• Gilvano (10/5): Prachtig schone appartement! - Prachtige appartement, hygiëne super schoon.. prive garage let hierbij wel op dat kleine autos hier alleen passen waardoor wij moesten uitwijken naar een andere garage maar dat mag de comfort en hygiëne van het appartement niet in de weg staan.. Genoeg eetzaakjes in de omgeving en de eigenaar is een topper die je op afstand begeleid tot je binnen bent via de telefoon! Wij vonden Milaan persoonlijk niks maar mocht ik terug komen dan neem ik zeker weer deze appartement.. Niets
• Olaf (8/5): Nice city apartment - For a family the apartment is very spacious. With the help of photos and a video it was very easy to obtain the keys and to find the parking space. The apartment has a strong AC system, which is pleasant in the summer. The park behind the house has many big trees, is spacious, cool and nice. On the edge there is also a little playground. The apartment has two TVs and a radio, there is plenty of table wear. The landlord reacted quite fast on requests to repair or fix something. The city center can be reached fast with the public transport system (tram stop is right in front of the house). A small supermarket for the daily shopping is very near. With a tramway right in front of the house, the place is a bit noisy. It is literally impossible to sleep with open windows (referring to the small bedroom, that faces the main road). The sewage system underneath the kitchen sink is noisy. Shower drain of one bathroom was slow in draining the water. Washing machine had a problem in collecting water after being switched off (be careful when opening the door, as water might run out). Cleanliness should be improved here and there (we found a sock and waste papers from previous guests under the bed and next to a cabinet). Free parking - even though a garage is in the house - is not included in the price (it's worth to overthink this policy).

• Adriana (9/5): Very nice and comfortable apartment - PROS Apartment is a very nice 2 bed 2 bath, extremely clean. With a sofa bed in living room it could host up to 5 people comfortably. Building has a beautiful and quiet garden with benches to sit in , which in Milan is quite uncommon. Very well equipped with everything needed, including insane amounts of dishes,glasses,clean bed linens and towels. Dishwasher and big washing machine in kitchen. The welcome amenities include mineral water,champagne and apples in the fridge, chocolates, coffee pods,wine,and liquor,soap,body wash and all sorts of cleaning accessories. The host is very attentive and responds to messages instantly. Overall, very good value for money, I do recommend. CONS The kitchen cabinets are so high that most normal sized people cannot access them easily. A bit noisy on street side where living room is,by way of tram passing directly in front of unit, which means having windows shut at all times. No place to hang clothes to dry,other than inside the tiny shower.A drying rack,even small,would be appreciated.
