• Kateřina (9/5): - Apartmán je nový, čistý, plně vybaven k pobytu. Měli jsme tu smůlu, že jsme v budově měli ubytované čtyři rodiny s malými dětmi. Děti neuvěřitelně hlučné a rodičům naprosto byli lhostejno, zda někoho ruší. Ale to není o ubytování, ale o hostech.

• Paweł (10/5): Fajna lokalizacja na górski wypad. - Fajna wypadowa lokalizacja. Do wielu atrakcji było na prawdę blisko, raz piechotą, raz samochodem. Jeżeli chodzi o stoki, to były na prawdę blisko. Było ich kilka więc można spokojnie dopasować się do swojego poziomu umiejętności jazdy. Atrakcji dużo zarówno dla dzieci jak i dla dorosłych. :) Mała wskazówka dla właściciela: dużym udogodnieniem byłoby uzupełnienie podstawowych rzeczy, tj. kawa, herbata, cukier, przyprawy podstawowe, a nawet butelka wody. Super, że był ekspres, ale jedna kapsułka kawy to trochę mało. Nie każdy ma siłę po 8 godzinach jazdy jeszcze wyjeżdżać do sklepu po takie podstawy. A przy takiej pogodzie przydałby się również mop, żeby zmyć podłogę ubrudzoną śniegiem :) poza tym wszystko okej

• Szymon (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Janské Lázně. The check-in process was extremely smooth and convenient, which made our arrival stress-free. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the Formanky ski school, and also within walking distance to the Protez lift, making it very easy to enjoy skiing. Everything was comfortable and well-organized. Highly recommended!

• Chris (9/5): Sehr schöne, neu renovierte Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage direkt am Skigebiet – einfach TOLL! - Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist wirklich perfekt – direkt am Skigebiet. Man musste nur etwa zwei Minuten laufen und stand bereits am Lift. Wir haben hier als Familie Silvester 2025/26 verbracht und hatten absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Das Haus ist neu renoviert und befindet sich insgesamt in einem sehr schönen und gepflegten Zustand. Bei Fragen oder Anmerkungen ist der Vermieter Jakub jederzeit sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht, alles sofort zu beantworten oder zu beheben. Auch Kritik wird offen angenommen und entsprechend umgesetzt. Besonders gefallen hat mir persönlich die Dusche – nach einem Skitag einfach ein Traum. Das Wasser wird zudem sofort warm. In beiden Bädern befinden sich außerdem Handtuchheizkörper, die das Trocknen von Handtüchern und Skisachen sehr bequem machen. An der Ausstattung hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt, alle wichtigen Basics sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung verfügt komplett über Fußbodenheizung. Diese reagiert zwar etwas träge, wenn man viel lüftet, jedoch stand dafür auch ein Heizgebläse zur Verfügung, das man nutzen konnte. Es gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die wir dem Vermieter ebenfalls mitgeteilt haben. Dabei handelt es sich jedoch wirklich nur um minimale Punkte, die es nicht wert sind, hier einzeln aufgeführt zu werden. Jakub wollte sich sofort darum kümmern. Wie gesagt, sind es nur kleine Details, die den Unterschied zwischen einer sehr guten Bewertung und einer nahezu perfekten ausmachen.

Jedyny minus - poza sezonem zimowym brak restauracji i sklepu w poblizu, trzeba zejsc na dol wglab miejscowosci. Natomiast idealne warunku dla osob chcacych korzystac ze sportow zimowych - blisko do stokow, super warunki do przechowywania sprzetu Brak :)

• Aleksander (9/5): Great for trips in Karkonosze. - Excellent homebase for cycling and hiking trips in east part of Giant Mountains. Easily accessible from S5 motorway from Poland. In spite of being remote at 1st glance, it is 5 mins walk from Janskie Laznie city center and plenty of restaurants and cafes around.
• Fra Me (10/5): - Wir hatten unglaubliches Glück, dass wir hier gelandet sind. Wir haben die Wohnung extrem kurzfristig gebucht, da es Ärger mit unseren ursprünglichen Gastgebern gab. Nur wenige Minuten nach der Buchung habe ich mit einem der Vermieter telefoniert, der uns sofort beim Check-In assistiert hat. Auch später hat er sich dezent erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung sei, was ich sehr aufmerksam fand. Er hat nicht zu viel versprochen, denn der Ausblick mit dem wir am nächsten Morgen aufgewacht sind, war einfach fantastisch. (Wir hatten das oberste Apartment B5) Ich konnte gar nicht genug davon bekommen, die bunten Wälder und Berge im Hintergrund anzuschauen. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es war alles super sauber. Ein sicherer Parkplatz und Müllcontainer befinden sich direkt neben dem Haus. Sehr gut auch die Idee bereits unten im Haus einen zusätzlichen Raum für jedes Apartment zu haben, in dem Sachen verstaut werden können, die nicht zwingend in der Wohnung benötigt werden. Für Skifahrer bestimmt perfekt. Vielen Dank Jakub für die sehr freundliche und angenehme Kommunikation ❤️ Wir kommen sehr gerne selber wieder und empfehlen euch weiter!

• Bohuslav (10/5): - Krásné ubytování v Janských Lázních. Velmi oceňuji že v apartmánu je pračka-sušička a že kuchyň je velmi dobře vybavená, takže se v ní dá opravdu vařit pokud člověk chce. Pan majitel je super, zajímal se o nás a dal dobré rady co a jak v okolí. Palec nahoru, bylo to super!

• Petr (8/5): - Apartmán byl přesně takový, jak bylo inzerováno - prostorný, čistý, perfektně vybavený, v pěkném místě. V přiléhajícím objektu probíhaly po celou dobu pobytu velmi hlučné a prašné stavební práce. Majiteli se podařilo zařídit alespoň to, aby od druhého dne práce začaly až po 8 hodině. Naštěstí bylo pěkné počasí a většinu dne jsme trávili mimo ubytování, ale i tak jsme po návratu z výletu vždy museli "přežít" cca 2 hod. bouchání, vrtání a vysypávání suti.

• Martina (10/5): - Apartmán byl pěkně vybaven. Bylo zde vše, co jsme potřebovali (včetně myčky, pračky se sušičkou a kávovaru na nespesso kapsle). Dokonce tu bylo i nádobí pro děti, stoličky, dětské prkýnka a židlička. Všude bylo čisto. Z balkonu je krásný výhled na hory. Lanovka a další atrakce jsou snadno dostupné.
• Esther (9/5): Heerlijke vakantie gehad. - Was schoon, alles wat je nodig bent is aanwezig, contact met de eigenaar verliep vlot en soepel en appartement is exact zoals op de foto’s. De gordijnen in de slaapkamers verduisteren niet, komt na zonsopkomst veel licht binnen waardoor wij iedere ochtend erg vroeg (vanaf 5:00 uur) wakker waren.
