• Nadine (9/5): - Wir fühlten uns schnell gemütlich in der Wohnung. Das Badezimmer ist geräumig und die Küche recht gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin hat uns geholfen die Klima so einzustellen, dass die Heizung funktionierte. Die Lage ist praktisch direkt an der Küste und hat verschiedene Zugänge hierzu.

• Nadia (10/5): Bella sorpresa! - Posizione: vicinissima al mare in una zona molto bella e tranquilla, con passeggiata pedonale che costeggia il mare per diversi km dalla quale si può accedere alle spiagge (ovviamente di sassi). Presenti anche diversi locali. Molto comodo poter fare tutto a piedi. È stato bello anche poter noleggiare i SUP per godersi questa bella costa. Disponibilità: essendo in moto avevamo bisogno di lasciare le borse da qualche parte per goderci la mattinata al mare. Il proprietario molto gentilmente ce le ha fatte lasciare al ristorante che fa parte del complesso. Camera semplice ma dotata di tutto il necessario. Noi abbiamo mangiato fuori ma volendo c'era tutto l'occorrente. Pulizia adeguata. Moto parcheggiate davanti alla stanza, c'era posto anche per le auto. Nulla.

Those improvements couldn't be much cost and the place would be amazing.this apartment is good just for sleeping after a busy day . Nothing else.

O quarto não tem ar condicionado nem ventoinha, ficando muito quente no verão. A casa de banho não tem produtos de banho e a cozinha também não (sal ou azeite). O colchão da sala é extremamente desconfortável e mole.

Jedynym minusem był brak pralki. Siedziska i poduszki na tarasie aż się proszą o wymianę. Nie było poszewki na kołdry tylko samo prześcieradło.

• giuseppe (5/5): Posto incantevole stuttura sporca e poco curata - Vicinanza al mare Struttura sporchissima e poco curata, arredi vecchi e rotti e di scarsa qualità, sotto il letto spostando il materasso abbiamo trovato uno spazzolino da denti avvolto dalla polvere. Abbiamo spostato i comodini ed è venuto fuori uno schifo, lo stendi biancheria era rotto, la biancheria da letto era vecchia consumata e ho idea che il piumino non sia mai stato lavato. All’uscita si sente un fortissimo odore di spazzatura che proviene dal bidone adiacente la struttura.

• Peter (4/5): Voel me bedrogen - Prachtige lokatie, dichtbij zee, heel rustige ligging. Appartement is echt verouderd, waren geschrokken dat het zo afgeleefd was. Geen tv aanwezig alhoewel het aangegeven was. Op balkon moet je de shit van de zwaluwen erbij nemen, echt niet gezellig bij ontbijt. Poetsvrouw had medelijden met ons en andere bewoners, is er zich van bewust dat dit niet ok is als je zoveel betaalt. Mij zien ze er niet meer. Spinnenwebben, zwaluwen op balkon...de poep vliegt om je heen tijdens ontbijt. Moet dringend opgefrist worden. Op foto ziet alles er ok uit maar verschiet niet als je een voet binnen zet...

• EseSemi (4/5): - Die Nähe zum Strand und Parkplatz vor der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist leider sehr alt und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Auch in puncto Sauberkeit gab es Mängel. Insgesamt entsprach der Zustand nicht unseren Erwartungen.
• Bogcsi (5/5): - Az elhelyezkedés szuper a part közelsége miatt. Az ügyintézés gyorsan és hatékonyan történt, rugalmasak, kedvesek voltak. A klíma szuper hideg volt. Felújításra szorul az egész apartman, maximum egy-két napra elfogadható. Nem új a hely, ezt sejtettem, de sajnos a tisztaság egyáltalán nem volt megfelelő!! 😔

• Jakob (9/5): - Zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Apartment, sehr nahe am Meer, ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß (allerdings muss man am Rückweg einen kleinen Anstieg bewältigen, war aber für uns kein Problem. Riesige Terrasse zum Sitzen. Café und Restaurants fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Nettes Personal - danke an Ema, die uns früher einchecken ließ :). Das Licht auf der Terrasse funktionierte leider nicht.

