Guest Reviews
- Kelly (7/5): Gorgeous accommodation, pool isn’t heated and was not in use. No compensation offered. - Gorgeous cottage on picturesque land. Lovely furnishings and generous extras supplied like scones, jam & cream, toiletries etc. The pool is advertised as heated, it isn’t.
To make matters worse, the pool had bottles of chemicals round the side of it all weekend and we had to ask if we could use it, to be told not at the moment but they would let us know when we could. We heard nothing back about this. The pool was dirty and had a large dead frog in it.
We booked this property for our anniversary over others with hot tubs as a heated pool was advertised, so in this regards we were disappointed. The cottage in itself though was lovely.

- James (10/5): Amazing little find - Just stunning and has everything you need. It was all beautiful.
- Elizabeth (8/5): And enjoyable stay - thank you. - Location great for the Malvern Show.
Very clean, with well stocked fridge and welcome biscuits. Thank you.
Lovely grounds and friendly groundsman.
Who was very helpful.
Lovely quality bedding and loved the little extras in the kitchen and bathroom cupboards. They were really thoughtful.
Lovely designed cottage and very well maintained.
We would love to stay again if we were in the area. The shower floor was very slippery for my elderly mother.
We missed the little things like having somewhere to hang your clothes and towels in the bathroom.
- Amy (10/5): I would absolutely return. - The fridge was filled with fresh milk, bread and butter as well as bottled water and cans of drink which was a lovely touch. Very clean and tidy and well maintained throughout. Found it confusing as to where to find the property but saying that I was able to contact ripple halls groundsman who let us in the gate so was quickly resolved .
- Alison (9/5): Perfect attractive location for our stay - Luxurious accommodation in a beautiful setting. Loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom. No freezer. How do I make ice for the all important g and t?
And I was concerned that there were no hooks for towels etc in the bathroom.
Also arrival instructions - the cottage is to the right of the house if you're outside it!
- Michael (1/5): It didn’t happen. The hosts were not available or present. - The trip was a disaster.
- Catherine (10/5): We enjoyed much needed quality time together in such a relaxing place. Thank you! - We loved how relaxing the stay was. It was so comfortable, with lovely furnishings, and it’s a really well appointed cottage. The lighting in the bedroom was too bright because you couldn’t have just the lamps on when in bed (although it’s a minor quibble!).
- Sarkar (10/5): Hidden gem. - Lovely grounds with access to outdoor pool and tennis court. Everything we needed was provided in the cottage. Superb quality and everything was immaculate.
- Melvin (10/5): Such a beautiful cottage and perfectly furnished it was actually one of my favorite places to stay and highly recommend! - Everything beautiful space and was extremely comfortable.
- Andrew (9/5): A fantastic weekend at the Upton Blues Festival. The accomadation was the icing on the cake - Quirky cottage loved it! All bedroom lights were operated from one switch including bedside lights. Can’t read in bed with a single bedside light.
Great staff and a very generous goody bag.
