Christi (6/5): Great location, OK place to stay. - It was a large space and clean. It had a kitchen, although it was bare bones. Our sense was that the proprietor is new at this. When we asked for an extra blanket for the bed, he said yes and then never brought one. We were provided one towel (each) and one roll of toilet paper for a 6-night stay. When we asked for additional, he seemed annoyed. We should not have had to ask. Our reservation was for 6 nights, in advance. x We did not have control over the temperature in the room and it seems there is construction left to do as there were cables and hoses sticking out above the door, and in the bathroom, there is a huge, empty space for a mirror - but there is not one (a small make-up mirror on the country only). For the price, the service should have been much better, and the apartment should be finished. in our opinion.
Kaj (7/5): Good - Great location, decent interior design... Terrible street entry situation. Often a group of very shady people blocking first entry door to the inner park where the house entry is. The smell in the bathroom, which came obviously from a leaking waste water drain. Interior design really has an appeal, but wasn't done by an experienced person what shows in many little things that just do not work properly. However, with little upgrades and remakes this will be an 8.5 place!

Marina (8/5): Great place in the downtown for a short stay - Located in the downtown, it is the perfect place to explore Brno during a short stay. We loved the cleanliness of the room and the huge bathroom. The design was modern yet confortable and warm. The host helped us with all our requests. Towel hangers and additional shelves would make the bathroom more comfortable.
