• Anouk (6/5): Great location, mediocre apartment - Great location, walking distance from Dotonbori and close to the market and shops. A large supermarket is 10 minutes away by foot. The tatami was very nice, beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, the washing machine worked well and the bathroom was nice and clean. The apartment wasn't very clean, we found some hairs and one of the beds appeared dirty. It was very noisy, you could hear the upstairs neighbours running and kids shouting. The refrigerator was very noisy as well, so we had to unplug that during the night. The tables in the tatami room were broken and very unstable.

• Dion (9/5): - Amazing location and apartment! We had a problem with our booking, so we accidently booked a night to short. The host was very willing to help us during this situation, and was willing to find us a new hotel.
• Sarah (6/5): Great location but very unkept - The location was amazing, literally on the doorstep to the Kuromon Markets, crazy vibe , fresh food and a real experience. The metro was super close, Namba walking distance and overall you couldn't fault for its location, its just not clean. It wasn't clean by anyones standards and we are campers by nature and super low maintenance. Was worried about my kids in the bedding provided, tried to air it out and clean it ourselves but couldn't with the amenities provided. We had 2 adults and 3 kids , with the kids on the futons but they were so thin and worn even my 6 year old struggled, no way could any adult sleep on them. It's very dark with no real place to sit and relax the photos aren't a good representation.

• Hermod (7/5): Adequate for Japanese standards. - In relative terms it is roughly 40 sqm. with 1 bedroom, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom and a kitchen/living area where I would say 2 people can sleep on futons on the floor. Quiet, with heating/cooling, close to a market and plenty of restaurants. Transport: 2 main subway stations are close by. The futons are not the best to sleep on.

Es ist extrem laut gewesen in der Nacht, auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern.. und die Luft ist nicht sehr gut gewesen im Zimmer ..

• SHANN RU (9/5): - 離黑門市場很近，裡面有24小時超市，什麼都賣很方便！！樓下斜對面是全家，超級方便！離地鐵是日本橋近，缺點是要找有電梯的出口就得過馬路。從機場去這次坐到難波沒轉車用走的，距離還可以大約走10-15分鐘，也許可以考慮南海電車直接一站到難波再走路。

• Susana (8/5): - Apartamento amplio, buenas instalaciones, buena ubicación, cerca del mercado y de estación del metro. La cocina es amplia, es muy útil tener lavadora en el interior del departamento. Lo único incómodo fue tener la lavadora en el mismo lugar de la ducha, ya que complicaba el uso simultáneo de ambas.

• Maria (5/5): Great location! - Loved the property location. Close to the subway station and steps away from Kuromon Market, and the "combinis" are a short walk away (Family Mart just at the corner, 7-Eleven just a few minutes walk). Shinsekai is just a stop away on the subway, and all the excitement of Dotonbori is within walking distance. Getting into the unit was a bit of a challenge, as initially a 5-digit key lock box code was given for a 4-digit key lock box. Luckily our host was available via phone to clarify the code, and we were able to open the lock box. While the 2-bedroom unit was spacious for four adults, it was bit dated and showed a lot of wear-and-tear (pictures on Booking.com not representative of unit we stayed in). We've stayed at other accommodations with futons on tatami mats, but the futons provided in this particular unit were thin and uncomfortable (adult sons had backaches). Also, the bath area could have used a bit more cleaning (orange water mold on shower control and black mold in the crevices of the tub). Too many elevation changes from room to room, which can cause for someone to stumble if not super aware of their footing. Also wish there was a broom and dust pan for quick clean ups and towel bar/hooks to hang damp bath towels.
• Qiandai (10/5): Nice Stay in Osaka - Very close to the shopping area, everything was in walking distance and allowed us to enjoy late nights. Had nice appliances and amenities, including laundry, and host was very helpful, recovering some lost items for us!

• Com (8/5): Good value for money, an ideal facility for a small family vacation or group vocation. - Location, facilities, clean, washing machine in room. Toilet and shower/ laundry room made the room smelling funky at time but likely a result of the recycled grey water. A dryer in the room would have been beneficial.

• Mai (5/5): Apartment close to markets and metro - The location was fantastic - very close to restaurant, markets and metro station. Right outside your door. The staff were helpful and very responsive when we had issues with the wifi and provided a solution quickly. The room was a bit dated, towels and linen were old. It would be good to provide better quality towels and some hooks to hang them. The futons were extremely thin and uncomfortable. The small couch was stained and the bathroom drains were a bit smelly. The photos on bookings made the rooms look newer than they really were so we were disappointed upon check-in.

• Richard (8/5): Family stay in December. Unbeatable location for an apartment. But apartment a bit small - This is a small apartment right beside Kuromon market and a 5-10 minute walk to Dotombori. I think this is the best possible location in Osaka. Note that the actual apartment is smaller than what is shown in the photos. The washer was very nice to have but in winter some of our clothes took two days to dry. The sheets and towels were very low quality for the price we paid easily the worst quality in our three weeks in Japan. Also, it’s a very tight squeeze for a family of 5 and quite dark. In hindsight we are glad we booked this traditional apartment as it was unique and the location is unbeatable.

Maybe host can provide extra pillow. The pillow provided is a bit thin. Other than that all was good.

The location, next to Kurumon Market and near Namba Station was great and very convenient. Plenty of eateries around. There was a lift so getting to the 4th floor was easy. Not enough hanging hooks for towels and clothes.

One thing that would be helpful is washing machine instructions with translation already provided. As I was having to use Google translate for each button on the machine.

• Eduardo (8/5): Great stay in a wonderful location - The family room was very clean and spacious, comfortably accommodating a family of six. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to Kuromon Market and within walking distance of Dotonbori and the Shinsaibashi shopping district. Check-in was smooth, even without a receptionist present, as they efficiently provided all the necessary instructions. They do not offer luggage transfer services and do not allow luggage storage after check-out.
