Un accueil personnalisé et très à l'écoute. Appartement et literie confortables et propres ! La cuisine est minimaliste avec 1 frigo et 1 micro-ondes mais pas de cafetiere électrique, juste une bouilloire. Les chambres mériteraient un peu plus d'equipements notamment des cintres pour le rangement des vêtements.

I would like to return there next time again.I like cozy atmosphere, nice furniture, clean rooms , silence and very friendly and helpful host. We were truly grateful for the immediate response whenever it was needed. For example, late in the evening when we forgot our keys, he was there within just five minutes to help resolve the situation. Likewise, early in the morning when we urgently needed clarification about something, the reply was immediate and very kind. It was genuinely a pleasure to stay in this place — not only because of the accommodation itself, but even more because of the host and the entire team.

• İlayda (10/5): The best place to stay in Venice. - Our stay at the Rosa Apartment was extremely above pur expectations. Ali was the kindest host, who treated us with the best hospitality. The apartment feels just like home with its authentic kitchen, dining room and rooms. It is very comfortable by all means. The common areas and our room were super clean so even clean freaks like us were able to stay with no worries. In addition to these, the location was perfect, we did not need to use public transportation in any part of our trip. We would definitely come back and highly recommend. Thanks to Ali for all his kindness and hospitality.

• LAURA (2/5): Needs clean and functioning showers - The showers are shared and not well-maintained. There are only two of them, and one has a broken showerhead handle; the other is dirty. Both are horrible. There are maybe 6 rooms and you hear everything on the floor.

• Camilla (7/5): For visiting Venice on a budget, it’s a perfectly fine and cool place to stay. - So much fun to stay in a room in an old apartment, sharing the well stocked bathrooms (including washing machine) and kitchen (including coffee maker) with their cool old designs from different eras. We shared a room with three beds and a sitting area, which was very economic, and provided the basics of space and facilities we needed - including a very good fan! The host was nice and helpful. The beds were quite soft.

We were initially planning on staying in a hostel just outside Venice but we're so glad we chose this place instead as the location was absolutely amazing. It was insanely good value for money, considering how expensive most places in Venice are. The rooms were spacious and beautiful and the host Ali was extremely kind and attentive. I would highly recommend!

The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax. Its location is also a big plus, especially if you’re looking to stay in a central area with easy access to everything. Overall, I had an amazing time and would definitely recommend it. One small suggestion would be to add better lighting in the main hallway, as the entry can feel quite dark. Aside from that, everything was excellent! Diana

Il y’a 3 salles de douches individuelles c’est top. Le personnel et surtout Ali est top il est très accueillant, super sympa et essaye un maximum de vous arranger. 2 étages sans ascenseur. Faites attention si vous avez de grosses valises

• Peter (5/5): - the location size of the apartment the room we had has partly glass window. Even if opaque, as soon as the light is switched on in the hall, you have light in the room. also it was too loud. Eather the Co-Host or a guest had a call at 10:30 pm in the kitchen on speaker. Remember, this is just a regular apartment, with different rooms, so it's more a backpacker option in my POV. If you want that it's worth an option however, in a nice location.

• Ulli (9/5): Freundliche, saubere und zentral gelegene Unterkunft - Der Vermieter war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und kulant bezüglich des Check-outs. In der Küche gabs Tee, Kaffee, Cookies, Bonbons, Milch usw. Man musste selbst nichts kaufen. Große Zimmer. Die Einrichtung war in ordnung, manche Möbelstücke waren schon sehr alt, ansonsten gibts nix zu meckern.

Sadece tuvalet banyo ortak onu bilerek geliniz. Çarşafta ve yastık kılıfında birkaç kıl vardı o kadar büyük bir sorun değil

Cucina ben attrezzata, con tutto il necessario per cucinare. Bellissime cabine doccia, una addirittura con la musica. Il proprietario è molto gentile: ci ha mostrato tutto e ci ha anche consigliato un bar. Un po’ sporco; in una stanza separata c’erano dei vestiti sporchi. La porta si apre con difficoltà, si ha paura di rompere le chiavi. L’ingresso e l’accesso al palazzo risultano un po’ inquietanti. Il letto non è molto comodo, piuttosto duro.

• Juan Carlos (6/5): Un hotel semplice e funzionale, ideale per soggiorni brevi in coppia, ma con alcuni inconvenienti - La struttura e la stanza sono funzionali per una o due notti a Venezia, in coppia, e per chi pianifica di dormire solo lì. La struttura ha 3 bagni condivisi, solo due con docce, che sono in condizioni accettabili (anche se una delle docce è molto difficile da regolare per avere un bagno confortevole). La cucina è ampia e gli spazi comuni sono rispettati con un certo ordine. Il prezzo. Troppo alto per quello che offre realmente. Capisco che la notte di San Silvestro sia una data speciale e che i prezzi tendano a salire, ma il servizio non giustifica minimamente il costo elevato. La stanza non aveva un attaccapanni, il comodino davanti al letto era rotto. I mobili erano molto umidi e in cattivo stato, dando un'impressione di trascuratezza. Sembra che il proprietario si concentri più a sfruttare le date ad alta domanda per fare soldi, piuttosto che investire nel migliorare la struttura. Con una piccola somma, potrebbe offrire un posto molto più degno e confortevole per gli ospiti. Nonostante tutto, vorrei sottolineare che il personale dell'hotel è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Probabilmente, anche loro non hanno ricevuto un aumento per l'occasione, eppure hanno mostrato un trattamento eccellente.

