeses and meats (to cater to us awkward vegans!). Again, this was such a great example of Anna's care to ensure her guests have the best experience they can. I try to avoid hyperbole, but Anna's is perhaps the best place I've ever stayed. Between the quality of the place and amenities, and the top class hospitality, I couldn't think of a single thing that could've been better.

There is a wonderful sauna inside and towels and deckchairs and all amenities needed. Anna (the owner) is super friendly and very helpful. Coffee and tea are always available. • Juaisis (10/5): Amazing place with personal touches - We spent 2 nights here on Silvester with my husband and our dog Molly trying to escape the New Year's fireworks. The owner is very nice chatty lady. We enjoyed the amazing breakfast prepared by her. For the dog people / people that like walks - there is a perfect location for long walks just across the street from the accommodation. We also loved the sauna included in the price. We will definitely come back again :)
