- Rob (9/5): - Loved the quirkyness of the building and location being so central in Epping. Really comfy beds and very well equipped in all areas. Plenty of space for all 6 of us to eat, sleep and relax.
- P (9/5): A character filled flat, with good facilities in a nice town - As described and shown in photos the flat is full of character as well as being in a nice location close to a very high street that can cover anything you need or forget to bring. Wi-Fi signal did drop out which was only a mild issue but it didn't impact greatly on my stay

- Kenneth (10/5): Lovely clean property and super warm at this time of the year. Great facilities would highly recommend. Great pricing. - Great location with plenty to do in the area. Easy to get to central London in either a cab or the train. Lovely and warm, also very clean and quiet with every kitchen facility you’d ever need. The espresso maker is a nice touch! It was sometimes difficult to get into the exterior door of the building, we had no access to the key in the lock box - sometimes the residents locked the door from the inside. The electronic lock worked and we could get in as long as it wasn’t locked from the inside. Balcony access would be “difficult” for less able bodied guests but overall the property was excellent.
