• Greg (9/5): - Great home base to experience Dubrovnik. Comfortable and clean. Beautiful views above the rooftops! Lots of stairs inside (3 flights) and outside (just inside the wall). Located at Buza gate, therefore noise from people going by, especially in evening.

• Ilon (4/5): Frozen Teil III - Lage ist super, aber nicht alles! Teils dreckig, aber okay. Sehr eng alles und sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Was überhaupt nicht ging, war die Heizsituation. Wir waren dort im Januar und natürlich war es nicht besonders warm (ca 10 Grad). Dafür gibt es in der gesamten Wohnung, die über drei Stockwerke liegt, nur einen einzigen Heizer - bei 2 Schlafzimmern. Ganz oben, wo die Küche ist, gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Ich habe dem Gastgeber geschrieben, wir brauchen noch dringend einen weiteren Heizer. Den einen konnten wir zwar aufteilen, trotzdem wurde es im jeweils anderen Zimmer sehr kalt. Ich erhielt sehr lange (dreiviertel Tag) keine Antwort. Als Antwort kam am Abend (Samstag), dass die Schwester angeblich alle Läden der Stadt nach einem Heizer abgesucht, aber keinen gefunden hätte und am Sonntag hätten die Geschäfte zu. Ich solle doch bitte mit der Klimaanlage heizen. Blöd nur, dass warme Luft die Angewohnheit hat, nach oben zu ziehen und die Klimaanlage ganz oben ist. Ich bezweifle auch stark, dass nach einem Heizer überhaupt gesucht wurde. Wenn man im Sommer da ist, gibt es genügend Ventilatoren, im Winter ist die Unterkunft nicht zu empfehlen!

• de luca (8/5): Muy bueno - La ubicación,a un paso de todo.El departamento está en muy buenas condiciones de mantenimiento y muy bien equipado .Excelente la limpieza. Buena comunicación con la dueña .Resulta muy fácil hacer el check in/check out. Al tener 3 pisos es un poco incómodo ,pero en el casco histórico son todos así . La cama de la habitación individual muy dura y ruidosa.

• Sarah (6/5): Apartment set over multiple levels - Apartment is in a great location just inside city gate, very accessible to transport and all sites. The apartment is set over 3 stories, which is ok but best to be aware of as to go between toilet and living area requires multiple flights of stairs. The furnishings and facilities are all dated and in need of replacement and although surface clean the apartment was quite dusty and a bit grimy. We have been travelling in Europe for 3 months now and this was one of our least favourite places. Am surprised with the 8.3 rating which is why we chose it.

• Patricia (8/5): Muy buena ubicación! - Muy bien ubicada , en una de las puertas de la ciudad vieja ! Cerca de todo !!!! Muchos restaurantes y todo lo que tenés que hacer en el casco histórico! Dolores muy amigable y respondía rápido. Nos dejó café turco de cortesía y obleas de bienvenida. Gracias ! Además muchos productos de higiene también de cortesía . Era un triplex, no un duplex . La cocina /comedor estaba en el tercer nivel muy luminosa y con vista al mar, nosotros solo desayunábamos , almuerzo y cena afuera .Para acceder al primer nivel también hay escaleras muy angostas .

• Raquel (6/5): - El apartamento esta limpio y las camas están bien. El inconveniente es que son tres plantas. En la primera está el baño y una habitación pequeña, en la segunda planta la habitación principal y en la tercera la cocina/sala de estar, lo cual lo hace incómodo. Que la vivienda tenga tres plantas, aunque es posible que en esa parte de la ciudad, sean así todas las viviendas...y además al estar en la parte alta de la Old Town, tienes un monton de escaleras para llegar a el.

