- Adele (6/5): - The cottage was in a lovely sertting. When we arrived at our exact check in time the cottage was freezing cold and the towels and bedclothes felt damp. We rang the owner whi told us the lounge radiator was hidden behind the settle in the dining corner. The bedroom heater would not stay on. It was so cold we couldnt get showered ready to go out and the towel rail, the only heat in the bathroom, is so small it will not dry the towels. It is such a shame, the owner sounds lovely and very helpful, but for winter lets she should at least make sure the cottage is warm and wecoming
