Really grateful for pickup and droppoff at the airport and allowing me to print my files. The restaurant should not have been closed, as it was mentioned it closed at 10:30pm and I was there before. - chanel (5/5): Not worth the money! - The location is great close to everything and all the major spots were 30 min max in a uber. A Well I have to be honest this place does not look like the pictures. I fell for it and I’m so annoyed someone didn’t just tell me. It’s outdated and need a refurb asap. Even the carpet looks so old. The breakfast is the same everyday no variation at all. The pool is functional but so basic not like the pictures at all. There is no lift, no rooftop tennis court or rooftop anything, the BAR DOES NOT SELL ALCOHOL at all. We were a group of 5 ladies all in our 30/ 40s coming to celebrate Ghana in Dec and we wish we stayed at embassy gardens or anywhere modern. I was here for 11 nights and never experienced warm water always cold for showers. One day we had no water at all for 3 hours. Couldn’t even flush the toilet. The cleaners tried to scam me and charge me 70dollars charge for laundry for 9 items of clothing that didn’t even cost that much. This was rectified but I hate when I’m being cheated. I would never stay here again it’s so outdated and need improvements. The staff are friendly, the hotels safe, they are fine with visitors and clean the room good. Another thing for 2 weeks they only had coke, Fanta, sprite, apple and watermelon juice and half the menu for food they did not have. Also they did not even pick me up from the airport despite me arranging this ahead of time.

- Andrina (10/5): Excellent Hotel with Excellent Customer Care Services - The hotel's name is ZIMANSKY and it is actually an acroynm...it stands for Zealous, Irresistible, Magnificient, Ambitious, Noble hearted, Sympathetic, Kilig & Year -long. I was very fascinated with this name and what fascinated me more was how all the hotel staff were behaving & acting the zimansky way and providing very friendly & excellent customer care services 👏👏 The hotel driver coming to pick up guests from the airport should always carry a sign post of the hotel name so that the guests can quickly identify the person for safety reasons to assure them that they are being picked up by the right person.

- Lugendo (1/5): - Faced the worst experience in my stay at this hotel. First of all, we were denied breakfast despite of having it included in the package we selected. After the long argument with the staff and showing them a proof, they agreed. Someone opened my colleague room with a spare card at midnight while my colleague was inside the ro sleeping Day 2, after coming back from work, we were told that someone had stepped out with our room access cards (instead of leaving them at the Reception), we had to wait for more than 30 minutes. I would not recommend this hotel

- Maalinmies (9/5): - The food was tasty, especially the Jallow rice. Breakfast was sufficient, though in typical African fashion the setup sometimes took a bit of time and occasionally something might be missing — but whenever we asked, we received service. We stayed at the hotel for a week, and I have to praise the friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were kept clean, and the clothes we had sent for laundry came back to our room washed and neatly folded. One evening, when we returned from dinner at a restaurant, the hotel gates were locked and the night guard was apparently elsewhere at that moment. It took a little while before we could get inside. The next morning I suggested they install a doorbell, and by the afternoon a maintenance man was already on-site with the new bell installed. I can tell you that even the heaviest sleeper on night duty will certainly wake up to that bell!

- Renier (8/5): My stay was comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful - Neat, clean and good value for money. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My room card had an issue when I arrived. This was quickly sorted out by the helpful staff.

Breakfast buffet was not very warm but the bacon was nicely cooked and I did enjoy the croissant The television did not work despite the attempts by the staff to get a channel we could watch. No view from the windows. I had to ask for shampoo as there was none in the room. There were no dressing downs provided.

- Nathalie (9/5): Séjour très agréable et idéal pour un transit d'une nuit à Accra. - J'ai beaucoup apprécié la qualité du service ainsi que le cadre de l'hôtel. J'ai été accueillie à l'aéroport comme prévu. La personne qui est venue me chercher m'a appelée dès l'atterrissage de l'avion et m'attendait à la sortie. L'accueil a été très cordial et respectueux et la chambre était mieux que sur les photos! J'ai été agréablement surprise de trouver la chambre très saine, ce qui est important pour une personne sujette aux allergies comme moi. Le room service a été efficace malgré l'heure relativement tardive de mon arrivée. La sécurité est assurée et l'hôtel a été très calme durant la nuit que j'y ai passée. Mon départ et la navette pour l'aéroport ont aussi été très fluides et agréables, largement à temps pour mon vol. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir.

