• Talia (6/5): Séjour au calme - Appartement bien situé à 3min d'une petite plage et d'un petit café. A 10min d'un petit port et de plusieurs resto, il y a aussi pharmacie et une superette. Endroit assez calme, à l'écart de Split, donc moins de monde, même si à cette période (avril) le tourisme ça va encore. Kitchenette avec équipement nécessaire pour de la petite cuisine. Petit balcon exposition soleil l'après midi. Studio parfait pour un séjour de 2/3 jours. Nous avons fait 5 jours. Il n'y avait pas de housse de couette, donc niveau confort et hygiène nous n'avons pas été à l'aise. Un drap séparé la couette et le couvre lit qui ne semblait pas très propre. La taille du drap est un peu juste pour le confort d'un couchage à 2. Cependant en plein été, le problème est résolu car je suppose qu'il fait chaud ! Lit un peu trop mou pour nous, mais c'est propre à chacun !!!
• lisa (3/5): Worst place - The beach nearby and the quitness but thats why i chose the place There were constructions being done on the ground and first floar. This meant drilling sounds throughout my vacation. There were hairs on the shower head. Hot water took for ever. And at the end you need to throwout the trash yourself. Worst place I ever stayed.

Las vistas espectaculares y el ambiente tranquilo Todo salió según lo esperado no tengo quejas

• Yliia (8/5): Загалом ми задоволені апартаментами і неймовірним видом з тераси. Є нюанси, але ми повідомили тільки для покращення. Дяк - Вид з тераси, чисто і комфортно. Зламана парасолька, зламаний йоржик, хотілось би хочаб 2 шезлонги на терасі, брудний гриль.

• Catherine (9/5): - We very much enjoyed our stay for a week from 6th to 13th October 2025. Very clean apartment, very well equipped with an electric kettle and very comfortable beds. Access to clean towels and bedding in a cupboard on the landing just outside the apartment with key access on top. It was on the third floor with views of the mountains from one of the three balconies. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach, although there are more beaches in the centre of Stobrec, which is just ten minutes walk downhill from the apartment. Stobrec is very picturesque with palm trees, lots of cafes and restaurants overlooking the beach areas, Bobis bakery, and supermarkets. A very handy bus in the centre of Stobrec takes you into Split City, which is about a 40-minute bus ride and runs approximately hourly. The tourist information office is right near the bus stop too, advice on boat tours etc from Stobrec. Recommend Lavaki Rog restaurant, in the centre of Stobrec, near the bus stop and tourist information office. It's good tasty food, reasonably priced, and seemed to be cigarette smoke-free with the aircon on. Very nice cafes and restaurants in Stobrec, but a lot allow smoking inside and outside, and you can still smell it, as it lingers from previous diners, even when no one is smoking! We're none smokers, so don't like breathing in other people's cigarette smoke whilst trying to eat! So we chose a couple of restaurants with aircon on.

• Juliet (9/5): - Good value apartment located in Stobrec about 20 minute drive from the centre of Split. A 5 minute walk down the hill takes you into the small harbour area of Stobrec where you can catch a bus for €2 into Split and where you will find bakeries, small grocery stores and restaurants. The owner was very responsive to all communication and quick to answer any questions. We did, initially, have difficulty locating the apartment building as it is tucked away off the main road up the hill but the owner had sent photos to help us. This also meant that the apartment was away from noise so very peaceful. The apartment was very small with no room for a sofa but the owner has provided a small table and high chairs to sit and eat. The kitchen could have been better equipped as it did not have a kettle so we had to boil water for hot drinks in the saucepan and there was no corkscrew!! Some better quality and greater quantity of hangers in the wardrobe would also be helpful. The balcony faces on to other buildings, so don't expect a pretty view. However, it does get a bit of sun and is mostly peaceful.
• Alissa Sophie (7/5): Apartment nearby the beach - Proximity to the beach was great (3 min walk), spacious comfortable bedroom with 2 balconies and another balcony at the living room to dry clothes and sit outside. Also available beach mats & umbrella were great. Also some washing detergent & hair dryer in the bathroom. Aircondition was in the kitchen and therefore couldn’t really cool down the bedroom. Small bathroom and very small sink. At least shower gel or stuff people usually leave in the apartment (e.g. pepper, shower gel) would have been nice to have. A small container was provided, but empty after one shower. Very steep road path down to the apartment house to consider when you come by car, but for us no problem since we didn’t have a car.

• Koziel (10/5): - Apartament spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania – czystość na najwyższym poziomie, pełne wyposażenie i bardzo wygodne warunki. Do tego piękna okolica, cudowny widok z tarasu na ostatnim piętrze i świetny kontakt z gospodarzem. Zdecydowanie polecamy!

• Mille Synøve Nordlie (7/5): Nice apartment, close to the beach - A nice and clean apartment close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay here😊 Host was very friendly and easy to get in touch with! There wasn’t much to complain about in AMI Apartments, the only thing we thought about was that the experience of it could have been better by some minor upgrades, specifically for kitchen equipment. There wasn’t any bread knife, scissors, small bowls for cereal/yogurt. The internet isn’t too good either. However, these are small things that could have been better, but didn’t impact our stay too much. I can recommend this apartment if you’re staying in Stobrec😊

In the kitchen we had everything we needed to make food. A short walk away there are restaurants, bars, ice cream shop, bakery, bus station and other services. We loved how calm the area was but in the evening/night there are more people.

The rooms were super clean and the apartment was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect - a very short distance to the beach and around a 10 minute walk into the harbour area of Stobrec.

• Stuart (9/5): Lovely stay, great apartment with excellent sun terrace - Very modern clean and tidy apartment with an excellent roof terrace on which to relax. Only slight comment, could have been a second sun lounger on the terrace but it did have a full table and 4 chairs.

• Klaudia (9/5): Superb - Great location - 2 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the center of Stobreč with shops and restaurants and a bus stop from which you can go to Split. The apartment has everything you need for a longer stay (e.g. washing machine) and a nice balcony. We had a lovely stay here :) The wi-fi connection was poor, it only connected near the apartment door. It was not a big problem for us because we used the Internet sporadically, but if you would like to use the Internet a lot, it may be an inconvenience for you. Other than that everything was perfect :)
• Veera (9/5): Comfortable apartmeant near the beach and bus station - Location was excellent near the beach and center of Stobrec. Bus station was also near the apartment. Apartment was very clean and cozy. Washing machine was a big bonus for us. There is couple of restaurants near the apartment. We heard the voices from the next apartment very clearly. We missed cutting board, scissors and turner while cooking in the kitchen.
