• SARA (8/5): Estancia agradable en familia - La ubicación es perfecta está en zona céntrica pero no es una calle ruidosa. Puedes ir desde el parque de las ciencias o al centro en menos de 20 min caminando, o a palacio de congresos que donde se hacen las graduaciones, así que en ese sentido ideal. La casa está genial, las camas son cómodas y la ducha está bien con agua caliente que permita a varias personas ducharse cómodamente, cosa que se echa de menos en muchos alojamientos. No es que no nos gustase, pero las almohadas son bastante finitas, unas un poco más gruesitas serían más cómodas para el cuello y harían la cama un 10.

• Javier (2/5): lo unico bueno es la ubicación , los propietarios deben mejorar en muchos aspectos este apartamento, - la ubicacion buena, dificultad para encontrar la forma de conectar la corriente, calefaccion insuficiente, pasamos frio, papel wc escaso, no habia servilletas, faltaban cucharillas de cafe, solo un jiuego de llaves para 6 pax, falta de elementos para colocar la ropa al vaciar las maletas, los estores no funcionan, los patios que se ven por las ventanas son deprimentes, hubo que comprar pastillas para el lavavajillas.

• Tatiana (6/5): Aceptable - La ubicación y la distribución de la casa La limpieza, estaba sucio y había cucarachas. Y luego que no podíamos salir a la terraza de la casa porque tenia cerradura.
• Tessa (2/5): I do not recommend. - The internet was good. The shower head and water pressure was good. The location was ok. The street number on my booking confirmation was incorrect. There was no visible number for the apartment building. The front gate was almost impossible to get the key to work. I needed help from locals to get in and then could not get into the building myself at all, ever. No one answered when I tried to call for help. The floor was so dirty I had to wear shoes after my shower. There was a big cockroach in the bathroom.. The mattresses were very thin and very uncomfortable. It was loud and bright in the bedrooms. I left after one night due to stress of not being able to access the building myself. I asked for a partial refund and no one responded. Extremely disappointing. I have lost a lot of trust in booking.com due to this unpleasant experience.
• Modesta (8/5): Very good - It was nice to find a coffee. Need more clear instructions where to find the lockbox. And instructions about light was not provided on time. Shower could be renewed. Can be dark in the rooms during the rainy days.
• Gennadiy (9/5): Superb - Wonderful, spacious and very cozy apartment. We only stayed here for 1 night and had a great rest. Advice to owners: if you have a coffee machine, it would be good if there were at least a few capsules with coffee and sugar. The apartment is quite expensive and therefore you expect better service in such things.
• Fatimaezzahra (3/5): Poor - The flat was good clean and big The staf was a disastar ,any communication when we arrive we stayed outside until 10 pm searching , no one answer us , the location was wrong , and the disaster the water has gone because the didnt pay

• Elaine (6/5): Look forward to more service improvements. - The location is walking distance from the main city center, not too far. (1) Service quality can be improved. Such as: finding a place to stay and getting keys, there was no one to serve you, and you must rely on continuous messages to obtain information. In addition, the hair dryer in the bathroom was not working. The owner mentioned that he will provide a replacement that works, but unfortunately, the two-night stay was not available. (2) The room doesn't have much sun to get in.