- Pauline (5/5): The write ups and reviews we read made this hotel sound much better than it is. - The bed was clean and the staff really tried to please but apart from Abel in the restaurant they seemed as though they needed some training. There were a number of problems and they worked hard to fix things for us but I think they were unprepared and also struggling with the facilities they had. All the staff were helpful but for us it was Abel in the restaurant that really stood out for us. He was truly excellent, very professional, friendly and efficient and when he was not there things ran much less smoothly. Abel even took the time to provide us with a list of places to visit in Accra. One positive at breakfast was the fact that you could get eggs freshly cooked to your liking which meant there was at least something that was hot to eat as the other food was generally fairly cold. The detail available was not accurate. The rooms were advertised as garden view but there was no view. If I opened the window I could see a corrugated roof on one side and some bins on the other. The hotel is advertised as having a bar but when we tried to get a drink we were told they did not serve alcohol. They did however manage to provide us with a bottle of Club beer. The hotel really needs more regular maintenance and the staff should have training to ensure they know what to do when they have a problem. When we checked in we were told there was a problem with our room so they were going to have to move us to another. It seemed as though they were waiting for us to arrive to even start checking if the alternative was ready and it definitely wasn't. The bathroom window was stuck open and they had to come and fix it as well as cleaning the bath which was very dirty. The tap in the bathroom came off and had to be fixed and the towel rail fell off the wall, luckily it was easy to push back on.

The hotel was very understanding when I had to leave so had to pay a discounted one night even when I stayed less than 4 hours at the hotel. The airport pick driver (Moses) was very pleasant and hospitable. No intercom in the room and TV not working. Buffet breakfast a function of the number of guests at the time. The Hotel didn't have a signage at the Airport arrival arear. Had to pay $100 for the short stay.

- Simon Balint (9/5): Excellent Airport Hotel to arrive to - Pickup: - pick you up at the terminal, with sign with your name on it - they are reliable (flight was a bit late, he tried to phone me 4 times unsuccessfully, and he still waited) - pickup car/service is much better than the Uber/Bolt Hotel: - clean, modern, safe Staff: - excellent Breakfast: - excellent, large choice that you can order (not buffet) and high quality Area: - it's in a better part of Accra, but hotel location is in a quieter street (which is NOT an advantage in Accra - you cannot walk anywhere) Value for Money (i think rates vary, on my day): - they beat all the other airport hotels, and rate was reasonably placed for hotel of this quality/size in Accra in general Payment: with card payment you will be charged in cedis converted at their rate, which was a few % higher than mid-market rate Dinner: if you want dinner at their restaurant on a later arrival (such as KLM) you might want to check in advance whether they can accommodate. On my arrival I did not actually want dinner, but it also didn't look like it was open.

Der Fahrer meldete sich telefonisch gleich nach unserer Landung und wartete geduldig beim Flughafen-Ausgang. + Als wir abends nach getaner Arbeit ein Bier wollten, machte sich der Rezeptionist sofort auf den Weg, um für uns das Bier in einem Geschäft zu kaufen. + Die Frühstücks-Auswahl ist hervorragend. + Die Lage des Hotels nahe des Flughafens ist sehr praktisch. - Zum Schutz vor der Sonne sind die Zimmerfenster mit Folie verklebt. Leider sind diese nicht transparent. Man sollte durchsichtige Folien verwenden. - Im Hotel gibt es weder Bier noch sonstige alkoholische Getränke. Für ein 4* Hotel ist das etwas eigenartig. - Es gibt kein permanentes, tagsüber / abends geöffnetes Restaurant oder Bar, wo man zumindest Snacks bekommt. Das ist ebenfalls ungewöhnlich für ein 4*-Hotel. - Nur an 1 von 5 Tagen hatten wir heißes Wasser zum Duschen, die übrige Zeit war es nur lauwarm. - In Fußweite des Hotels ist leider kein Restaurant. Also braucht man immer ein Auto, wenn man abends etwas essen will.

I had one minor hitch which was promptly addressed when it was brought to their attention. The airport pickup/dropoff was timely, I didn't have to wait for them either way. Zimansky highly treasures their customers and you get the same level of high respect and support from any member of staff regardless of their grade and sex. Their gym is well equipped
