• Lucia (10/5): Absolutely outstanding stay! - From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing. The property was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable. But what truly made this stay exceptional was the host's communication. We encountered an unexpected situation during our visit, and the host went above and beyond to help us resolve it quickly and smoothly. They responded immediately, were incredibly kind and understanding, and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. It's rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to their guests’ comfort and peace of mind. This level of care made all the difference and turned what could have been a stressful moment into a reminder of how great hospitality can be. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family. Parking is very small, so keep in mind when renting a car - smaller car might be a better option.

Such a great find after we had our original villa cancelled (booked via VRBO). Clean, great location and the perfect place to relax. Gienne was absolutely amazing from the moment we received our texts with all the information and extra recommendations of restaurants to eat and places to visit. She went out of her way to help us when we had rental car issues, nothing was too much trouble and she made us feel very welcome on our stay.

Nice front terrace area near pool. 9 sun beds. Nice location. Very close to beach and about 15-20 minute walk into Cala d’Or centre. . Front patio door doesn’t close, have to kick shutters for security. Kitchen job Extractor fan not working Fridge missing bottom shelf so unable to stand bottles up. No freezer, oven, grill, w/machine, draining board. No usable worktop space in kitchen ( have to use kitchen table for food prep). Limited crockery e.g. only 2 bowls for cereal, no pasta bowls. Limited lighting options: either no light or full very bright ceiling light in kitchen/ lounge- needs side lamps for ambient lighting in evenings. Only 2 terrace chairs when there were 3 of us. No mirror / dressing table in second bedroom so had to share. Only one sun umbrella by pool. No equipment for beach as advertised.

Trochu nepohodlna postel, velmi malo kuchynskych potrieb, taniere, pohare… rura na pecenie. Nie uplne cista kupelna, sprchovacia hlavica hrdzava

• Cornelia (8/5): Erholsamer Urlaub - Das Appartement war geräumig und hell. Das Bett sehr bequem. Die Terrasse war mit sehr bequemen Sesseln ausgestattet, mit Blick auf den Pool. Der Fußweg jeden Abend nach Cala d’Or war eine willkommene Bewegungseinheit. Die Küche war sehr spartanisch ausgestattet und sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Da wir nur unser Frühstückt in dem Appartement zubereitet haben, war es o.k. Insgesamt dürfte die Wohnung runderneuert werden, die Schranktüren des Schlafzimmerschrankes waren schwergängig. Viele krähende und nachtaktive Hähne leben in der Umgebung.

• Angela (10/5): Everything was great, communication with the owner was spot on, check in the day before on the app was easy, highly reco - We were in the top apartment, so several stairs to reach it, if you have mobility issues, mention this at booking. Apartment was spacious and very clean, had everything we needed. Location lovely and quiet, you do need to walk up a fairly steep hill to get to it, so bare this in mind, but it was so peaceful, little shop round the corner, and easy access to the beaches There was nothing it didn’t like, bathroom door rather noisy, but place was spot on

Die Vermieterin war auch gut erreichbar und auch persönlich vor Ort. Check-in und Check-out sehr einfach mit Schlüsselbox. es gab auch ein paar gute Restaurant, die man zum Fuss erreichen konnte. da wir ein Auto gemietet hatten sind wir leicht an verschiedene Orte gekommen. Das Badezimmer könnte sauberer geputzt werden und die Brause in der Dusche könnte saniert werden.

Le lit était trop mou et il aurait été confortable d'avoir une armoire pour ranger les habits plutôt que ce placard pour le fer à repasser.

Nous avions réservé pour 5 nuits, mais dès le premier jour, les voisins du dessus faisaient énormément de bruit jusqu’à 1h du matin. J’ai signalé le problème à l’hôte, qui m’a indiqué qu’il s’agissait d’une famille avec quatre petites filles, mais qu’ils devaient partir le jour même. Malheureusement, les locataires suivants étaient encore plus bruyants et ont fait du bruit toute la nuit. Nous n’avons pas pu dormir une seule nuit correctement.

The top of the floor unit was quiet and clean, and the bathroom/shower was very spacious. The unit has a very large patio, which has a lot of potential if there is more sun-coverage for the hot summer days. On the downside, the unit's kitchen had very few cups/plates/cooking tools, if you planned to cook. The place has a ton of potential, if it were furnished with more care and personality.

Apartment spacious and clean, beds very comfortable and big for single beds. Great shower. Would definitely stay again. A bigger kettle in kitchen would have been better, rather than small travel kettle. Needed extra chair on terrace as only 2 large ones and 3 of us staying there.

Optimaler Schnitt der Wohnung (2 Schlafzimmer, Bad, großes Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile). 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Ruhige Lage in einer Sackgasse Speziell das Bad ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Abgewohnte Couch im Wohnzimmer. Fleckige Wände (Schimmel?). Anfang November ist Cala Ferrera ausgestorben. In Cala d'Or ist noch was los, aber knappe halbe Stunde Fußweg
• Emmanuelle (7/5): - Établissement au calme (hors saison estivale, mais on entend les gens marcher au-dessus et les coqs !), avec piscine. Boîte à clés donc très pratique quand on arrive tard et toutes les instructions nous sont envoyées à l'avance. Appartement avec des surfaces tout à fait correctes. Sol propre à l'arrivée et ménage fait 1 fois sur un séjour de 3 nuits. Localisation impeccable pour visiter le secteur à pieds (20 min du centre ville...) L'appartement mériterait un bon coup de nettoyage en profondeur et quelques travaux : porte-serviette complètement rouillé, sol de la douche jauni et moisissures derrière le porte-savon de la douche, pommeau de douche noirci (sale), prises électriques de la salle de bain très sales... Ustensiles de cuisine peu nombreux, pas forcément propres et la poêle est vraiment à changer !!! C'est vraiment dommage ça gâche un peu l'effet "waouh" à l'arrivée !
