Me encanta despertarme con la entrada de la luz natural pero por ahi hay quien desee oscuridad de dia o de noche y unas cortinas blackout estarian buenas! solo ese detalle!
• Isabella (8/5): - La struttura si trova in una posizione davvero comoda, nel centro di Roma e vicino alle fermate degli autobus. Anche i letti erano molto comodi e ben distribuiti, con prese di corrente ovunque: davvero pratico. Un punto a favore è la presenza di piatti e bicchieri, molto utile per chi desidera mangiare qualcosa in casa. Il bagno era piccolo, ma comunque pulito e ben tenuto. un alloggio carino e sicuro, perfetto per un soggiorno breve nel cuore di Roma. Tra gli aspetti negativi, purtroppo non entrava luce naturale a causa delle finestre, rendendo l’ambiente un po’ buio. Inoltre, la cucina non funzionava e l’aspirapolvere non era molto efficiente, il che ha reso un po’ difficile tenere tutto in ordine. Nel complesso, però, era perfetto per prezzo e per essere centro Roma .

• Kateryna (5/5): Good option for a short stay - The location was great!!! The furniture was good. The theme was very cute and the apartment had a real unique character. All worked and was in order. The steamer for clothes was a great bonus. No issues using in and out internet access. 1. The check in was difficult to say the least. Communication was delayed and we waited over an hour to be "processed". Tried to communicate in advance on other issues and no response was ever received. Seems the check in was an automated service & numbers listed did not work either. 2. There was a plumbing smell in the bedroom, at times very discomforting. 3. The mattress was very hard and resulted in back pain. 4. Limited utensils, no scissors. 5. The duvet is truly worn out and displayed major signs of ageing. It should be replaced. 6. Getting in and out required internet which means you need to be connected at all times. 7. There was no shampoo or body wash at all, only 2 small bar soaps without a soap holder. Just an inconvenience but ok for a short stay.
• Manuel (4/5): Bueno en la habitación...terrible el servicio. - The room was comfortable and had functional amenities. A total mess at both check-in and check-out. You arrive and there's no one to tell you what to do; you have to contact them through Booking.com, when they should have someone to help you. We waited about an hour to check in electronically. At checkout, no one told us the checkout time, which is usually at 12:00 p.m. At 10:00 a.m., they woke us up to literally throw us out. The service at this place is terrible; I don't recommend it at all.

• Amy (6/5): Modern apartment, good location down quiet and safe street. - Very spacious, very handy having kitchen. Great location and handy online keys. The duvets were dirty and the floor was very dirty. The hot water did not last very long.

• Tamta (7/5): Good - The location is good, it's walkable distance from Piazza Spagnia and the neighbourhood is nice. There were 2 ACs in the apartment. The kitchen had all the necessities if you wanted to cook at home. There were minimarket, pharmacy and restaurants in a few minute walk. The app that opens the building and aparment doors worked without issues. There was no iron in the apartment, even though advertised. When asked about it, the owner did not offer to provide it and did nothing about it. The water boiler cooled down very quickly and was not enough for 4 persons to take a shower in sequence. So we had to take very short showers. The cleanliness was generally okay, however, the duvet didn't look clean, and the sheets were such that you couldn't insert the duvet and close it, so we had to worry about accidentally touching it.
• Enrico (7/5): Good - Apartment was very clean and modern. Access to the facility via the virtual keys was very handy. Good communication with the host before arrival and clear instructions were provided. There's a very good supermarket nearby and easy access to the metro. Very close to Piazza di Spagna and city centre 15 mins by foot or few mins by bus . Ground floor/underground apartment with very little natural light and no outside view. While the location is close to the city center, the area is pretty much "dead" in the evening so don't expect much unless you're prepared to go somewhere else for dinner or drinks. The apartment was well furnished apart from sponges for cleaning were missing. There was no coffee/tea/sugar either. The kettle was burned inside (guess someone before us turned it on without water) and so unusable due to the smell of burned plastic.
• Hristiyana (5/5): Passable - The location was good, as well as online check in and digital room unlock. The furniture was new. The room was dark as it is on the ground floor. It smelled damp and you could hear air conditioners humming from the backyard. The sheets were old and had yellow stains, on the blanket, there wasn't even one, just a fitted bottom sheet. There were towels and soap, but no washcloths for them. There were dispensers in the shower, but they were empty and the towels smelled of medicine.

• Sara (7/5): week of wealth - I loved how bright the house was and how the rooms, even though the apartment was small, were large enough, I adored the over head shower, one of the best one I've ever used it was cold even though we turned on heat conditioner, there wasn't a whole body mirror, things that are usually useful or obligatory in the kitchen were missing, like the strainer, and the door to the house didn't make me feel comfortable
• Gergana (10/5): Amazing experience - We liked everything, clean, cozy and pleasant atmosphere. And the way to open the front door with an app impressed us even more. Everything shown in the booking corresponds to reality. Meets my requirements for good price and quality. I recommend visiting it.

• Adi (9/5): I certainly recommend the apartment to others - The apartment is very well located in a good environment. The host is available easily and promptly. Need some more flexibility with check-in & out times and some more amenities if staying more than 3 nights

• Bobbie (7/5): It would have been very good except for the key issue. - No breakfast supplied. Location great. Getting access to property was very difficult. Vikey was useless. Could not connect to virtually open street door. resident was leaving and let us in through hallway door. Apartment door was open as cleaner was still there. We picked up keys and left for her to finish. On return could not open apartment door lock. Another resident assisted. NEED TO CHANGE THE LOCK!
• Catherine (10/5): Perfect stay for a family of 4. - 2 beds, AC in living room and bedroom, first level, easy and convenient contactless check in. Next to a cafe and accosts a nice restaurant. Quiet and dark for sleeping in. Drain was slow. Wish paper towels, sponge and dish soap was provided to clean the pots and plates we used. Wished we were closer to a market walking distance.

• Anja (5/5): Passable - We liked the location and the apartment had everything we needed regarding for example hairdryer and iron. The fact that it is in basement and we could not opet the windows and get the light from the outside, also because of that it pretty cold inside and the host was not easily to reach when we needed him.
• Obed (8/5): it was an amazing stay the bed could have been more comfortable, but over all great!! - the location was perfect and it was very clean. It also came with everything we needed. the main bed was a bit hard
• Nataliia (7/5): Good - Very good location, in quiet district of city center. Easy to get to. Self Check-In and Check-Out. Apartment is clean, recently renovated and enough stylish, especially living-room. There are a lot of things to comfortable staying: dishes, cutlery, coffee-machine, towels, some cosmetic. Bedroom is very simple and needs to be little decorated, but it is enough comfortable. Good Wi-Fi. The communication on the part of owner was not very good. At first, it was difficult to contact him. He didn't answer on Booking and I need to call him for several times to get answer. Then, when I asked the possibility to leave my baggage in apartment till 13.00 of the day of check-out, he refused me because of subsequent guests. It could be ok, but afterward I found this apartment free on Booking during few next days. This lie has ruined my impression about apartment and the owner. The apartment is very cold. It's situated at the ground floor and there is no central heating, only air-conditioners under the ceiling. It's good for summer, but not very good for winter. There is too noisy because of machinery of next-door restaurant, at the morning and late evening too. There is no sunlight at the rooms, because windows are not transparent, but there is a light from some street lamp all the night. It was not very disturbing for me, but it can be disturbing for more sensitive people. Front door needs to be changed - it is very old, flimsy and does not much to apartment in general.
