- Etienne (8/5): Une étape correcte - Chambre et petit déjeuner très corrects Première impression inquiétante. Tout était fermé en milieu d'après-midi quand on est arrivé. Heureusement une passante nous a indiqué la petite porte et la sonnette trop discrète qui permettait de contacter quelqu'un à l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Bref un accueil pas terrible et une signalétique à améliorer

- Uwe (7/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal. Abendessen war sehr lecker. Es war sehr heiß in unserem Zimmer. Frühstück könnte noch etwas ausgebaut werden. Als Gemüse gab es nur Tomaten.

- Monika (9/5): - Uns hat alles gut gefallen, wir wurden freundlich begrüßt das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und groß. Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber und alles war vorhanden. Insgesamt war die Sauberkeit sehr gut. Das Abendessen war ausgesprochen lecker und das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut. Im Bad hat uns eine Möglichkeit gefehlt,um die Kulturtasche anzuhängen. Das hat aber den sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt nicht geschmälert.

- Markjax (9/5): Lovely hotel in a great location. - We stayed here during a mini heat wave and the landlady very generously upgraded us to a cooler room with balcony and provided a fan for our comfort. The hotel is exceptionally clean and in a great location for visiting the old town. Everything worked very well, I would have no hesitation staying here again.

- Susan (9/5): Fab hotel in Oberkirch - Lovely family run hotel just outside the village centre with private carpark that had lots of space. Spacious room and bathroom - all very clean and comfortable. Nice shady balcony (afternoon) with table and a couple of chairs for relaxing. We had a corner room with windows on two sides so we were able to get a breeze coming through. No lift but they did offer help with bags. Good choice of breakfast - regularly refreshed. Onsite restaurant - reasonably priced with a good selection (including for vegetarians) and great quality. Few mins walk to the town centre and train station. Hotel provided a free pass for trains and buses that you can use throughout the Black Forest area - you can get to loads of places without having to use the car - so a great bonus. Highly recommended and I wouldn't hesitate to return Nothing

Lots of local wine and produce. The bed was a little firm and the pillow was not what I prefer. Both personal preferences only.
