• Анна (8/5): The apartment is comfortable to stay at. - Very spacious, clean, new apartment with all that you need, from toilet paper to cleaning and cooking stuff. 5 min away from Lidl 2 bedrooms windows are facing the internal yard of the apartment complex. At night there was noise from the neighbours dog, parking cars and trucks
• Ivana (10/5): - Odlično opremljen apartman, kad bi lift bio u funkciji bio bi za 10/10. Nama nije ni to smetalo, ali stariji ljudi se ipak trebaju popeti do 5.kata. Za 2-3 dana imate sve od ručnika do kave ili paste za zube. Preporučujem. Samo nepostojanje lifta.
• Ana (10/5): Prvoklasan - Sve je bilo savršeno i iznad mojih očekivanja - čisto, uredno, sa svim kućanskim aparatima te više od osnovnih potrepština za ugodan boravak. Sigurno ću ponovo rezervirati ako budem dolazila, a nadam se da hoću jer sam Uskrs provela na stazi Malog princa koja me oduševila te se planiram vratiti. Hvala Bruno, i svima koji Vam pomažu - sve je pažljivo i brižno uređeno i opremljeno. Vjerujem da imate pomoć ženske ruke. Mojoj ste obitelji boravak u vašem stanu učinili ugodnim i nezaboravnim. Svakako preporučujem - nećete pogriješiti.

• Кристина (10/5): Amazing stay, I would recommend - 10/10 - We were a group of five. The property is very spacious , extremely clean and well maintained. There is hot water, washing machine, dishwasher, all kitchen equipment, towels, everything you may need to feel like you are HOME. The staff were EXTREMELY kind to us. Lidl is 2 min away, there is meat and grocerie store just behind the building.The interior is very beautiful, overall it is an amazing property and I would come back. It gets a little hot in the bedrooms (because the air conditioning is only in the living room), but nothing serious. They provide fans, which will keep you cool. 👌 There is no elevator but that IS LISTED. Everything else is 10/10.

• Adela (10/5): Nádherne ubytko, všade blízko , vybavenie super . - Páčila sa mám všetko, zariadenia a čistota, pohodlne postele . Nemám nič.
• JOSE LUIS (8/5): buena calidad-precio - ubicación a unos 20 minutos andando de la zona céntrica, se llega bastante bien, con un lidl al lado, había sitios de sobra apara aparcar justo en la puerta del edificio. El apartamento es grande, muy limpio y equipado, camas grandes y el sofá es grande y cómodo para dormir, estaba preparado como cama cuando llegamos. Muy recomendable. El piso se encuentra en una quinta planta y no tiene ascensor, se nota que el edificio es viejo y al llegar asusta un poco, piensas donde me he metido, pero el piso esta bastante bien cuidado. Tiene dos cuartos de baño, uno con inodoro y lavabo y otro con ducha y lavabo, un poco extraño pero es así.
• Lesňáková (10/5): Ubytovanie určite odporúčam, všetko bolo TOP - Veľká ústretovosť od majiteľa, mohli sme si prísť zložiť skôr batožinu. Kľúče boli umiestnené v bezpečnostnom boxe. Komunikácia s majiteľom bola vynikajúca. Byt je umiestení na piatom poschodí, v bytovej časti, bez výťahu. Cesta do centra mesta nám trvala 15 minút. V blízkosti bol Lidl cca 500 metrov. Byt bol krásny, čistý, Ovocie na stole, kapsule do kávovaru, všetko veľmi čisté. Určite odporučujem. Všetko bolo v poriadku, akurát nám chýbali malé šálky na kávu - ristreto.
• Paulina (9/5): Bardzo przyjemny apartament - Bardzo dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie. Pralka, zmywarka, naczynia kuchenne umożliwiające gotowanie na miejscu, wszelka niezbędna chemia gospodarcza. Mieszkanie jest przestronne. Lokalizacja o 20 minut spacerkiem od starego miasta. W pobliżu sklepy tj. Lidl, Konzum. Nawet fakt, że jest to 5 piętro bez windy nie był bardzo mocno uciążliwy, gdyż piętra są stosunkowo niskie. Zameldowanie było bezproblemowe. Dobra komunikacja z właścicielem mieszkania. Nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji.

We particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the convenience of the location. The hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating. If anyone forgets an item, such as we did with a necklace, the apartment owner is very responsive and will ensure the item is returned without any issues. We highly recommend Apartman Uskok for anyone visiting Zadar.

• Jürg (7/5): - Das Haus und die Umgebung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Wohnung ist schön, sauber und hat alles was Mann benötigt. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt. Die Wohnung ist im fünften Stock und es gibt keine Lift, dies wurde uns aber vor der Buchung nochmals separat erwähnt. Die Parkplätzte sind nicht immer frei.

• Demid Dementev (8/5): Good apartment - - clean and fresh apartment, towels - kitchenware - air conditioning - washing machine - spacious and comfortable - supermarket Lidl and hypermarket Tommy are close to the apartment, small product shop in the next building - no lift. It was a good physical exercise to bring luggage to the 5th floor - nearest beach and city center are at least 2 kilometers from the apartment

• Ana Belén (10/5): Magnífica - Apartamento decorado con muy buen gusto y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Tiene un baño completo y luego un baño con WC y lavado, lo que es muy cómodo. Que no tenga ascensor.
