• Lenka (9/5): - The host was very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with plenty of amenities. The beds were especially comfortable. The location was also very convenient, with a tram nearby and bus 8 providing a quick ride to the city center. The WiFi was quite slow.
• Daniel (10/5): Maravilhoso - Tudo foi perfeito, atenção aos detalhes, a gentileza e recepção na entrega das chaves, o conforto do apartamento, a comunicação com os anfitriões, ocorreu tudo de forma maravilhosa, recomendo demais a todos que se hospedem, não vão se arrepender, a região é maravilhosa, longe da muvuca do centro, mas interligada a tudo que há de melhor em Roma, com certeza voltarei e essa hospedagem está em meu coração.

• Armen (10/5): comfortable - The location is good for us, every morning we had our working routine to the city center, around 40 minutes, and back. There are different routes for reaching city center and at lease three of them are comfortable for working, nice neighborhoods, with coffee shops, quiet streets, flouring trees. One of the rout is alongside of there river, what is also comfortable have no traffic lights. Not really anything
• Lucia (10/5): Apartmento 100% - Amplio, equipado, cómodo, limpio. Hubiera sido perfecto que hubiese estado más céntrico, pero no fue un problema porque estaba bien comunicado con el tranvía y las líneas de bus.

• Nensi (8/5): Comfortable stay overall, though the central heating didn’t work and we had to use portable heaters, and the electricity - I had a wonderful stay at this apartment—everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I had a generally pleasant stay, but the apartment’s central heating wasn’t working, they said it was a work in progress and portable heaters were provided instead. Fortunately, the weather was mild so they were sufficient. We also experienced an electrical issue where the power went out and we had to reset the switch. There is also a fee for late check in till 00:00h 35 euros. Aside from these problems, the apartment was comfortable overall.
• Evgenidou (9/5): - The apartment was very spacious, well decorated, extremely clean, and well equipped with everything needed. The beds were also very comfortable. The central heating was not working, so electric heaters were provided to warm each room. However, when more than one heater was switched on, problems with the stability of the electricity emerged.

• Sergio (1/5): Una pena - Ocurrió un percance en Roma y para alojamiento se le pidió varias veces la copia del registro de viajeros y la factura. De inicio éramos dos personas, ampliamos y nos cobraron un extra. También no quisieron cobrar 60 euros por llegar después de las 12 cuando el principio eran 50. Fue muy raro este cambio de precio totalmente aleatorio y que no lo indica en ninguna parte. Ojo con llegar tarde al alojamiento porque no perdona ni un euro. Hemos pedido el recibo de ese extra y no lo han querido entregar.
• Riddam (7/5): Nice apartment - Apartment had all the required facilities even basic kitchen ingredients and overall rooms were comfortable. Nice communication by host. The check-in process could be improved. As tourists, it's difficult to specify an exact arrival time in advance, yet we were charged for this. It would be helpful if such policies and any potential charges were communicated clearly upfront, rather than being mentioned only on the day of arrival.
• Jonathan (10/5): We had a great stay… Thanks! - Fantastic place to stay whilst in Rome. Slightly further out, but the area was great and only a tram ride into the centre. The space itself is large, clean and had everything you could want for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend Nothing!
• Iulian-alexandru (10/5): Exceptional - Location: The apartment was a bit far from the center and the main tourist attractions but there are buses, trams and even trains nearby that can be taken. However, being far from the center had a big advantage of having very good restaurants with affordable prices in the proximity. There is also a direct train from the nearest station to/from the FCO airport. Apartment: The apartment had absolutely everything it needs for a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen, living room with couch and smart TV, large bedrooms, air conditioner in each room. Host: The host was very friendly and helpful and always careful to make sure that you have everything and enjoy your stay. We really enjoyed our stay at this place and definitely come again if we will be nearby. -

• Emma (9/5): Beautiful apartment in well connected area of Rome. - The location was excellent. Even though it was a little out of the city centre, it is only a 5 min walk from the tram and a short walk to the train station. The apartment was very beautiful and clean, and the beds were really comfy! The greeter was also very kind and professional. My only complaint is that the wifi in my room was poor and had to use mobile data. But the wifi was good throughout the rest of the apartment.
• Virgil (10/5): Exceptional - A very nice big and confortble appartment.Close to the train station, so perfect for arriving from airport and leaving to airport. On first, looks a bit far from centre, but it is well conected, buss and tramway.So easy to get in places.For those who like walking, it takes around 45 min ( maybe 1 hour, deppending on pace) walk to Vatican and same to centre part of Rome. The owner is very ok, and you can ask him anything, he s very nice. Overall a very good price/locatio/facilities ratio. At first glance, in night, looked a litle..maybe like a side part of the city.But it is very safe and quiet.So actualy not a bad part. It could be considered a bad thing if you whant to be in the centre of the city.But that comes with a higher price (and probably not this big appartments).So overall, nothing bad to say about this location.
• Moreno (9/5): Superb - Very well maintained apartment, very connected to bus lines to reach all parts of Rome easily, the host is super attentive to any problem or question that may arise, everything is very good, highly recommended.
• Magdalena (9/5): Warm, clean and well located - Our host Alessandro was very attentive and friendly, we asked for more coffee pods and a kitchen towel and he actioned it straight away. Kitchen is fully equipped, loads of plates, cutlery, cups, even cooking oil and vinegar. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge which was a kind gesture. Flat is on a ground floor but quiet, with only a slight sound from nearby train tracks (it didn't bother us and we're light sleepers). Heating worked brilliantly, water pressure in the shower was great as well. It's about 14 minutes walk from Trastevere Station, 6 minutes to trams and 2 minutes to buses, with easy access to all attractions. There were only a couple of coffee pods for 3 of us and 5-day stay, however Alessandro was great and brought us more, we had no other requests and no issues.

Apartment is just as it is shown in the pictures. Everything was clean and in order. Well worth the money, would recommend.
