- Estefanía (7/5): Apartamento bien situado y espacioso - La ubicación,a 10 minutos andando del centro. Y a 5 minutos aparcamiento gratis para el coche. El apartamento estaba limpio y grande. El olor a desagüe que tenía el cuarto de baño y el grifo de la cocina que salía el agua hirviendo . Hay dos cuerdas para tender la ropa fuera, pero la cagan las palomas, una pena.

- Priolo (9/5): - La casa era molto spaziosa, il divano e i letti super comodi. Presente la smart TV che è stata molto gradita. La cucina non era molto fornita, a differenza di altro. Per esempio mancavano il tagliere, le presine, i canovacci e lo stendino.

- David (8/5): Very good - Spacious modern flat in an old building. It is nicely furnished, comfortable beds, and a spacious bathroom, a modern living room with an amazing view on the river. There is a very strong smell of sewage coming from the bathroom due probably to old pipes. Smell of cigarettes in the flat and the bed sheets. There is a problem with the electricity, the lights in the flat they are blinking by themselves. It's impossible to wash the dishes in the kitchen. The water coming from the tap is extremely hot. There is n other option than to wash them in the bathroom.

- Eda (10/5): Comfy stay, good location, parking nearby, very clean. - I liked the location and the cleanliness of the apartment. The apartment was well fitted and really comfortable to stay in. The kitchen is nice and the size of the rooms are big. There is parking nearby. The beds were okay, took some time to get used to the bed and pillow, but overall it was comfy. I miss having small bowls to eat breakfast out of. The apartment was a little bit cold, but after turning on air-condition it was warmer. I would prefere if I didn't have to pick up keys on a different location, but the location was nearby.

The apartment is located in a very old building that needs to be renovated, but doesn't impact on my opinion about this stay.

- M1trs (9/5): Superb - Very cleen, stylish and modern apartment in the city center. Parking cost 0.8€/h, we used free parking on the hill 10 minutes away. A good technical equppied kuitchen, but no adds for cooking. You must buy salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee and other.
