- Pia (10/5): Great stay - There was 5 of us staying in the cottage. 2 adults and 3 children. The house is very convenient and comfortable with beautiful views over the garden. The location is perfect-minutes from the center. Instructions are clear and thorough.

All furnishings are in impeccable condition, the house is very clean and well equipped. The garden is beautiful and we even managed to have breakfast out in the sun. The location is perfect and the town centre is easily accessed by a pretty lane. The place is warm, we loved the bathroom, cozy sitting room and comfy beds. Great for family bonding time . We loved absolutely everything
- Michele (8/5): Really good stay, would definitely rent again. - Brilliantly located in Forest Row, convenient for all the shops. Very reactive and kind host. Really wasn't possible to park on the road by the house, but the parking at the community hall carpark was fine.

It can't be helped in this narrow road, but the car access/parking situation is not easy. But there is parking on the nearby main road.

Parking was not easy, the road is a private one & narrow. It wasn't always possible to park in the road & nowhere to turnaround if no spaces
