- Kym (10/5): Perfect for our work trip, clean and very comfy - Very clean and comfortable - great location for food
- Hilary (10/5): A perfect place to stay in Upton! - This was our second visit to this lovely Cottage and was absolutely perfect for us. Central in Upton, well maintained, lovely decor and full of individual touches that showed how much the Owner cared about their Guests. Cannot rate this Cottage highly enough!
- Kelly (10/5): Had a wonderful stay in a wonderful location and really friendly neighbour - Modern and great location No complaints
- Paula (10/5): Had a fantastic stay from start to finish, will definitely be back x - Really lovely cottage, easy access to everything N/A

- Michael (8/5): Owner was very attentive and helpful - It was convenient for my stay and meetings.
It was clean and quirky. Owner was attentive. Close to town.
Lovely that the owner left wine and biscuits. Nice touch It was very noisy outside the bedrooms. I think it’s because there were works being done in back of co-op.
Started at 7.30 am (unlucky)
- Nikki (10/5): - It was in the perfect spot for the town and was a really lovely place. Loved the upside down house and we all found it really cosy and it had everything thing provided. Would definitely stay again. Thanks ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

- kim (8/5): overall a nice stay - good location, clean, well presented lack of parking,no toilet on same floor as bedrooms
- Natasha (8/5): Perfect cosy stay near Malverns - Beautifully decorated, cosy comfy upside down cottage. Fully stocked with everything you might need, all the essentials; tea & coffee, cleaning products & a big fridge freezer. Loved the walk in shower. Lots of towels and super comfy beds. The owner has really thought about guests needs. They even had a cafetière & tea pot.
Nice open plan layout. Perfect for our family trip of 4 adults (female)
Good location, in town. Easy access to walks. Across the road from co-op. Friendly, helpful host and neighbours. Nothing I didn’t like, so these are not negatives, just things to flag, especially for light sleepers:
Can get a little noise from coop, so take ear plugs.
Toilet is on different floor, which is fine once you are used to it.
No onsite parking, something to think about when unloading. But free street parking round the corner.
No storage/ wardrobe space. But you can slide cases under the bed and a few hanging hooks and small draws.
- Shiv (10/5): -
- gordon (6/5): - Location Had to mess with boiler to get hot water in shower
No shampoo or shower gel provided
Sofa not very comfy
Noisy at night
No black out curtains in bedroom
Not that clean
- Barry (5/5): Nice, but not good for car owners - It's a shame really, as it is a cute cottage, clean, nicely decorated with comfortable beds and furniture & a good location. But the parking is horrendous and the lack of a garden would mean car driving pet owners would find it difficult. What made it worse for us was the central heating boiler was not working - no hot water. Whilst the owners did act quite quickly, a plumber arrived after an hour & fixed it in 5 minutes, the helpful neighbours did keep us entertained trying to fix it. The wine from the owners for the inconvenience was welcome. Maybe check it next time before customers arrive. Car parking is an issue, first night 300 yds away, second night 500 yds away, found a closer one eventually after a near scrap with a local - local noise (Co-op delivery lorry opposite the bedroom window at 6.am), bedrooms downstairs, small kitchen, lost an afternoon waiting for a plumber, all things considered, it was overpriced.

Beds really comfortable and the little extras very considerate ie tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits etc. Would recommend and definitely stay again. Not really a negative but a more 'upright, settee would be nice.
- Lisa (8/5): Lovely mini break - Lovely decoration and great location for travel to three counties showground. The bedrooms are downstairs and the toilet upstairs. It is a lovely old cottage though so no space for a downstairs toilet which is a shame.

