• Yelyzaveta (4/5): El apartamento tenía una presión de agua tan baja que era imposible ducharse, y aunque prometieron una compensación parc - El apartamento está ubicado muy bien, cerca de la playa e otras actividades La persona con la que he hablado durante la estancia es muy poco resolutiva. No fue posible ducharse adecuadamente, ya que justo cuando llegamos hubo un problema con la presión del agua: apenas salía un hilo, literalmente goteaba. Estábamos muy indignados, ya que en ningún momento se nos advirtió sobre esto. Más tarde nos dijeron que antes de nuestra llegada habían revisado la presión y que era buena, pero justo al entrar nosotros, hubo problemas en la casa y la presión variaba durante el día. Sin embargo, eso era mentira, ya que en cualquier momento del día la presión era muy baja. Enviamos un video como prueba y nos respondieron que no podían hacer nada, que no dependía de ellos. Nos prometieron devolver una parte del dinero y ya han pasado dos semanas. Al principio respondían, pero desde hace varios días nos están ignorando. Lo único que hicieron como compensación fue permitirnos salir tres horas más tarde, ya que les explicamos que, con esa presión, para ducharse mínimamente había que estar ahí medio día. No recomiendo este lugar a quienes quieran descansar. Y si aún así deciden ir a este apartamento, pregunten con antelación sobre la presión del agua.
• jamie (10/5): beautiful stay, great location! - the property was very clean, spacious and in an amazing location. you are close to everything e.g beaches, clothing shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants with also bus stops nearby. it was easy to get to and the people who own the apartment were lovely and easy to speak to aswell. toilet downstairs wasn’t flushing but upstairs fine. water pressure wasn’t great but was manageable having a shower

In una posizione ottima , vicino alla zona centrale di Playa de las Americas e da cui è possibile raggiungere il mare a piedi. Aggiungerei qualche utensile da cucina e più lampade nelle stanze.

L’host è stata sempre super disponibile e pronta ad accogliere le nostre esigenze, non abbiamo riscontrato alcun tipo di problema e consigliamo vivamente questo appartamento! Tutto delizioso!!
• Nataliia (9/5): - Прекрасные апартаменты, рядом самый центр, замечательный пляж, порт. Очень удобно для разных экскурсий, магазинов, развлечений и пляжного отдыха. Очень удобна своя парковка внизу здания, так как рядом свободных мест нет. Мы долго не могли найти столовые приборы, но потом нашли в специфическом ящике, который было трудно обнаружить. В бассейн не удалось попасть, мало шезлонгов, и всегда все заняты.

• Rossana (8/5): - A nice, clean, and spacious apartment. Not far from the beach, with a good location. Cafés, shops, and restaurants are very close by. Despite completing the registration on time, your staff was unable to contact me or confirm my booking. As a result, I was not able to access the apartment and was forced to spend the night outside with my children. This situation was extremely stressful for me, especially since I had completed all the necessary steps in advance. I find it unacceptable that, due to internal communication problems or technical failures, my booking was not properly acknowledged. Spending the night outdoors, especially with children, is not only inconvenient but also unsafe and completely unacceptable for any guest. The communication with the staff was at the lowest possible level — I have never experienced such treatment before. I had informed you in advance of my arrival time, but I still did not receive access to the apartment. Even after I finally managed to check in the next morning and had some questions, the staff responded very slowly.
• Andrius (7/5): Good price/quality ratio, but not perfect. - The Location was very good. The furniture, kitchen appliances and bathrooms were new. The internet was very fast. Spacious flat. The complex is old. The apartment is in 3rd floor without any elevator. It was very frustrating to carry two baby carriages with kids in them every day up and down the stairs. Almost every day construction workers were working and making huge noises. The water was cut off for a day or two, due to plumbing construction. Overall water pressure was very low, it was almost impossible to take a shower. There is poor sound isolation, so you will hear every bird chirping in the morning or other people partying at night in the balcony in other apartments. We got only 1 key for the flat, there were staying more than one of us... For any issues it took a day to receive a reply from owners. This was very frustrating. Garage remote was not working and they replied that they cannot fix it within the time of our stay, so we had to search where to park the car for the first few days. And after visiting some shops, we manage to fix the remote ourselves with our money.
• Carly (7/5): Lovely apartment in a great location. Staff could have been more helpful - The property was very clean and in a good location and the facilities were really good. Shower could have done with a bit more power. But overall was a lovely apartment in a good location. On arrival we struggled to get into the apartment and when we called up felt the lady wasn’t too helpful. Once we got entry after about an hour all was fine.

I must say that I missed an electric kettle to boil water and I bought the kettle myself and left it for others. And the fan that is there is very loud and one is not enough for such an apartment, it is very hot at night, a fan would be useful in every room
