• Aida (10/5): Muy bien - La casa tiene de todo. Es espaciosa. Las camas son muy cómodas. El checkin es fácil. Por poner algo, más luz directa en los espejos de los baños y estante en la ducha para los productos de aseo.

• Peter-Michael (8/5): Hat uns gut gefallen. - Sehr gute Lage in Torrent, Supermärkte und U-Bahn sehr nahe. Größe des Hauses sehr angenehm. Die Betten sind bequem und auch die Decken sehr gut. Es waren auch 2 Handtücher pro Person vorhanden. Das Haus war auch recht sauber. Heizung im EG schlecht, im OG sehr gut. Leider ist die Ausstattung der Küche sehr minimal, es gibt nicht einmal Kaffetassen oder einen Wasserkrug oder einen Teekessel. Dafür aber 5 Pfannen.... Der Türcode hat beim Check-In nicht funktioniert, mussten etwa 45 Minuten mit Service-Hotline (die war sehr nett und hilfgsbereit) telefonieren, um ins Haus zu kommen. Chek-In war für 14:30 vereinbart, im Haus waren wir dann erst nach 15:00 Uhr.

• Steffen (8/5): - Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen und komplett ausgestattet, inklusive Grillbereich und Terrasse. Der Gastgeber meldet sich zügig zurück, wenn man eine Frage hat. Alle Zimmer und die Bäder waren ordentlich gereinigt. Für Familien mit Kinderwagen ist es von Vorteil, dass es keine Stufen ins Haus gibt. Trotz mehrfacher Bitte war Einchecken erst um 15 Uhr möglich. Die Heizung im Erdgeschoss hat nicht funktioniert, sodass wir nur im Obergeschoss geheizt haben. Kein Smart-TV vorhanden. Alles in allem aber trotzdem empfehlenswert!

• Philippe (8/5): Logement vaste et confortable en périphérie de Valence - Logement très vaste, confortable, avec beaucoup d'équipements. Pas mal de produits consommables (thé/café, produits d'hygiène, ...) Les matelas étaient bien fermes. Proche (5 minutes à pied) du métro pour Valence et d'un parking municipal Juan Carlos I très bon marché (3,50€ par jour en octobre 2025) Peu de vaisselle présence. Les oreillers sont moins bons que les matelas. Pas de place de stationnement dédiée. Le sol est sombre et pas super propre (marcher en chaussettes 15 minutes nous aura convaincu) ; prévoyez des chaussons. Problèmes d'écoulements dans les salles de bains (écoulement lent + certaines remontées d'odeurs des canalisations)

• Alicia (10/5): Súper bé qualitat - preu - Vam anar a un esdeveniment esportiu amb amics a la Fira i està força a prop, per lo que la localització per nosaltres molt bé. És molt àmplia, neta, equipada amb lo necessari i l’amfitrió súper bé. Ens ho va posar tot molt fàcil i els dubtes que vam tenir ens va ajudar al moment.

• Wassil (7/5): Mit Einschränkungen waren wir mit diesem Angebot zufrieden. - Die Wohnung / das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sehr ruhig, 2 Bäder sind vorhanden und viel Stauraum für das Gepäck. Im Parterre gibt es kein Tageslicht, keine Fenster somit war auch der Geruch vom Putzen spürbar und störend. Keine Infos über die Gegend, Lokale, öffentlichen Verkehr und Empfehlungen. WIFI Code musste man selbst finden, Küchenausstattung ist ok - aber auch nicht mehr.

• Collins (8/5): Super for large family groups - We loved that we could be together as a family as quite a few of us. Bedrooms lovely and lots of space. Also so close to Valencia and our nephew who stays in Torrent. Everything was clean and neat. Think there should have been some information booklet for when you arrive, especially saying if you do not leave by 11am the code will change and you will be locked in. Also just a note on things like the bottom part of the oven does not work so then uou don't waste time trying. What to do when no hot water. Also showers need to be looked at as they did not work as well as they could have. It was hard to get though to owners when things went wrong, we had to rely on our relative who managed to reach them and speak in Spanish. This could easily been fixed by bring a little more responsive to messages.
