• Wilma (7/5): Gehorig benedenappartement met versleten meubilair nabij Heraklion. - De locatie, de douche, de ruimte. De vriendelijke eigenaresse. Ruime keuken met de meeste benodigdheden. Goed BBQ-restaurant in de buurt. Aanrader is de wijnboer (keten) met proeverij en rondleiding aan het einde van het dorp. Geen villa maar een gehorig beneden appartement met eigenaren met hun kleine kinderen boven je hoofd. Meubilair versleten: een handel kapot van een van de barkrukken, de beide banken zijn volledig doorgezakt, we zakten door een van de 2 buitenligbedden waarvan de stoffen versleten zijn. Geen ei- bakpan, geen ovenschaal. Je moet bij de eigenaren je koffiecupjes kopen, deze zijn niet in een winkel te koop en hebben een vreemde vorm. Het gras is dood. Er wordt een huis voor gebouwd.

• Wim Willems (10/5): Perfect - Alles was gewoon perfect: de informatie, de ontvangst, de ruimte, de inrichting, de netheid, de kleine attenties (koffie, thee, koekjes, water, wijn, confituur...), airco, badkamer... alles. Bedankt dat we er mochten verblijven. Helemaal niets
• Gambino (10/5): La casa della felicità, cos'altro aggiungere? - Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa a Oikia Eftichia (che in greco significa “Casa della felicità” – nome davvero azzeccato!). La casa è modernissima, arredata con gusto e curata nei minimi dettagli, oltre che pulitissima. All’esterno c’è un ampio giardino perfetto per rilassarsi e la possibilità di parcheggiare comodamente l’auto in strada. All’interno non manca davvero nulla: oltre a tutti i comfort, abbiamo trovato anche piacevoli sorprese come il tavolo da ping pong e vari giochi da tavolo, che hanno reso ancora più speciale il nostro soggiorno. La posizione è facilmente raggiungibile dall’aeroporto di Heraklion, anche se va detto che non è la più comoda per chi desidera esplorare la parte ovest dell’isola. Un grazie di cuore ai proprietari, Maria e Raffaele, che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Maria, con la sua gentilezza e disponibilità, ci ha consigliato tantissimi posti da visitare e ristoranti tipici dove abbiamo vissuto serate indimenticabili. Per quanto riguarda Raffaele invece, abbiamo scoperto con piacere che è originario di Salerno, proprio la città in cui vive una delle nostre amiche: una coincidenza che ci ha fatto sorridere e sentire ancora più in famiglia. Un abbraccio dai ragazzi di Palermo ❤️ Ευχαριστώ πολύ! Relativamente la posizione non molto strategica
• Eleni (10/5): - Our stay at this beautiful home in Skalani, near Knossos, was truly unforgettable. The house was cozy, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. What made our experience even more special were the wonderful hosts, Maria and Raphael. They welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality, making us feel like part of their family. Their kindness and care made all the difference. We can’t wait to come back — highly recommended to anyone visiting the Heraklion area!

• Clarissa (10/5): L’accoglienza di Maria e Raffaele è stata fantastico. - Appartemento nuovo e molto pulito. Situato in collina dove non si soffre il caldo. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere i siti del l’isola. Se volete assaporare i piatti della tradizione vi consiglio i ristoranti di Skalani.
• Munteanu (10/5): Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities in a Quiet Town - The property has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It’s spacious, clean, and well-organized, with beautiful panoramic views. The Wi-Fi is reliable, and the host has thoughtfully provided board games and a ping-pong table for entertainment. There’s always plenty of street parking available for multiple cars, which was very convenient. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and blackout window rollers, making it easy to get a restful night’s sleep. The host, Maria, is incredibly friendly and always available to help or provide local tips. I would definitely stay here again! The town isn’t a major tourist destination, so there’s not a lot to see or do. However, it’s pleasant enough for short walks and a bit of quiet relaxation.
• Aliona (10/5): Exceptional - Nice, modern, and spacious house with a beautiful view and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. A car is definitely required. Stunning beaches are only a 20-minute drive away. Maria, the host, was incredibly pleasant, caring, and warm-hearted. She even prepared a small breakfast for us, which was a lifesaver as we arrived late at night and didn’t have a chance to buy anything. Additionally, she graciously allowed us to check out later since our flight was in the evening. We had a fantastic time.
• Peter (10/5): Wonderful, Comfortable and all around Great. - We spent two week there and The Apartment was absolutely wonderful to stay in really it felt more like a 5 Star Hotel than an Apartment. Clean, Pretty and most of all comfortable, furnished with absolutely anything you could need be it a clothing iron or games. The Area we were in was quiet and beautiful as well. Our hosts were an absolute Delight (polite and friendly and super fun to talk to) whenever we needed anything be it something for the Apartment or help to pick our next destination. One of our favourite details is that some small snacks and breakfast foods were provided for the first day so we didn’t have to go hungry until we went shopping. Overall a very great experience and by the end our lovely Hosts felt more like friends. Absolutely no complaints.
• Pavlos (10/5): The best hospitality we have ever received. - This was the best property we have ever visited and the best hospitality we have ever received. We have met the owners of the apartment and they were very friendly, caring and interested in our pleasant stay. The apartment was super clean, there were sufficient supplies for our stay and it was well equipped. I was also impressed by the location, Skalani, which is quite with the necessary breeze that deals with the Greek hot summer and very close to drive to the city center (10 mins). Bonus mark was the fresh flowers with pleasant smell we found on the dinning table which made us feel very welcomed.