Nem volt tumultus A strandszigetek között lehetett bőven válogatni Tágas udvar és magánparkoló 3 percre van a tenger Emailben is gyors kommunikáció, korábban tudtuk elfoglalni a szállást Bevásárlás kocsival a közelben lehetséges a Plodine-ban A parton sok étterem, és bár található. 4 személyes vacsora 65EUR volt, a parton egy bárban a toast szendvics 5EUR Látnivaló inkább Rijekában van, ahol viszont a parkolás nehéz volt. A TV nem működött az appartmanban A Wifi nagyon instabil volt. Kicsik a strandszigetek, ez főszezonban biztos zsúfolt A Kostrenai hajógyár nagyon rontja a látképet, érdemes távolabb menni A vízben sok volt a hidegáramlat Az étteremben annyira friss volt a zöldségtál, hogy a kukac kimászott a tányérra A szállás udvarán bomló tetem szaga terjengett a nagy forróságban ami a környező erdőből jöhetett, nem találtuk meg Meredek parton kell felmenni a szállásra, ami egy egész napos fürdőzés után megkövetel némi kondíciót. A promóciós képeken látható látkép a családi appartmanokból nem látszik, illetve benőtte a lombozat

• Andreja (8/5): Ugodan i miran odmor, kakav smo i tražili, nedaleko od Zagreba, a opet uz čisto more. - Stigli smo sredinom lipnja, dok je još trajala školska godina pa nisu sve jedinice bile popunjene. Imali smo privatnost i mir, dovoljno mjesta za parkiranje i boravak na prostranoj terasi ispred apartmana. Ručnika je bilo dovoljno, sve je na prvi pogled djelovalo čisto i uredno, a na prozoru jedne od soba je ugrađen komarnik i rešetke protiv provala. Tuš kabina je bila u rasklimanom i lošem stanju, jedini nož za rezanje je bio oštećenog vrha i previše tup za rezanje bilo čega, osim parizer salame. U jeku sezone ne bi voljeli ovdje doći jer su apartmani jedan do drugoga i buka susjednog apartmana bi nam sigurno smetala (čak i tihi razgovori). Osim toga, nemilosrdna je uzbrdica od šetnice, plaže ili restorana do apartmana bez trunke hlada pa je to i mlađoj osobi stvara popriličan napor.

Arredamenti molto old style, bestione della tenda ci è caduto sulla testa non fissato 3. Check out la signora delle pulizie molto anticipa arrivata 9,50 che dobbiamo fare subito check out altrimenti ci fa pagare la multa e ci ha buttato fuori apt prima delle 10 in modo arrogante!

• Kateřina Dvořáková (8/5): - Ubytování je starší, něco by chtělo trochu poladit, nebo opravit. Je to takové klasické chorvatské ubytování, ale vše, co jsme potřebovali jsme měli. Měli jsme štěstí, že zde už nikdo nebyl a tak náš pes mohl plně využít celý dvůr. To doma nemá a moc si to užíval. Výhoda je i to, že je apartmán kousek od moře. Když se rozhodnete jít zaplavat, za 5 minut už jste v moři. Něco by chtěla v bydlení už trochu poladit a opravit, aby neměl člověk pocit, že na něco sáhne a ono se to rozpadne. + vyměnit matrace, jsou neskutečně měkké a spali jsme v ďolíku. Jinak jsme neměli a ničím problém a cena vs výkon naprosto dostačující.

• hansen (9/5): Excellent location at a reasonable price. - The location was great, just a short walk up the road from the beach. We were here on a diving holiday so we didn't have to carry our gear far. We had 2 restaurants right next to the beach so very convenient and the water/coastline was absolutely amazing. It was a little difficult to heat up the room as there was only one wall mounted electric heater in the bedroom. The heater in the bathroom didn't work and there was no outlet in the bathroom for my wife's hairdryer. Not that it bothered me but apparently that's a necessity for women!

• Fodor (7/5): - Tényleg közel van vízhez. Nem zaklat a tulajdonos, abszolút együttműködő. Több törölközőt és kéztörlő törölközőt is kaptunk. A légkondícionáló szagtalan, csendes. Az ágy puha, tiszta és kényelmes volt. Az ágynemű, már amennyi volt, az tiszta és foltmentes volt. Törölközők, konyharuhák szintén tiszták és foltmentesek voltak. A szobaasszony nagyon cuki, igaz egy szót nem tud angolul, de nagyon segítőkész. :) Az ablakon lévő sötétítő tiszta kosz és penész. A fürdőszoba tiszta penész, az ágyaknál szintén. A zuhanyzó tiszta vízcseppes és a zuhanyzó ajtónál (mind a 2 oldalt) barnás kosz volt végig a csúszka mentén. A wc ülőke lötyög, csak óvatosan lehet rajta ülni. A bojler nincs földelve.. A párnán van párna huzat, de a paplanon már nincs. A takaró pléd koszos és büdös volt, nem használtuk.