• Irina (9/5): A gem in the heart of Dubrovnik. - Perfect location in the old city, close to one of the entrances, so not too many steps to carry the luggage. The place is not for people with bad knees, but on the other hand - the whole old city is not for people with bad knees 🤭 You can reach the beach in 10 minutes walk and all the old city's attractions in 5 minutes. The view from the kitchen window is fabulous! The apartment is well equipped with clever furniture and kitchen stuff. It was a bit too hot in the bedroom on the first floor. The AC is in the living room on the third floor and does not reach to the first floor. We have been using fans.
• Don (9/5): Cosy retreat in the heart of the old town - Located in the vibrant heart of the old town this is a cosy retreat. Gorgeous views of the roofscapes and walls of Dubrovnik this is a beautiful, quirky home perfect for exploring Dubrovnik. Just minutes away from the cable car, minutes from the main squares and bustling old town commercial area. The apartment had everything needed. I would recommend this lovely home to friends. Split level apartment with two internal flights of stairs (kitchen area on the top level) - but Dubrovnik is a city of steps!
• Heidi (9/5): Lovely apartment with everything you need for a stay in the old town close to bars, restaurants and the sights. We wer - Well positioned, easy to find, host communicated well. Had everything we needed. We could come and go as early or late as we wanted to. Bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve stayed in. No back ache or stiffness. Would definately re book in the future. One suggestion would be to have instructions over the switch outside the bathroom or welcome email to turn the water on to heat up. We didn’t realise but it didn’t detract from our stay at all. Once heated the shower was really powerful and hot

Kitchen facilities limited (some wine glasses and coffee making facility would be great). Living room could do with more comfortable seating. But overall a great place for a memorable weekend in the heart of Dubrovnik!

• Antonio (7/5): Loved it!! - Being close to the Buza gate we only had a fairly short walk to the Airport Shuttle Bus. We also had the choice of either walking up the steps from the Stradum or going around along the footpath and down a few steps to our accommodation. There were no bowls in the kitchen, which could have been better equipped, otherwise everything else was quite acceptable.

• Katerina (6/5): 3-floor central living - There were 3 floors (one single-bed bedroom, one double-bed bedroom and a kitchen/sitting area) + the entrance/base floor (which is shared with a travel agency, useful for information and recommendations), so a lot of stairs, however it was a bit inconvenient to go from one floor to the other just to use the bathroom or if you forgot something, but we didn't mind that. The location was ideal, just a 2-minute walk from the main square/ clock. The top floor was a kitchen/sitting area with great view from the windows. The place was not the cleanest. There was a stain on the toilet seat and the trash bin in the bathroom, plus the shower gel and shampoo were almost empty and used. There was a lot of dust on and behind furniture in the bedrooms, even some used/forgotten items from previous guests. That was quite off-putting...

• Dino (10/5): Exceptional - Cute overall, makes you want to live there permanently (if youre athletic). Location is the best possible in Dubrovnik. Has the feeling of a home. The living room furniture isnt the best. The apartment is spread on 3 floors and mobility isnt the easy due to the nature of the architecture. Athletic people wont mind.

• Julie (5/5): Cosy & Quaint - It was centrally located in the old town too so all shops, bars and restaurants were on the doorstep. The kitchen/dining area was on the 3rd floor but had fantastic views of the old town. Very steep stairs to climb to get to the apartment so difficult with suitcases. We had to enter a travel centre to go through the apartment door. Once opening the door there were steep stairs to climb (difficult with suitcases). Also, lots of stairs to climb to get on each floor. Bathroom and single bedroom on 1st floor, double bedroom on 2nd floor and kitchen/dining room on 3rd floor (very steep stairs). The double bedroom on the 2nd floor was very dark and had very little lighting (light bulbs needed replacing)

Apartment is a good size, just be aware its split over three floors and so has a lot of stairs (on top of all the steps walking around Dubrovnik), Sofa and chairs in lounge area could have been more comfortable for relaxing in. A number of light bulbs weren't working and need replacing.

• Vera (7/5): wonderful Dubrovnik - the location was good, the apartment was clean and the owner was friendly. the man in the downstairs office was a little rude.
• Anonymous (10/5): The window view - The window view from the 3rd floor is amazing! Also, host was kind and apartment is huge! At night there were people talking loud outside but that's not the apartments problem, it's a busy street.
