• Ozan Ali (10/5): Keyifli - Fiyat performans açısından çok acantajlı bir konaklamaydı. Ev sahibinin iletişimi çok iyi sürekli iletişim halinde oluyorsunuz. Bir evde bulunabilecek bütün malzemeler elimizin altında ev konforunu yaşayabilirsiniz. Konumu itibari ile merkezi bir konumda ulaşımı gayet rahat.

• Ελένη (1/5): - Ακατάλληλο για οποιονδήποτε να μείνει στο καταλυμα. Πήγα με την οικογένεια μου , ενα παιδί 1 έτους και 1 οχτώ χρονων. Καταρχην δεν ειχε νερο .ρωτησαμε την γειτονια και ολοι ειχανε κανονικα νερο .Οποτε δεν ητανε θεμα του δημου.Μου φέρανε βρώμικο σεντόνι για την κουνια . Πεταμένα όλα τα υποτιθέμενα "καθαρά" σεντονια και πετσέτες σε ενα ντουλάπι πατσαβουριασμενα. Ο πάνω όροφος είχε μούχλα και το περβαζι στις σκάλες κουνιόταν. Ο τοίχος της εισόδου ητανε ξύλινος και κάθε αυτοκίνητο ή μηχανάκι που περνουσε ητανε σαν να περνάει μέσα απ το καταλυμα. Η ηλεκτρολόγικη εγκατάσταση δεν τηρούσε τις προδιαγραφές ασφαλείας. Ολα τα καλώδια ητανε εκτεθειμένα. Απορώ πως εχει πάρει άδεια καλής λειτουργίας και υπάρχει στην πλατφόρμα . Τηλεφωνήσαμε αρχικά για το νερό στην ιδιοκτήτρια η οποία ητανε ανεδης και την ενημέρωσα για το σεντονι κ ειπε οτι αποκλειεται να ειναι λερωμενο και οτι το λερωσαμε εμείς. Απαράδεκτοι! Ότι χειρότερο έχουμε πάει. Φύγαμε την επόμενη μέρα διότι δεν έβρισκα που να πάω με τα παιδιά μου μέσα στην νύχτα
• Brando (9/5): Perfect place to stay in Chios for those who prefer self catering. - Spacious, all the furnushings and appliances are new, good location, comfortable. Only the showerhead, which is fixed at top of a pipe, so it cannot be moved. I would have preferred a flexible shower hose. Apart from that, my only disapointment was that I could only rent the flat for one night. i would haved liked to rent if for a much longer time

• Konstantinos (9/5): Superb - Close to the city , the house was superb. Due to being close to the city , the house previously should have been a shop resesigned for home. it was too loud from the cars , the matress was hard as stone .The overall exp was good though

• Agatha (8/5): So great! Clean, big, functional, affordable. - Central location, easy to find. Bigger place than I expected. Very clean! Maybe an extra lock on the door, I didn't feel super secure there alone. You can see directly into the apartment from the street through the gap in the door (from close up).

• Marina (8/5): Very good - The apartment has everything you need in terms of facilities, it’s spacious, there’s laundry machine and everything you can think of. The problem is that this is not a real property for living, but a street shop which has been transformed into an “apartment”. Even the door is still the glass door of a street shop which provides NO insulation from the street noise. Between the door and the “wall” there is a 3 cm gap, meaning that every vehicle which passes outside (car or motorbike) is like passing literally above your head. It’s like you are sleeping on the street. I haven’t experienced something like that in my life. Basically you can’t sleep because until 4-5 am there are motors passing through the street every now and then. In my opinion fixing the front wall and the door is something relatively easy and the host should think of doing that instead of offering something that is not actually an apartment, but a transformed street shop. My guess is that this has not been done just because it’s illegal.

• Esin (7/5): Good - The space is large, clean and new. It can accommodate up to 6-7 people. The space is converted from a shop. So the front is glass, including the door. Youu hear every car, motorbike passing, noisy. You need earplugs to sleep.
• Esin (10/5): Exceptional - It is very central. You can walk to the port in 10mins, to the bus station in 6mins and to the beach in 18 mins. The flat can accommodate 6-7 people with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 double futon and one single futon. There is everything you need. Very clean. WiFi works well.
• Karine (10/5): New, great, modern, central, quiet apartment at a promotional price ! - Great ! Very modern, very clean, big, tastefully equipped appartment. Fully equipped kitchen, I believe (I did not cook). Microwave, cooking-plate, washing machine etc. Hot water maker, tee, sugar, instant coffee, big water bottle in the fridge. Great bathroom/shower, too. Central, short walk. From the port/bus-station, parc, walk right, along the pedestrian shopping street until the cafeteria Grinder. There turn north along the little street to the end ( 70 meter)The apartment is across the street, with decorations on the door and the keybox. Can't miss it. Great place to stay ! THANKS A LOT !
