Lots of added extras which make a big difference to a family stay; such as board games, books, travel guides, basic cooking ingredients, plenty towels, washing facilities, ice in the freezer etc etc. Some minor repairs needed for safety & security.
Back garden gate doesn’t close, no stair gate fixings, twin bedroom window easily accessible to climb onto from bed so slept in with child for safety (window locks would help) , front garden needs attending to as living window doesn’t close properly.
