• Herbert (10/5): Exzellent - Insgesamt hervorragend, eine der allerbesten Unterkünfte. Da Google und Garmin wie in Bulgarien häufig Orientierungsprobleme hatten war die hervorragende Hilfe der sehr netten deutschen Eigners über Mobiltelefon und durch WhatsApp, was jeder in Anspruch nehmen kann, eine rasche Lösung des Problems. Die Unterkunft ist für 4 Personen sehr großzügig ausgelegt. Wir bedanken uns herzlich.! —-

• Гергана (9/5): - Мястото е чисто, уютно направено с желание. Хубав интериор и всичко необходимо. Голям двор и басейн. Селото е спокойно. Със сигурност бих посетила отново. Водата понякога нямаше голямо налягане и едното легло скърца. Въпреки това, не попречи на престоят ни. :)

• Alex Iancu (10/5): Great property at a very good price - The house we stayed in is very big, clean and comfortable. It has 2 bedrooms, a big bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen open space style with a living room. There was also a brand new pool in the back yard which was still under construction. There was a water shortage while we were there, but hopefully it will get fixed soon. It is also a bit far from the beach, but we would go to the beach by car anyway so adding 10-15 min to the trip is not a big deal.

• adina.a.m (4/5): Nesiguranta si Dezamagire! - Obligati de circumstante sa ne cazam intr-un asemenea loc pt o noapte.. Un sat uitat de lume, aproape pustiu, 10 15 case daramate, afise pe toate gardurile cu infractori si criminali liberi, 0 semnal in acest sat , nici reteaua de telefonie si nici cea de internet nu functionau. Sa intrebi pe cineva unde se afla strada ...este o reala inconstienta caci am fost trimisi in 3 directii diferite toate pe diferite campuri si pline de oameni dubiosi. Ne-am intors spre kavarna sa prindem ceva semnal si sa solicitam locatia... caci platisem in avans, altfel fugeam mancand pamantul de asemenea loc. Nici proprietara laudata in recenzii nu e mai putin dubioasa...
• Irina (9/5): Superb - The house looks exactly like in the photos. It has two very spacious bedrooms, separated by a kitchen that opens into the living room. Behind the house, there are two pools — a smaller one and a larger one with a depth of about 175 cm. Both pools had clean water and did not cause any irritation. The kitchen is well-equipped, offering oil, salt, sugar, tea, coffee, and all the necessary utensils for preparing meals. The host’s house is nearby, and while the properties are not divided by a fence or barrier between houses - this did not cause any discomfort for us. The host was kind and very responsive The property is situated in a small village, approximately a 10-15-minute drive to Kavarna. Please note that there is no public transportation. There are many stray animals in the village, and they sometimes enter the yard in front of the house. While they didn’t cause us any discomfort, it was just heartbreaking to see them in such poor condition, lacking shelter, food, and water. It seems that stray animals are a serious issue in Bulgaria, and unfortunately, the local community appears largely indifferent to the problem. I would have gladly left them food and water, but I wasn’t sure about the house/village rules regarding this. It’s truly sad to witness the situation with stray animals in Bulgaria.
• Damian (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic and peaceful place, definitely recommend for people who do not like staying in Cities. Owner very accommodating. Location very peaceful and just in driving distance to Black sea beaches. Around 30-50min depends where. Swimming pool is great addition to place on summer holiday as you can chill with drink on evening. The owner Mike put loads of work into place to bring it to very high standard, and as I found is still working on improving place evan better. • Orash (10/5): Exceptional - Mike's hospitality has been a delight. It has a mini bar, TV with Netflix (kinda rare tbh) and a beautiful garden which is maintained carefully. We had a great time staying and would definitely recommend it to anyone searching for a place to stay.
• Bucci (10/5): Nice new apartment at 10 minutes from Kavarna mear Balchik - It’s all brand new and the house is as in the pictures. They are building a new pool, so next year there will also be a nice back garden with a proper pool. The property has 2 double bedrooms, one of which has also a small mezzanine where a child can sleep, one large bathroom and a large kitchen/dining area with a small terrace. The German owners live on site in a separate house, which is nice so you don’t feel to isolated and they are very friendly and there was a good communication before we arrived as well. We explored several beaches in the surrounding area, which are really nice, some are more crowded than others, but we had a nice time in all. Depending on the winds they can have more or less waves as well as some sea wead. The property is in a very small village with no amenities, except a small 24 hour drink and snack vending machine and a snall store. Just 10 minutes by car you get in to Kavarna which has restaurants and shops. Our daughter fell in love with the dog and the chicken and had a great time there.
• Dilyana (9/5): Superb - Comfortable beds Clean, spacious, everything needed. We loved the the entire place. Hosts are very sweet and responsive. Everything was wonderful and we would love to return back again ☺️💝
• Elena (10/5): Exceptional - The place is very beautiful, clean and furnished. The owners are very Nice and friendly, and the dog is very cute! I liked everything. It was above my expectations.
