• hayrettin (9/5): İhtiyacınız olan gerekli aletlerle donatılmış güzel bir daire - Mutfak eşyaları çok çeşitli ve yeterliydi. Tuvalet banyolar gayet iyi sıcak su ve su tazyiki gayet iyiydi. Konumu gayet iyi güvenli bir sokakta. Gezilecek yerlere yürüyerek(15-20dk) gidilebilir pozisyonda. Sokakta güzel restoranlar var deneyin. Self checkin mevcut anahtarı kilitli bir kutuda alabiliyorsunuz. Wifi iyi. Tv büyük ve güncel. El ütüsü vardı ama denemedik. Salondaki koltuk yatak olarak hazır ediliyor. Daire sahibi iletişimi iyi. Her şey varken Çamaşır makinesi de olsa iyi olurdu. Check out 11 ama Son çıkışta temizlik görevlisi 10 gibi içeri girmeye kalkıştı ama içeride var olduğumuzu anlayınca çıktı. O biraz garipti.

Apartamento super limpio y confortable, situado en una calle sin salida muy tranquila. No hay nada destacable. Por decir algo, las almohadas de la habitación de matrimonio muy altas y duras....

• öktem (9/5): - Ev gayet kullanışlı ve temizdi. Memnun kaldık Çok sorun teşkil etmeyen aşağıdaki konularda düzeltilirse iyi olur Banyodaki lavabonun biraz yükseltilmesi lazım. Eliniz altına zor sığıyor. Pencerelerde tül olabilirdi.

• Marcin (7/5): - Pobyt przeciętny. Trochę brudna pościel, zaplamiona co nie powinno mieć miejsca. Ponadto był problem z wejściem do lokalu. Według instrukcji otrzymanej od właściciela po przybyciu pod drzwi mieliśmy dać znać że jesteśmy aby mógł on otworzyć drzwi na klatkę schodową. Wielokrotnie pisaliśmy i dzwoniliśmy że jesteśmy natomiast przez 20 minut nikt nie otwierał. Nie było to komfortowe o 23:30. Dopiero za którymś podejściem ktoś wreszcie odebrał telefon i otworzył drzwi. Na pewno zaletą mieszkania jest czysta kuchnia, łazienka i genialna lokalizacja. Natomiast pewne rzeczy należałoby poprawić aby ten pobyt mógł uzyskać wyższą ocenę.

• Fernando (10/5): - La ubicación permite ir caminando a todos los lugares de interés. Lo más lejano es el Vaticano, al que fuimos en 15 minutos con el metro desde la estación de República, sin trasbordo. La vuelta la hicimos caminando pasando por Trestebere. Al resto de sitios llegamos caminando.

• HANI (10/5): - The apartment was excellent—clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped, the air conditioner worked perfectly, and the TV had all the channels. The bathroom was great, and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment owners were very cooperative; they checked on us every day to make sure we were comfortable or if we had any issues. Check-in and check-out were both easy. The apartment was on the first floor and there was an elevator. Its location was close to everything—public transportation stations and markets. The location is close to tourist attractions and seasonal events.
• agudelo leon (10/5): Recomendado 100% - Todo, desde la recepción de Elena una gran persona super amable y presta a responder todas las consultas nos realizo excelentes recomendaciones, la ubicación es perfecta y muy seguro, el apartamento estaba limpio tal cual las fotos y los plus de dejar café entre otros hizo una gran estadía sin duda recomendado 100% esperamos volver y hospedarnos nuevamente acá Nada, todo fue perfecto
• Manó (8/5): - Stanovanje je bilo lepo in čisto. Prijazna lastnica. Lokacija super, saj so dostopne vse znamenitosti na dosegu roke. Zraven stanovanja je možnost dobrih zajtrkov. Glasnost slišna iz zunanjosti (pod stanovanjem sta dve restavraciji). Od sosedov se slišijo še najmanjši zvoki. Vzglavniki niso primerni za spanje, saj so zelo visoki in trdi. Pomožno ležišče ima v sredini luknjo. V stanovanju je kuhinja, ampak nikjer ni kuhinjske krpe. Zadnji dan nismo imeli nikjer možnosti pustiti kovčkov. Cena previsoka, napram temu, kaj dobiš.

