• Nouha (10/5): - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Séville. Tout était très propre, confortable et bien équipé. L’emplacement est parfait, proche des commerces et pratique pour visiter la ville. La communication avec l’hôte était également très facile et agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

• Lucia (8/5): - Siamo stati bene, l'appartamento è molto pulito e in ottima posizione. Abbiamo apprezzato che fosse dotato di lavastoviglie e lavatrice. In generale mi sento di consigliarlo. Un po' caro per avere solo 1 camera da letto e un divano letto piuttosto scomodo. Bisognerebbe curare meglio alcuni dettagli, ad esempio c'era la macchina del caffè dolce gusto e le cialde della nespresso incompatibili con quella macchina.
• giancarlo (8/5): Siviglia marzo 2026 - Posizione in zona tranquilla e vicino a siti turistici. Facile check-in e personale attento. Appartamento coerentemente arredato e piacevole. Elettrodomestici funzionali . Qualche capello di troppo sulle lenzuola del divano letto e tanti sul tappeto della sala . Asciugamani del bagno da rinnovare.

Very well equipped kitchen and awesome contact with the owner and very good hospitality! Terrible noise from the street at night! The windows should be changed for better! If not you need to buy ear plugs!

• Daniela (9/5): OTTIMA BASE PER VISITARE SIVIGLIA - Posizione centrale, appartamento ben fornito e molto gradevole esteticamente. Divano letto non praticissimo, da preparare con lenzuola e occorrente al momento.

• Kassandra (8/5): Très bon appartement mais mal isolé. - Très bon séjour dans cet appartement à Séville. Le logement est propre, bien situé et conforme aux photos, ce qui est très appréciable pour visiter la ville facilement. L’appartement est agréable et bien équipé pour quelques jours. Le seul petit point négatif concerne l’isolation : on entend assez facilement les bruits de l’extérieur ou des voisins.

• Lidia (9/5): Perfecto para pasar unos días en pleno centro de Sevilla. - Ubicación perfecta. La comunicación con el alojamiento rápida y eficiente con un trato excelente.
• Aileen (5/5): No wifi and internet connection ; disappointing - Location Wifi was not working, feedback to owner but nothing improved, hence we had no wifi for 2 days inside the apartment. Even when we use our own Vodafone 5G roaming data, connection was very very weak. Had to walk out of building to access internet & check whatsapp/email. Very frustrating.

• Agata (9/5): Wyśmienita lokalizacja i piękny wystrój. - Super lokalizacja, wyposażenie - wyglądał jak świeżo po remoncie, niczego nie brakowało. Świetny kontakt z personelem - mogliśmy zostać nawet chwilę dłużej z uwagi na moje zajęcia online w ostatni dzień. Jedyne co to w sypialni było trochę ciasno - sporo rzeczy w szafkach.

• ROBERTO (9/5): - Ottima posizione, pulizia eccezionale, staff cordiale e disponibile. Ho riscontrato problemi con l'insonorizzazione, in particolare delle finestre. I rumori provenienti dalla strada si sentono molto, soprattutto durante la notte, rendendo difficile riposare bene. Un miglior isolamento acustico delle finestre migliorerebbe notevolmente la qualità del soggiorno.

• Inmaculada (8/5): Céntrico y cómodo, pero ruidoso. - Piso muy bien situado, en el centro. Bien equipado, limpieza correcta y muy importante, las camas muy cómodas. La televisión no se veía, el cable de antena roto, vinieron a traer otro pero tampoco funcionaba. Y mucho ruido nocturno, las ventanas del dormitorio están a pie de calle.

• ydieslay de las mercedes (8/5): En general todo ok pero hay cosas que mejorar - La localización estaba muy bien, y tiene buen calentador de agua q se agradece mucho, el persona muy amable La TV es muy pequeña, yo diría q 43" como máximo, no es smart tv y la antena estaba rota, aunque el personal se ofreció a arreglarlo pero no teníamos tiempo para estar en casa como para hacer q vinieran, me hubiera gustado q fuera una sola cama en vez de 2 camas pegadas, pues los niños aveces se escurrían por el medio, el primer día a las 8 de la mañana nos despertaron unas obras en el piso de arriba picando y taladrando

• steros73 (9/5): Ottima posizione vicina a tutto! - Posizione strategica nel pittoresco Barrio de Santa Cruz, a pochi passi dalla Cattedrale. Appartamento nuovo e pulito. Nonostante la finestra della camera da letto dia sulla strada, l'appartamento è tutto sommato silenzioso. Suggerirei di mettere l'aria condizionata anche nella camera da letto, il solo split nel soggiorno non è sufficiente nelle giornate particolarmente calde. Ok per due persone, non per tre.

• Valentina (4/5): Not worth it if you value a good night sleep. - The location is really central. The flat is small but cosy, ideally for 2/3 people maximum. Good big bathroom and shower. Unfortunately being on the ground floor and without double glazed windows was a massive problem for us. We could not sleep almost the whole night. Also we could hear the people above and the other neighbours in the building. Maybe with earplugs the situation is better.

• Sophie (8/5): Very good - Great location, close to all of the major sites and lots of nice places to eat around. The place was clean and the hosts were very responsive to questions. The sofa beds weren’t that comfortable. No aircon in the bedroom just fans which made it very hot.

• Judit (8/5): Perfect location, easy access, attractions in a walking distance, but too noisy. - Perfect location, most of the attractions were nearby. Easy access to the apartment. L Very noisy. It’s on the ground floor, so everything could be heard from the streets. The neighbours could also be heard, including their dog’s barking.

• Rea (10/5): HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! - Everything was perfect! Location was right in the center. Seville Cathedral, real alcazar was a 5min walk, while plaza de Espana was a 20min walk. There's a grocery also near by. The apartment was so comfortable, had complete utensils so you can cook, you can even do your laundry. The living room was big, and you would really feel like you're at home. Couch was comfortable and it even had a pull out sofa bed. The owner replies fast to our queries as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED when in Seville Shower pressure was just a little bit weak. The rest was perfect!
