• Mohammed (8/5): - Belle chambre ds un appart à 4 pièces et avec 2 salles de bains et cuisine équipée. Le frigo est tres utile.. Bon rapport qualité/prix. C vrai que l'insonorisation est un souci mais le voyageur individuel que j'étais qui rentre le soir pour prendre une douche et dormir ça était très bien.. le gérant est facile de contact par whatsapp donc pratique pour tt. Le code numérique a 7 chiffres pour ouvrir la porte de la chambre. Stressant prcq risqué. Une serrure normale aurait suffit.

• Vicente (4/5): No te alojes aquí si puedes evitarlo y tienes otras opciones mejores mas cerca - La cama era confortable y es lo único que me gustó Una serie de cosas no estaban bien, y fueron decepcionantes: - el proceso de check-in era raro... hay que llamar a ún teléfono y contactar con ellos para que te den la clave de un cajetín donde están las llaves; no te envían ningún mensaje con instrucciones de entrada... lo tienes que adivinar tú! - la taza del WC se movía al sentarse - la habitación da a un patio interior donde hay aparatos de aire acondicoinado que no dejan dormir en toda la noche - en total hay cuatro habitaciones en un bajo habilitado para ellas, donde entra muy poca o ninguna luz natural - algunas habitaciones tienen código de entrada electrónico en las cerraduras, en vez de llaves, pero los códigos no funcionan según me dijo uno de sus ocupantes - la gente que lleva este negocio es pasiva, quieren que les llegue el dinero con la mínima inversión (o al menos esa es mi impresión)

• Mateusz (10/5): A comfortable and well-equipped apartment offering great value for money, ideal for a short stay in Málaga - The bed was reasonably comfortable, and the bathroom had consistently hot water. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. I also appreciated having an ironing board and a new iron available. For the price, it’s a very good apartment and great value for money. There wasn’t anything major I didn’t like. It would be nice if coffee or tea were provided, as I would have liked to have a drink before going out in the morning. However, it wasn’t a big issue since I spent most of the day outside.

In the bathroom half of the door broken and yust left it there , in the room some wall peaces in the floor , incredible experience

• Nigel (7/5): A pleasant overnight stay once key issue sorted out. - The communication was good and the location good as near bus routes, and also within walking distance of Malaga football stadium, which suited me fine. I was only there for one night, so didn't use many of the facilities, but seemed that kitchen was clean and tidy, and fridge and kitchen appliances available for users. I did have a problem with the lock code on the door handle. It is a bit awkward to get the code in (it may have been my fault, but I did find it fiddly). It turned out there is a manual override key, but I wasn't given this at first meaning I was locked out of the room. Sandra sorted out the problem very quickly after I contacted her and got the key sorted out, but it was a stressful half an hour. I was much more comfortable with the key than the code.

• Harv (8/5): Great value, especially for longer stays - Nice flat, about 12 minutes from the old town or the bars in the direction of Tribuna de Los Pobres, in a residential area. Very convenient buses that take you to the centre or near the beach. Even though there's 4 rooms, in the month I stayed there, I rarely ran into another person although I could occasionally hear them coming and going. Kitchen has everything you need. Sandra, who manages the property was extremely responsive. The Reebok gym is a 4 minute walk. The carrefour and dio grocery stores are both a few minutes away. If you're staying longer term and intend to work from the flat, you'll want the room with the street view and AC. If you're here for a few days, then the rooms facing the inner terrace / courtyard thing is fine.

It was about 15-20 minutes walking to major site. However, bus is 4 minutes walking away, made a huge difference.

It had everything what is needed, towels, toiletries, super comfortable bed and all needed equipment in the kitchen. Pretty thin walls so you can hear everyone moving around the appartement.
