• CHRISTINA (9/5): Ευχαριστη και άνετη διαμονή. - Μεγάλο, σύγχρονο, ανακαινισμένο δωμάτιο, με καλές παροχές. Ωραία θέα από το σαλόνι και το μπαλκόνι. Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενέστατος και συννενοήσιμος. Ότι χρειαστήκαμε ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμος και εξυπηρετικός. Γενικά ευχαριστηθήκαμε τη διαμονή μας. Ήταν σε λόφο, οπότε η πρόσβαση ήταν ελαφρώς δύσκολη (ανηφόρα και σε κάποια σημεία στενός δρόμος). Επίσης όταν δεν είχε χώρο το παρκινγκ έπρεπε να παρκάρουμε σε κατηφόρα.
• Κωνσταντίνα (10/5): - Είχε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν, άριστο σε καθαριότητα πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία αν ξαναβρεθούμε στα Γιάννενα σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε.

• KONSTANTINOS (10/5): Από τις λίγες φορές που ένιωσα "σπίτι" μου. - Στο διαμερισματάκι δεν ξαναέρχεσαι απλά. Μπορείς να κατοικήσεις μόνιμα! Facilities στο full, διαρρύθμιση τέλεια, ζέστη εξαιρετική, ήσυχα, άνεση κοντά αλλά όχι μέσα στην τρέλα της κίνησης των Ιωαννίνων, 10 λεπτά από όπου θες να πας, εύκολα. Γρήγορο wifi κλπ. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα, Καλή Χρονιά!

• Dmytro (10/5): - Great view, very friendly and responsible host, clean, big apartment with balcony and separate sleeping room. The bathroom has all the necessary utilities, and the kitchen is suitable for cooking. But be prepared that one has to go uphill to reach this place. There is no kettle for making tea. Otherwise, 10/10

• Dimitris (9/5): Highly recommended! - A cozy, clean, and warm apartment with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay! It has a big balcony with a view of the lake, and the hosts are super friendly and accommodating! A 5-10 minute drive to the city center and very close to the University and the hospital. The WiFi connection was unstable but it could have been due to the very bad weather during my stay!

• Nadežda (10/5): 20/10 - The apartment is for 20/10 ! Everything is commendable. Excellent hygiene, good beds, towels. Everything is much better than in the pictures. The terrace is beautiful. We were quite late, arrived around midnight, the host was kind, wonderful woman. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. And a big greeting, we will definitly come again for sure :)
• Craig (8/5): Very good - Beautiful spacious apartment.. Everything you need is there. Owners very friendly plus they have a restaurant close by.. Food lovely and reasonably priced. Definitely worth a visit.. Ohhh forgot to mention very near the university hospital which suited us just fine. 🙂😘 Cannot complain or dislike anything. 10 out of 10