- Leanne (8/5): It was so clean, tidy and welcoming with lots of thoughtful touches to make your stay so much easier. - It was so clean, tidy and welcoming with lots of thoughtful touches to make your stay so much easier. No rushing to the shops to get things you’d forgotten and beautiful welcome gifts too. Just the unit in the bathroom got wet so you couldn’t store anything in it and lack of storage/anywhere to put anything in the bathroom.
- Jessica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Penny (9/5): Lovely cottage - Excellent location, lovely cottage.
- Kevin (7/5): Good - The town location was excellent Cottage could do with a good spring clean. Sofa tired and needs recovering. Bathroom could do with a good deep cleanse.
- Hannah (10/5): Perfect for a young family getaway ! - Wonderful cottage , very clean with comfy beds and a lovely shower! The village is very friendly with plenty of great pubs and cafes . Hosts were very accommodating- even letting us check out a little later as my son was still napping! We had a great time thank you.
- Andy (9/5): Superb - The table and lounge were beautifully set up for Xmas ,so it was very welcoming on our arrival . The discovery of treats were a great delight factor.
A lovely ,warm cottage with easy access to shops and restaurants.
Our neighbours were very pleasant and helpful . There was no garden for early morning pet toileting .
- Chris (9/5): Lovely property, helpful hosts, would recommend - Beautifully decorated property with good facilities. Very clean, very efficient central heating and very comfortable beds. A quiet location and just a short walk to the high street shops, restaurants and pubs. Upside down house so the bedrooms are downstairs and the bathroom/toilet are upstairs next to the lounge. Parking is a slight issue but that is the same wherever you stay in Upton upon Severn.
- Glen (6/5): It was clean but not as comfortable as it should have been - Location was very nice The floorboards were really far too noisy both when walked on and when the central heating was working. They creaked and woke the people in the bedrooms (below) when the kitchen and toilet were used during the night. Our bed was worn out and really uncomfortable for big fellow like myself. So much so I slept upstairs on the floor in the lounge where I pulled the cushions off the couch and used those
- Jeffrey (9/5): This is the second year in a row we have stayed at this place & we would be very happy to stay again - Location great. Plenty of good places to eat within a few 100 yards. Friendly locals, bakers etc. No immediate parking but it wasn't much of a problem
- Andrea (10/5): Very nice and comfortable, a little home from home, would love to stay there again . - Unfortunately we didn't get much chance to look around but what we saw and the neighbours we met were very friendly. One neighbour came to our aid in a sewing emergency, she was amazing 🤩 Couldn't stay longer.
- Owen (10/5): Clerks cottage - The cottage was very handy for visits in the area. The neighbours were friendly and made us welcome. Nothing

- Carole (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, well equipped. Very minor detail but there was no toilet brush
- Tonia (8/5): Very good -
- Sandor (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (9/5): Superb - The cottage is perfect and a couple of minutes from the village centre The delivery lorry for the co-op opposite, starts at 7AM for an hour's and a half, so that took a while to get used to
- Tina (8/5): Lovely accommodation, and well situated for exploring the local attractions - The cottage was lovely, tastefully decorated, very clean and equipped with everything we needed It was a little difficult to find and roadside parking was a little tricky for overseas travellers to navigate. There was a bit of street noise which was a little disruptive at night with the bedrooms on the ground floor.
- Alison (8/5): Relaxing break in a beautiful cottage - Beautiful interior. Excellent location
- Fiona (9/5): Beautiful cottage - Beautiful decor. Very comfy beds. Having the bedrooms downstairs meant they were lovely and cool. Well equipped kitchen and lovely bathroom. Pretty courtyard. The sofa was a little low down for us, but a good size.
- Anne (9/5): Lovely cottage, friendly neighbourhood, nice village setting. - Ideal central location, handy for shops pubs restaurants etc. Beautiful surrounding area.
- Steven (9/5): Superb -

