• maxroxma (9/5): Breve soggiorno a Napoli - Appartamento nel rione Sanità in una stradina laterale in cui c'erano pochi rumori e di notte si dormiva tranquillamente. Pulito e gradevole con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Macchina del caffe con cialde, fette biscottate e cornetti confezionati a disposizione. Asciugamani e docciasciampo. Nei dintorni le strade piene di vita con ogni cosa disponibile. I punti di interesse raggiungibili con 15-25 minuti di passeggiata. La signora Raffaella gentile e disponibile. Grazie Nulla.

• MARCO (10/5): - La signora è stata molto disponibile e accogliente. La casa, è pulita, con tutti i confort, arredata con gusto! E' posizionata vicino a tutti i servizi, a pochi minuti dal centro storico e da due stazioni metro. Nonostante questo era veramente silenziosa! Consigliatissima!!!!
• Alessia (10/5): - La struttura si presenta davvero come un piccolo gioiellino, ho alloggiato prima di Natale con i miei genitori e il mio bambino e devo dire che ci siamo trovati veramente come a casa, la ragazza che ci ha accolti è stata così gentile e disponibile!! La casa si trova in una zona centrale tranquillissima, la notte non si sentono rumori seppur nelle vie limitrofe c'è un bel movimento. A cinque minuti a piedi dai quartieri spagnoli passando per stradine piene di folclore...consiglio tantissimo, bella, pulita e comoda!!
• Jessica (5/5): Séjour apprécié des enfants. - Une première est venue nous remettre les clés, puis l’hôte est arrivé suite à une remarque sur le petit déjeuner. L’hôte a pris une photo de ma pièce d’identité et celle de mes enfants mineurs. Pour quelle raison a t’elle fait ca ? Service Petit-déjeuner (payé) Grand manque de diversité. Service petit déjeuner payant pas de fruits frais, pas de céréales, pas de charcuteries ou fromages. Selon l’hôte, le petit déjeuner napolitain est composé de biscottes et des croissants industriels, lait (qui n’a pas duré jusqu’au bout du séjour) tout évidemment en quantités limitées. Lorsque je vais à l’hôtel, je ne mange pas de biscottes et ne compte pas. J’apprécie boire au minimum deux cafés le matin et j’ai du demander un réassort et cela n’a pas plu à l’hôte qui m’a dit avoir calculé les quantités sur la durée de mon séjour. Machine à café pleine de tartre. Mes enfants n’ont pas apprécié ce pseudo petit déjeuner sans saveur d’Italie. J’ai du acheter des œufs, des céréales, des fruits et du pain frais. Salle de bain : présence de cheveux dans la douche. Humidité et odeur désagréable. L’hôte n’a pas voulu la nettoyer à ma demande si je n’ajoute pas de supplément (€). En dehors des échantillons de shampooing qui ne suffisaient pas pour ma chevelure ou la durée du séjour, les produits de toilettes étaient déjà entamés et bourrés d’allergènes, irritant et polluant. Mes enfants et moi repartons avec des irritations. Pour le prix, nous aurions au moins pu avoir des produits de qualité et respectueux de l’environnement ainsi que pour notre peau qui est fragile. Chambre : présence de cheveux sur le lit. Odeur d’humidité. Ce sont des choses que l’on découvre au fil du séjour. Je ne recommande pas d’y séjourner plus de 2 jours. Pour mes enfants et moi c’était l’angoisse lorsqu’il fallait rentrer. Je regrette qu’il faille négocier autant pour un service payant.
• Willy_Bibi (9/5): Natale 2025 a Napoli - Il check-in è stato comodo e veloce, la collaboratrice ci ha mostrato l'immobile e i vari servizi a disposizione. Il soggiorno, il bagno e la camera erano puliti così come i letti e gli asciugamani in dotazione, la cucina è dotata di un comodo tavolo per poter mangiare e le stoviglie fornite sono sufficienti per quattro persone. Comoda la macchina da caffè a cialde. Il bagno è grande dotato di doccia e bidet. Alla camera del piano primo si accede tramite una scala, bisogna fare attenzione al soffitto un pò basso, ma tutto nella norma. Al piano terra è presente anche un divano letto utile per una famiglia di 4 persone. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti negozi, bar e una buonissima pasticceria. Posizione comoda praticamente a tutto, abbiamo girato a piedi ovunque, piazza del plebiscito si trova a 30/40 min a piedi e i musei principali si trovano a 20 minuti sempre a piedi, un bel modo per vivere e conoscere la città. La casa è bella e tenuta bene, se gli si vuole trovare una pecca, per quattro persone adulte forse non comodissima, ma ci si adatta comunque bene ed è funzionale.

• Luigi (9/5): Nel cuore grande e accogliente di Napoli, che i miei nipotini hanno amato subito! - L’appartamento si trova nel pieno centro storico, in quel Rione Sanità che ha dato i natali al principe De Curtis, in arte Totó. Il contesto, all’esterno, è popolare e piacevolmente caotico, ma mai molesto. La casa è fresca, curata e accogliente. I locali, le lenzuola, il bagno e gli arredi sono puliti e in ordine. Ogni stanza ha il suo televisore e si dispone di un comodo climatizzatore per le giornate più calde. Raffaella è gentilissima, comprensiva, simpatica e pronta a intervenire per qualsiasi richiesta, a ogni ora della giornata. Per chi ama la Napoli storica, la sua creativa vivacità, può riferirsi tranquillamente alla “casa di zia Raf”.
• Sandeep (9/5): Brilliant stay, host is very accommodating - Great property, very clean and the host provided us with everything we needed for our stay. Great location to explore Napoli from. There are a couple of metro stops nearby. It was a bit cramped for family of 4. My husband is tall and did struggle to get up and down from top floor bedroom.

• Sergiu (9/5): Superb - The apartment is easy to reach, kitchen and living and bathroom are spacious, it was helpful to have a washing machine, plenty of space to deposit stuff and king size bed with plenty of lighting, the host was super nice and kind and helpful with anything I asked and requested and I was surprised I even had a small balcony to be able to go out smoking without having to go all the way outside of the apartment. The washing machine was nice to have because I only had a carry on bag and i was out of clothes pretty quickly in the humid weather. Also a cupboard full of small snacks for breakfast and a bunch of coffee capsules was a nice treat from the host. Overall, the apartment is fully renovated and equipped with everything you need , it is visible that there's been serious work out into making this apartment and into maintenance as for me personally, the apartment was clean , the host was very helpful and nice and I had everything I needed for a good stay. the upstair bedroom has a very low ceiling so I hit my head on the ceiling and on the way up on the stairs and I'm average height , I'd have to always duck yo be able to walk around the bedroom, i think this was one of the few disadvantages. The neighbours are kind of noisy and for some reason the sound from outside gets inside the apartment very easily.

• Füleki (7/5): Good - The wifi was really fast and the air conditioning was nice as well. The location of the apartmant is quite good as well. The host didn't speak any english so we had to use google translate to communicate. The sheets were a bit uncomfortable.