• Georgette (9/5): Maravilloso! Repetiremos! - El apartamento es bellísimo y moderno, estaba todo muy limpio, tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días y la ubicación es perfecta. En el baño hace falta algún estante para colocar nuestras cosas mas a la mano.

• sarvesh (8/5): Lovely and relaxing stay , close to a lot of attractions. - Great location, Elena was very helpful. Although while check-in there was an issue with the sink/dishwasher, it was taken care of quickly. Air-conditioning can be improved or fans be provided especially during summer months since it gets extremely hot with the huge windows. But stay was relaxing , everything was readily available and easy to speak to the on-location staff.

Camera spaziosa, soggiorno con divano letto altrettanto spazioso, bagno grande e doccia davvero spaziosa. Cucina fornita di stoviglie, ottimo per preparare una buona colazione. A due passi bar, ristoranti e alla via centrale, posizione strategica. Lo staff gentile, premuroso e semplice da contattare. Se dovessimo tornare a Roma alloggeremo ancora da loro. Avrei aggiunto un piccolo ripiano per poggiare le proprie cose in bagno.

• Kristine (9/5): - Beautiful apartment ! It’s not huge but very comfortable. Location is wonderful with many great cafes and restaurants right outside. Kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. AC in bedroom wasn’t working properly but there was another unit in main room so we managed. The sink in the kitchen wasn’t draining. Minor issues that can be easily fixed.
• Jorge (9/5): I think after so much searchingI made the right choice for this occasion as I wanted to be near Palazzo Barberini - The apartment is beautiful, modern and stylish. The location is close to Termini station and walking distance to all sites. I did not take any public transportation at all while staying here. Besides it’s super clean and smells very nice when you walk in. Highly recommendable. Nothing, just take into consideration that you are in Rome city center, there are restaurants and people everywhere, but the building is in a corner and we’ll isolated.

• Zafer (5/5): Nice location but has downsides - Good location,close to touristic sites such as Colosseum and Trevi fountain etc. Kitchen tools weren’t enough.There weren’t any forks,spoon or knife and the other kitchen tools were old.There was a constant bad smell coming from the bathroom.Not very clean overall.

Clean nicely designed apartment, excellent shower. Minor, the electric went off when the hair dryer was used. Found ECU box to reset in the hallway. Not enough (cheap!) toilet paper and had to search around in the upper store cupboard to find the eating cutlery. Had to leave cash on the kitchen table when leaving the apartment to pay the city tax. I wanted to pay by card, odd.

I like self-check-in and checkout, it's convenient. From this point we explored the city by walking, didn't use any transport. Great Rome is amazing. I wish I had stayed more
• Anonymous (9/5): A charming, beautiful apartment located in the heart of Rome - A beautiful apartment which is the situated within a great location to use as a base for exploring the wonderful city of Rome This is no reflection on the apartment at all (as I’m sure there isn’t anything they can do about this) however can be noisy outside early morning due to bin collections.
• Kit (8/5): Convenient and good - The location is not far from the train station and easily reachable. We were being contacted prior arrival and someone came for the check-in. It went smoothly. The unit was spacious and good The sofa bed was a bit sunken but generally everything was alright

• Beata (9/5): We hope to return to wonderful Rome and this excellent apartment - The apartment was freshly renovated, all the equipment was new and aesthetically pleasing. The bed was big and comfortable, and the sheets were nice. We didn’t really use the kitchen too much, but it is fitted with the necessary equipment and we got some snacks and coffee. The bathroom was very nice and clean with a pleasant shower. The owner was waiting for us in the apartment and we were able to check in early and stay in the apartment a little longer on the last day at no extra charge - thank you! The host responded quickly to messages and reported issues. The location is great! Most places of interest are within walking distance (but bus stops and a metro station are also close by). Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the immediate area. Also close to two supermarkets. Only very minor comments: for people who come for a bit longer stay, a small rack for their own toiletries in the bathroom and brighter light in the kitchen area would be useful. We had a problem with noisy air conditioning at the end of our stay, but it is possible that this problem has already been solved.