- John (9/5): We had a lovely stay at this perfect cottage, which was a short walk from the high street and leisure venues. - Pretty cottage and clean Parking
- Tina (9/5): It is so pretty! - Really comfortable and pretty cottage. Welcome gifts appreciated and beautifully designed. Cosy and homely . Just a few more kitchen utensils would have been useful ..sieve , scales, table cloth.( we did take our own).
- Julie (9/5): Superb - Lovely decor, very comfortable beds, lots of lovely generous touches.
- Jane (8/5): Just what we needed to escape the big smoke! - Modern and clean.
Perfect for our mini break. 2 good size doubles. Heating and shower was good.
Co-op opposite and 1 minute walk to the high street.
Ledbury is worth a visit if you are staying here! Really picking holes, but no wardrobes or drawers to put clothes. We only stayed 2 nights so it didn’t matter - but if staying for a week would be frustrating.
Lounge is upstairs so if bringing toddlers you will need a travel stairgate.
- Gadd (9/5): Superb -
- Graham (9/5): Superb - All great
- Laura (10/5): Exceptional -
- Fiona (9/5): A comfortable cottage in a good central location - Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable . Really comfortable bed we had a good nights sleep. Well equipped and within 5mins walking of the high street and still quiet. Plenty of places to eat and pubs by the river.
Bedrooms downstairs with kitchen, toilet/shower and lovely lounge upstairs.
Quiet courtyard area to take dog on lead as not enclosed.
Plenty of parking in school just round the corner.
Great location for access to Malvern hills and other walks. Near rear entrance to back of coop so may be disturbed by early morning deliveries. Although the second morning it didn’t bother us.
- Michel (10/5): Short break in upton - It was a delight to stay in this beautiful little cottage .so very tastefully decorated and very comfortable and relaxing.. located In a quiet, peaceful road.so just right as town is just a few steps away . Nothing at all to complain about
We will definitely look to book this place in the future. Without a doubt
- Ian (8/5): Enjoyable and relaxing stay, hosts just need to address a couple of issues. - Lovely location. Cottage was very dog friendly and relaxing. Some nice extras like biscuits, tea, coffee etc.
Bed comfortable. Cottage smelt a bit musty. The sofa looked a bit grubby along with some of the scatter cushions.
Parking difficult, we did find a long stay car park but it might be useful for the hosts to give out more info on where parking is available.
- Jeffrey (9/5): Superb -
- Helen (7/5): Good -
- Karen (9/5): Superb - The cottage was lovely & very comfortable & in a great location for the town The stairs were a little problematic for my elderly mother & the path immediately outside and from the cottage was difficult. Probably should give this some consideration if you have mobility issues and thinking of staying
- Elizabeth (9/5): Superb -
- Nicki (10/5): Quaint little cottage with everything you could need. - Beautiful little cottage. Perfect location & fabulous communication from the owner. Beds were really comfy. - Susan (10/5): A lovely cottage, well located for visiting local areas - We loved the location, it’s walking distance to the river, restaurants, cafes and pubs. There are some interesting independent shops and eclectic antiques to browse too. The Coop opposite is very handy for self catering and the early delivery noise was minimal - ear plugs and eye masks work if you’re a light sleeper and light sensitive.
The longe is very light and airy with a comfortable sofa and chair and choice of lighting options. Thank you for the complementary mints!
The house was warm with an easy thermostatic control and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bedrooms are downstairs.
The walk in shower had two head options. Towels were provided and a hairdryer.
We loved the cottage and chatted to the friendly neighbour too. We dropped off luggage and headed off to park at the free car park about 10 minutes walk away. Cut through the Coop to save a few minutes! There is street parking too.
We self catered for one evening and ate tapas the other night at The Boathouse which we can thoroughly recommend and also for breakfast due to the early check out.
The cottage is very clean and we received prompt responses pre visit to our messages. We would stay again. The key code entry was easy. Nothing!
Previous guests suggested a small knife in the kitchen which would be helpful.
- Jacqueline (10/5): A beautiful cottage. Clean and comfortable. We would definitely book again. - Such a pretty cottage, just around the corner from shops, cafes and restaurants. There was nothing I didn't like.
- Fraser (9/5): Lovely cosy cottage in a great little town. - Layout - Very cosy and ideal for a weekend break Location is perfect for Upton upon Severn but it is opposite the local COOP car park which in itself is not an issue apart from when the deliveries come early on a Saturday and Sunday morning! With the bedrooms being on the ground floor you can’t not hear the beep of a reversing lorry!
- Eldovio (10/5): Exceptional - was a very pleasant cottage lovely and clean with lots of places to eat and drink just a walk away there was free of road parking just round the corner. Host was very informative with good communication would definitely stay here again. Was very clean to a high standard with every thing we needed
