• Tingyu (8/5): The host was very responsive and patient in answering any questions. They were also very kind and friendly — excellent s - The room is very spacious, and it has a kitchen and refrigerator, which made it very convenient to use. There is an elevator, which makes it convenient to carry large luggage when checking in. The environment is quiet and peaceful. There is no washing machine, so you need to go to a laundromat about a 5-minute walk away. It is only open until around 10 p.m.

The sofa bed was not comfortable at all, and with the dining table in such close proximity, it was difficult to maneuver around. Additionally, even though we were on a high floor, we could hear a lot of noise down on the street.

• GrahamS (10/5): Excellent apartment with good transport links - Clean, well laid out and equipped apartment. 7 mins walk from tram stop for the airport, 15 mins walk to train station, less than 30 mins walk to city centre. 4th floor (there is an elevator), with rooftop views to the top of the Duomo. Excellent host who responded instantly to questions. The traffic outside runs from early morning until late night, so perhaps not ideal for light sleepers.

• Serena (9/5): Weekend a Firenze - Appartamento super carino a meno di 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella (a noi serviva proprio in questo quartiere per vicinanza con altri amici). Dotato di tutto, pulito, accogliente, moderno. La comunicazione con l'host è stata eccezionale, self check-in facile e ci hanno anche fatto trovare dei cioccolatini oltre all'acqua e alle cialde del caffè. Nulla.

• Anna (9/5): - We stayed at Cozy Apartment in Florence for one night and really enjoyed our stay. Before arrival, we contacted the hosts and asked if we could check in a bit earlier — they kindly agreed. We especially appreciated the contactless check-in: the instructions were clear, with photos included, so it was easy to find the apartment. The building has an elevator, which was very convenient for bringing up our luggage. The apartment itself is not very big, but it has everything you need. There’s a separate bedroom and a living room with a sofa that turns into a double bed (you just need to move the dining table a little — not a problem at all). The kitchen is well equipped: there’s a microwave, large refrigerator, oven, stove, coffee maker, kettle, and plenty of dishes for cooking and dining. The bathroom had shampoo and shower gel provided. It was warm and cozy inside — the heating was on. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with nice bed linen and a warm blanket. From the window, we could even see a small part of the dome of Santa Maria del Fiore — a lovely surprise! The street outside was a bit noisy, but it didn’t bother us. We are very thankful to Martina, the hostess, for allowing us to stay a little longer after checkout. We were able to have lunch before leaving around 3 p.m., which was a great help. The train station is about a 15–20 minute walk away, and all main attractions are within 20–25 minutes on foot — perfect for exploring Florence independently. It was a very pleasant stay — cozy, convenient, and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Florence!

Getting there was easy from Sta Maria Novella station. It’s a bit cramped for 4 adults plus luggages. Not much space to open your luggage. Also, while getting there from the station was easy, leaving for the train station was a bit of a walk.

• Natalia (9/5): Superb - Apartment was really clean and cosy. Inside was everything what you may need. The contact with host was good. Bed was uncomfortable and I felt the springs. It was ok for us because we was there only one night but if you want to be there longer it can be impossible to get enough sleep. The smell outside the building was unbearable, so we had to hold our breath when entering. I don't know what the smell was, but it smelled like feces. Maybe we came at a bad time (or some kind of failure)?

Clean and definitely a great place to consider. A little small when you consider the sofa bed, Difficult to open while the table and chairs are in the way. The sofa bed itself is comfortable enough, but getting into it is a bit dangerous. Twice, I whacked my shins on the metal side bars trying to get into it. Shower is a little small (obviously nothing that can be done about that but it's still clean and decent.
