• Aaron (9/5): - Nice spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen and bathroom, plenty of tea making stuff i.e tea bags and coffee , Everything was ok just very busy with a lot of people walking past outside and the heating didn't seem to come on or be able to be controlled so had to use the heaters provided as was abit cold , abit noisy outside at times but other than that everything was ok..

• JayJay (9/5): Lovely. Staff very attentive and sorted things out straight away - Loved how convenient parking was and how lovely it was. Just enough space for 5 of us So the bunk bed ladders were a bit loose and the my daughter caught her thumb and it pinched and bled so we had to watch her up the ladders.

• Tanya (4/5): - The apartment was spacious. Apartment had not been cleaned properly. The rug smelt of smoke and was very dirty. Tray in the oven had not been cleaned in a while. My mum was sick while trying to wash it. There was a smell of dampness and sewage in the bathroom. One of the pictures fell off the wall and just missed hitting my daughter. Curtains and blinds were ill fitted. I sent a message when I returned but never received a response. Apartment was freezing when we arrived. We were told to use electric heaters. There was only one and it was not big enough to heat the apartment.
• John (8/5): Good location, clean and tidy - We were pleased to be able to park off the street and the apartment was in a very good location for catching buses to Lytham in one direction and Poulton in the other. It was also just a short walk to the promenade and along to the centre of Blackpool. The apartment had all that we really needed and was comfortable enough. Any gripes were very minor and not an issue for a stay of a week. It would be good if the apartment door did not rattle each time somebody opened the main door downstairs - although it bothered our dog the most as she thought it was somebody at our apartment door. We were grateful that the adjoining apartment had quiet occupants for all but the last day or so, because the child/children's footsteps running up and down really carried through the walls. The TV remote worked fine with the bedroom TV but nothing like as well for the one in the lounge. We'd have also appreciated better seats thatn the fold-up ones for the dining table.

• Megan (8/5): Pleasure beach trip - This was our 2nd time staying good facilities. Location is great for the pleasure beach and you can park your car. The shower tray does get rather close to over flowing. Some more attention to detail could be taken with the cleaning.

• CJ (7/5): Good value for money but needs refreshing. - Close to beach, lots of space, communicative owner. It was a biting cold week and I had to go to bed and wake in a freezing apartment before asking if I could have access to the thermostat to turn heating on when I needed it. The owner was very helpful with this, but I felt it should have been something set up as standard rather than on request. The clear sound of people above coming home late and stamping made my working week quite tiring. Cupboard door hanging off and shower room, carpets etc all feeling a bit tired.

• Dawn (9/5): Great value - Nice and spacious, clean,nice large hot shower,comfortable bed,nice clean white bedding and towels.excellent value for money,easy check in and check out before 11 o'clock,bonus as most places are 10 oclock.any negative comments are just my honest opinion to help the owner keep up the good work 👏 we would definitely book again Sofa was too small and not comfortable to sit on,the room is big enough for a 2/3 seater.over all clean but the carpets on the stairs are getting quite dirty and need a good clean.loose the rug in the living room it doesn't look good.

Nothing to fault. Nothing, other than shower tray blocked up and over flowed onto floor so we took filter out and it soon cleared away.

• Marr (8/5): Great price for an overnight stay! - Perfect size for a family of 4 for a short stay, with a full kitchen would have been great for a longer stay too! Local shop and takeaway literally right outside. Parking could be an issue but it does say first come first served.
• hema (6/5): Great location and good self catering facilities, could have been a bit more comfortable - Good facilities for a compact space - especially the self catering side of things, nice hot shower, very clean, great location very close to the south pier (5 mins walk) Was cold in the evening - asked for the electric heater it said should have been in the bedroom (but wasn’t), was told it would be dropped off the next day with the thermostat and this was never received. Sofas weren’t the most comfortable unfortunately.

Close to the Pleasure Beach It was cold as there were draughts in the living/kitchen area, and we could not control the heating. The sofas were uncomfortable (could not sit on one as the padding was nonexistent). The bunk beds were unstable and missing bolts.

• Hayley (10/5): Lovely little apartment - The apartment was very clean with all the amenities a family needs for a stay-cation plus a few extra treats. Any issues were dealt with quickly. We stayed in apartment 2 and had a little private courtyard attached, which is perfect for the dog. It's just a short walk to the pleasure beach and sandcastles. There is a small shop a few doors down for emergency supplies (like oxo cubes 😂) and parking outside. Sofa isn't the comfiest and the doors are really squeaky. The apartment was a little cold in the evenings as the heating is on a timer.

• Helen (9/5): Comfortable,good sized apartment. - Big apartment with everything in it that we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Street was quiet and near enough to bus stops to get you into the centre of Blackpool and to nearby places.

• shelley (10/5): - I loved everything about our stay of two nights here, I stayed in apartment 3 and can honestly say it had everything you needed for a great break away I just wish id booked for longer, IV stayed in many apartments over the years as we love Blackpool alot, but this was the first time travelling with my dog and solo , I normally travel with my daughter but unfortunately she had to work. The apartment was extremely spacious and had all the mod cons, all nice and clean and the bed was one of the comfiest ones IV slept in , it had an amazing shower that was powerful and really hot , I managed to get a parking space outside but it's on a first come first serve basis but there are car parks near by if needed and charge reasonable price too, it's about a 5 minute walk down to the front but it's all flat so it's a lovely walk I would highly recommend these apartments, I'm definitely going to be returning 100% Thank you for a lovely stress free stay 🙂 Nothing 😊

Recently refurbished clean and tidy The house consists of 4 apartments but only 2 parking spaces exist so it's a first come basis That said we parked very close by kn the road The bathroom shower tray is very shallow which means care must be taken when showering to avoid spilling over onto the bathroom floor.
• Amery (8/5): A lovely flat with everything we needed, close to South Pier, and a great night’s sleep 😊 - A lovely flat, couldn’t hear the road at all & very comfortable beds so slept incredibly well. The flat had all the facilities & equipment you could need, and everything was smart and clean. Excellent and prompt communication from the owner, easy access for keys and parking on site. A quick walk to South Pier at the end of the street. Nothing!