Our flight was delayed but their communication was great and they met us at our later arrival time. The apartment is in a great location so it's really easy to explore Venice ☺️

El apartamento huele todo el día a comida (lo que estén cocinando otros huéspedes). La última noche no pusieron la calefacción. Para lo que cobran podrían mejorar las instalaciones
• Irene (5/5): Podría ser mejor - Estaba en una zona más tranquila y más cerca de la estación, sin mucho turismo al lado ni ruido. El anfitrión nos dio varias pautas para evitar que nos robasen en las calles. Al llegar, el check-in no pudo ser a las 14:00 porque estaban almorzando y debían terminar de preparar la habitación hasta las 15:00, aunque al menos pudimos dejar las maletas en el comedor para ir a comer. Tampoco estaba muy limpia la casa debido a que es compartida con más huéspedes, la habitación sí estaba limpia. Las almohadas son demasiado finas y un poco incómodas. Durante nuestra estancia también se acabó el papel higiénico y no encontramos cómo reponerlo, tampoco nadie que lo hiciera hasta la noche.

• Álvarez Valenzuela (10/5): Hermoso e impecable alojamiento en Venecia - En total en el piso hay 4 habitaciones, con tres baños compartidos que siempre estuvieron muy limpios e impecables, por lo que ni notabas que eran compartidos. Las zonas comunes como el comedor y la cocina eran amplias y hermosas, en la cocina había unos quequitos y dulces de cortesía, la habitación que nos tocó era amplia y limpia. Caminando a la plaza de San Marco son aprox. 17 minutos, la ubicación es excelente, hay un supermercado a 5 minutos, por lo que recomiendo este alojamiento, quedamos muy felices con mi novio. Nos costó comunicarnos antes con el alojamiento porque había un problema con el teléfono, pero una vez que llegamos nos explicaron todo bien. La dirección que arroja Booking es incorrecta por dos cuadras, finalmente llegamos buscando por Google Maps con el nombre del alojamiento, por lo que sería recomendable que corrijan esto por la página de Booking.

Чисто у ванній. Було декілька душових кімнат і ще одна третя туалетна кімната без душу, черг, чи незручностей не було. Персонал чемний. На кухні були банани і яблука. Шумоізоляція відсутня, але ми були до цього готові, не були готові до 16 євро туристичного збору, який нам сказали оплатити на місці готівкою.

The access code to the building was sent on bookings.com messaging. The keys were left under the door mat. On booking out, I left the keys on a size board in the dining room and messaged the host but received not acknowledgement A question on bookings.com messaging regarding breakfast was not answered There were no tea / coffee making facilities in the room; I used my own teabags, coffee and milk. It was more of a guest house, and there were no instructions on what could and what could not be used; I only used the kettle in the shared kitchen Maybe I should have checked when booking, but the bathroom is shared. Again, no instruction on what we could or could not use; eg. shampoo in the bathroom. The shower was awful - there is a kink in the shower hose meaning the water flow was a trickle The furniture in the room is old and 'occaisonal' (nothing matched) Wi-Fi was poor There were only net curtains, so lioght came into the room unless you shut the shutters but then there is a lack of ventilation

Did not realize upon booking that it was shared accommodations- dorm style, and the photos online showed the canal, which made me think that would be my view, but my room didn’t overlook the canal- it was 3 feet from another building.

Sestiere Cannaregio pieno di baretti e ristoranti. Quartiere vivo vicino a Rialto e Pescherie. Comoda la cucina per prepararsi qualcosa da mangiare. Tener presente che le camere sono al secondo piano senza ascensore ma se c’è chi gestisce può aiutare. Sentire per tempo il gestore perché non sempre risponde. I letti non erano molto comodi. Non c’è aria condizionata ma solo un ventilatore. Le camere sono al secondo piano senza ascensore. Difficile da trovare per chi non conosce Venezia. In una piccolissima valle Vicino trattoria da Gigio e il ponte chiodo.

Hier geht es eher um ein Hostel - wir hatten ein Zimmer für drei Personen, Küche, Bad etc - gemeinsam. -35 min auf check in gewartet: das Zimmer war zum chek-in Zeit nicht bereit und es "musste jemand 1000x angerufen werden, ob wir überhaupt bleiben dürfen"... -wir haben 1 (!) Tuch für drei Personen bekommen - leider zu spät bemerkt... -Herd funktionierte nicht, auch nach 2 Tage hat kein Mensch was repariert oder so... - die Adresse der Unterkunft ist falsch! Wir haben lange mit den Koffern auf der Hitze das Haus gesucht... Nur die Wegbeschreibung beachten.

Great to have a good sized kitchen well resourced, coffee provided. Hard to think of anything A pickpocket bumped me and stole my mobile phone and 2 debit cards.

• Crina (1/5): Bad - First of all, the bed is absolutely uncomfortable. I was left with bite marks on my body from some unknown insects. The kitchen – whoever eats first leaves the dishes unwashed. Even though breakfast was included, there was nothing to eat. The washing machine is always full of towels and other apartment items, so I couldn’t wash any of my personal clothes. I absolutely do not recommend this option.
