Crystal (4/5): - The beds are clean and not that bad comfort wise. They do keep up with maintaining it clean. I liked that the doors had codes although i don’t know how often they change that. But that’s about it if I’m being honest. It has glass door where any and everyone can see inside the property the communication is off because the cleaning lady didn’t know how long I was staying there or when I checked in and opened my door twice during me sleeping. They say full kitchen and there is a kitchen area but nothing works for real. So that to me was miss leading the microwave doesn’t work, the stove doesn’t work, water / ice dispenser doesn’t work it’s pretty much just a fridge and an air fryer. The bathroom was always questionable for me mostly the shower the tiles love orange and yellow and the shower head is dirty and needs to be replaced asap. The area is surprisingly quiet but a lot of drug addicts around the corner.

Turns out, they will collect payment, wait till you are at the property, only to advise you, not of something minor but that if you need a place to stay, you will be staying out in the hood, at their other property. I had to haul all of my things, across town, to a house, that I would have NEVER stayed in or booked, had an awful night, someone was trying to break into the house, the locks are beyond cheap, my door locked but didn't have a key, forget getting back in if you lock yourself out, forget having a chair to sit in while this is happening, there is no furniture or even clean sheets. Drama drama drama. Don't stay here, creating a situation and preying on people who are in a bad spot, that you put them in, is criminal. I have contacted attorneys and appropriate agencies to take care of this situation.
Verified traveler (2/5): 👎 - This accommodation was a GROSS FRAUD! originally intended this accommodation but it wasn't, they just told me to change to another place with notice in a different direction in a different area in a detached house there was a bum in the area and a demolition worker lives there, it was horrible! bad ugly behavior the cleaner or the man barked at me! demanded my money back! DONNA (2/5): - We didn't stay here. When we arrived the Manager told us they have no queen room and theresno availability. He tried to give us a room sharing with single beds. It was dirty and smelly. It's no way nesr luxurious. Expedia should remove them from their options

No había timbre asi que tocamos la puerta, Me contacte con la persona encargada con el número de Whastapp 1 (786) 282-7025 Gregorio, me dijo que no se encontraba en el lugar, que la señora encargada no estaba ahí y no podían abrir la habitación, que la habitación era la nro 2, me dijo que podía acomodarme en otro lugar cerca de ahí, pero estaba como a 10 cuadras que no tenía llave ese lugar, le dije que no tenía como ir, me dijo mandaría un UBER, cuando colgó justo alguien abrió la puerta era un huésped, entonces me dirigí a la habitación 2 y estaba cerrado, volví a llamarle a Gregorio le dije que pude ingresar y que la habitación estaba cerrada, me dijo no hay llave la tengo yo, entonces en eso sale la persona que nos abrió me dijo quieren pasar? Acá están las llaves, el saco de un florero que estaba en la sala, pero dijo que había otra persona en la habitación justo cuando intento abrir alguien estaba dentro y dijo que también la persona dentro como el habían pagado por esa habitación pero que a el le dieron otra cuando reclamo, es decir esa habitación estaba reservada y pagada por 3. Le llame y me contesto de muy mala forma, me dijo que vaya a ver el otro lugar o que me rembolsaría, pero donde iba a encontrar a esa hora un lugar, además que no tenía tarjeta de crédito para pagar otro lugar por reserva.
